Today I’m going to share why eating in moderation is bad diet advice. This idea involves avoiding extremes and consuming a balanced diet with reasonable amounts of various foods. However, some of the foods you are allowed to consume, even in moderation, can destroy your health. Why eating everything in moderation doesn’t work for weight loss or creating a healthy body: 1. The carbs aren’t low enough (moderation is subjective) 2. Many people have insulin resistance 3. It doesn’t consider genetics 4. It includes addictive foods 5. It includes refined foods 6. Eating stimulates insulin The best way to burn fat and create a healthy body is to consume 50 grams or less of carbs per day. Doing this will also eliminate hunger and cravings, making it easier to stay on track with a diet plan. The COMMON Zinc Mistake

Taking too much zinc or too little can lead to unwanted side effects. Discover 4 common zinc mistakes people make that can interfere with its effectiveness. Avoid zinc dosage mistakes when taking supplements to maximize the amazing health benefits of zinc! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: 4 common zinc mistakes people make when taking supplements 0:20 Taking too much zinc 1:49 Not taking cofactors with zinc supplements 3:20 Not knowing when to take zinc 3:55 Foods high in zinc and trace minerals 4:19 Taking not enough zinc 6:10 Zinc sources and zinc supplements Did you know that without enough zinc, you will die? Over 200 to 300 different enzymes in your body require zinc! Avoid these 4 big zinc supplement mistakes! 1. Taking too much zinc Zinc and copper work together and compete for absorption. Always take copper with zinc to avoid a copper deficiency. Some parts of the immune system benefit from high doses of zinc, while others thrive with just the right amount of zinc. Taking 100 to 200 mg of zinc for 3 days is beneficial if you have an inflammatory infection, but high doses of zinc for extended periods can also be damaging. Know when to take zinc and avoid high doses for long periods. 2. No cofactors taken with zinc Cofactors are vitamins and minerals that work together to allow our biochemistry to work. For zinc to function properly in the body, you need adequate magnesium, vitamin B6, and folate. 3. Not knowing when you’re deficient White nail spots can sometimes indicate a zinc deficiency, but how can you know for sure if you’re deficient? Try the zinc test! Take a small amount of zinc in your mouth and swish it around. If you can taste the metallic taste, you are not deficient. If you can’t taste anything, you need more zinc. 4. Taking too little zinc Taking too little zinc is just as bad as taking too much! Carbohydrates contain phytic acid, which blocks zinc. This is why zinc deficiency is so common in children. Diarrhea can deplete zinc and other minerals, and low stomach acid can inhibit mineral absorption. Alcohol, pregnancy, and high estrogen from birth control pills can also increase your demand for zinc. Red meat, shellfish, liver, and oysters are the best sources of zinc. If you opt for supplements, you must take at least 30 mg of zinc daily for a therapeutic effect. Zinc works best when taken with food, but it still works on an empty stomach. What Does OLIVE OIL Do for Your Body?

Today, I want to cover the fascinating benefits of olive oil. Olive oil is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects. Olive oil also has incredible effects on certain parts of the body, including: • The cardiovascular system • The nerves and brain • The skin • The eyes Olive oil is a good source of healthy fats and contains vitamins E and K1. However, the real benefits of olive oil occur because of a group of plant chemicals called polyphenols. Polyphenols produce many amazing effects on the body, like helping to prevent complications from chronic disease and oxidative stress. It’s crucial to get real olive oil that’s organic. This is because glyphosate (an herbicide) blocks a plant’s ability to produce amino acids and polyphenols. Glyphosate can also lead to a myriad of other health concerns. Keep in mind that salads contain polyphenols and other phytonutrients. Plus, adding olive oil to salads helps increase the absorption of phytonutrients. The Brain-enhancing Power of Magnesium You Never Discovered!

Different forms of magnesium help with different health issues. Learn more about the benefits of magnesium L-threonate. For more details on this topic, check out the full article on the website: ➡️https://drbrg.co/4dtxsbx DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9820677/ 0:00 Introduction: Magnesium explained 0:10 What is magnesium L-threonate? 0:45 Benefits of magnesium threonate? 5:18 What is the best type of magnesium? 5:40 Get unfiltered health information by signing up for my newsletter Magnesium comes in many different forms. Today, I want to cover magnesium threonate or magnesium L-threonate. This is a specific type of magnesium. Threonate transports magnesium across the blood-brain barrier to the hippocampus. The hippocampus is involved in memory, learning, focus, and concentration. People typically take magnesium L-threonate when they want to support the brain. A magnesium deficiency can lead to various issues related to the brain and throughout the body. Benefits of magnesium L-threonate: • It may help reduce worry and anxiety (especially when trying to sleep) • It may help decrease neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration • It’s a calcium regulator and antagonist • It helps maintain and support the blood-brain barrier • It can act as an antioxidant • It helps support BDNF • It may help with androgenic alopecia If you want to use magnesium to support the brain, I would use magnesium threonate. To support other issues like cramping or fatigue or to support the heart, I would take magnesium glycinate. Magnesium citrate can be helpful as well, especially to help prevent kidney stones. Let’s talk about the #1 food for the brain. It’s a misconception that the brain can't regenerate—certain parts of the brain can regrow. The top foods to avoid to support a healthy brain are: 1. Omega-6 fatty acids (soy oil, corn oil, canola oil, and cottonseed oil) 2. Sugar 3. Refined carbs The best food to support brain health is wild-caught salmon. Wild-caught salmon can help enhance the brain in many ways, including supporting: • Memory • Focus • Thinking • Problem-solving • Learning It may also be beneficial for those with mood disorders or brain inflammation. Consuming more wild-caught salmon may even help reduce insulin resistance, which is at the core of many brain problems. The brain is the fattiest organ in the body. Omega-3 fatty acids are the healthy fats your brain needs. They’re the building blocks of your brain. Wild-caught salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Wild-caught salmon is keto-friendly. It’s low-carb and has a good amount of protein and nutrients. But, to get these incredible benefits for the brain, be sure the salmon you choose is wild-caught and not farm-raised. The #1 Most Toxic Ingredient in the World

The most dangerous ingredient is not what you think! In this video, I’ll tell you how to avoid this dangerous ingredient because you won’t find it on a food label. Discover the connection between acrylamide and cancer and find out how to identify dangerous foods that contain acrylamide. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Acrylamide health effects 1:00 Acrylamide in food 3:18 Acrylamide foods to avoid 3:44 How to avoid acrylamide 5:35 Acrylamide in coffee 6:01 What is acrylamide? 7:27 Acrylamide and cancer DATA: https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/abou... Today, we’re going to talk about a dangerous ingredient that’s worse than high-fructose corn syrup, sugar, starches, and seed oils! It’s a potent neurotoxin, damages reproductive organs, and is classified as a Class A carcinogen by the EPA. You won’t find this dangerous ingredient on a food label because it’s a byproduct, not an ingredient used to make the food. Acrylamide is created when you combine a specific protein with refined sugar such as glucose, dextrose, glucose syrup, or maltodextrin under high heat. Saturated fats prevent the formation of acrylamide. If junk foods were made with saturated fat like tallow, this could significantly reduce cancer risk. Here are some foods to avoid that contain acrylamide: •Corn chips •Potato chips •French fries •Baked goods •Crackers •Cookies •Cereal •Bread crust •Roasted coffee To avoid acrylamide, cook with tallow, coconut oil, or butter, and use natural sugar like honey or sugar cane. Slow cooking reduces the formation of acrylamide. Focus on consuming whole foods and avoid refined and processed foods. If you eat junk food, pair it with something to counter the effects of acrylamide. Cruciferous vegetables contain protective compounds that protect against acrylamide. Garlic, sprouts, sauerkraut, citrus, bell peppers, green tea, and spirulina also have protective effects. Organic dark-roasted or espresso coffee is heated to 400 degrees, destabilizing acrylamide. Light-roasted coffee has 10 times more acrylamide than dark-roasted coffee. When the amino acid asparagine combines with refined sugar and is heated over 285 degrees Fahrenheit, a Maillard reaction produces the byproduct acrylamide. Acrylamide creates another byproduct called glycinamide, which is more deadly than acrylamide! Cancer is the second leading cause of death, and acrylamide may dramatically increase cancer risk. --- Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Fastest Way to Rid Your DOUBLE CHIN (Turkey Neck)

Get rid of a double chin (turkey neck for good) with these 4 simple face exercises! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: How to get rid of a double chin 0:25 Fascia 1:02 4 double chin exercises 1:12 Double chin exercise #1 1:57 Double chin exercise #2 2:38 Double chin exercise #3 3:44 Double chin exercise #4 Today, I’m going to show you four easy double chin exercises that can get rid of a turkey neck for good. Because of the typical loose skin, a double chin is often referred to as a turkey neck. If you do these double chin exercises on a regular basis, you will see massive improvement! As we age, we develop loose skin, especially under the neck, which does not get much exercise. There’s a superficial and a deep layer of connective tissue called fascia under the skin on your neck. The muscles and fascia in your neck are responsible for head flexion, chin movement, and jaw movement. The first face exercise works the muscle that pulls the jaw down when you open your mouth. The next exercise, which looks like a frown, activates the superficial fascia. The third exercise creates an elongation and deep stretch of the fascia. The fourth and final exercise allows for head flexion to strengthen and tone the fascia. Remember, If you don't use it, you lose it! Stretching, strengthening, and tightening the fascia with these simple double chin exercises can eliminate a turkey neck! Aneurysms: The Silent Killer

Aneurysms can cause a stroke or even death. Learn about some common causes of aneurysms and how to prevent them. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction 0:54 Types of aneurysms 1:52 Aneurysm causes 4:36 Preventing aneurysms In this video, we’re going to talk about aneurysms. There are typically no early aneurysm symptoms or signs, so they often occur without warning. An aneurysm is a bulging dilation of the vascular system. There are no symptoms until it ruptures, leading to a hole in the artery. If this occurs in the brain, it’s known as a brain aneurysm, which can cause a stroke. Aneurysms can occur in the brain (brain aneurysm, intracranial aneurysm, cerebral aneurysm), around the heart and aorta (aortic aneurysm), in the kidney, and in other areas of the body. The thumb-to-palm test can indicate if you are at a higher risk of an aneurysm. Some common aneurysm causes include the following: •Smoking (4x greater risk) •Chronic alcohol use •Diabetes •High sugar intake •Seed oil consumption •Dental bacteria Anything that causes chronic inflammation or oxidation can weaken your arterial system and contribute to an aneurysm. Consider any related health concerns to prevent aneurysms and support blood vessel health. If you have high blood pressure, increase your potassium, magnesium, and vitamin D intake. A low-carb diet can also help lower your blood pressure. Sometimes, a copper deficiency can cause an aneurysm. Copper is necessary to help your body build collagen. Here are a few other ways to prevent aneurysms: • Avoid inflammatory foods • Consume antioxidants • Consume foods with omega-3s • Increase vitamin D • Exercise regularly Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. This Was SABOTAGING My Life

Insomnia is torture! In this video, I’ll share several sleep tips to address the real reason why you’re waking up at night. Find out how to sleep better at night and eliminate sleep problems for good. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How can I sleep better at night? 0:57 Magnesium for better sleep 2:11 Low blood sugar and sleep problems 2:50 Tips to sleep better at night 3:46 Salt and sleep 4:39 Increasing melatonin to sleep better at night 5:22 Liver health and insomnia Cortisol should be at its lowest point at 2 a.m., but for some, it’s at its highest! This can cause night waking and other sleep problems that can really interfere with your day. Sleep medication can worsen this problem by causing your cortisol to rise even more. Magnesium glycinate before bed can help lower cortisol, which can help you sleep better at night. Twitching and cramping can signify a magnesium deficiency. Low blood sugar can increase cortisol and cause you to wake up at night. If your diet is high in carbs, your blood sugar may decrease while sleeping, and your body will increase cortisol levels to normalize your blood sugar. If you’re waking up at 2 a.m., evaluate what you ate the day before. Refined starches, MSG, alcohol, snacking, and eating late can disturb sleep. Salt cravings can signify a sodium deficiency. Sodium helps lower cortisol, so add more sea salt to your meals throughout the day if you’re having salt cravings. Here are a few other sleep tips that can help you sleep better at night: •Avoid suspense and action movies before bed •Avoid blue light before bed •Get plenty of sunlight during the day •Go for long walks •Exercise to release excess energy The liver detoxifies the body between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. Night waking during this time frame could signify a problem with the liver. Milk thistle before bed can help. Restless legs syndrome can be related to a B1 or magnesium deficiency. Lower your carb intake and increase your consumption of these nutrients. A high pulse rate could signify a potassium deficiency, which can also interfere with sleep. Apple cider vinegar before bed can help stabilize blood sugar for better sleep, but make sure it’s diluted. The Most Powerful Group Behind What You Eat

Find out about the most powerful players in the food industry. They’re not the top brands you see in the grocery store! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Who controls the food industry? 0:27 What is the commodity market? 3:09 The 4 companies that control the food industry 5:59 What can you do to combat corruption in the food supply chain? Download the FREE Dr. Berg Junk Food Meter App: https://drbrg.co/44qZf9i Apple Download: https://drbrg.co/3IwbvOt Android Download: https://drbrg.co/3IhpLuv Today, we're going to talk about the most powerful group in the food industry—the four companies that control 90% of the grain trade. This includes products made from corn, soy, wheat, sugar, and rice, which comprise about 68% of the average person’s calories in the United States. The 4 following companies are the middlemen between farmers and food corporations: 1. Archer Daniels Midland 2. Bunge 3. Cargill 4. Louis Dreyfus There is a lot of corruption in the food industry. Many “junk food brands” also own organic and natural brands, pet food, and vitamin and supplement companies. Starches, sugars, and seed oils are the main ingredients in almost all ultra-processed foods. The sugar is used to keep you wanting more, seed oils are repurposed waste, and starches are a chain of sugars used as a filler. Starches cause more of an insulin spike than sugar. Sugar has a glycemic index of 65 compared to 185 for maltodextrin! Fillers and starches can cause major health problems. The market follows the demand, so what you choose to buy is important! If you stop buying these products, you decrease the demand. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. #1 Best Fix for POOR Eyesight (Especially Over 50!)

Around 1 in 4 people over 65 have cataracts, and by 80, that figure jumps to 1 in 2. Many people go blind because of this! Find out how to help prevent cataracts naturally with an effective natural remedy. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Cataracts explained 0:17 What causes cataracts? 1:34 The best remedy for cataracts 3:44 NAC for cataracts and eye health 5:04 How to use NAC for cataracts 5:55 Cataract risk factors NAC Product Link: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/43jGdCW BOOK LINK: https://www.amazon.com/Cataract-Cure-... DATA: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles...https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12001...https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26084... All it takes is a small amount of oxidative stress to the eye's lens to develop a cataract. A healthy lens is composed of an organized protein called crystallin. When this tissue becomes damaged, it is not replaced. Glycation can damage the lens of the eye. It results from sugar connecting to a protein and then becoming stuck and unusable to the body. Steroids like Prednisone can also increase the risk of cataracts. Not all surgeries can eliminate cataracts, and they can come with complications. According to “The Cataract Cure” by Dr. Marios Kyriazis, there is a safe, effective remedy for cataracts. Carnosine is a unique compound that can penetrate the lens of the eye and help with cataracts. Carnosine is a potent antioxidant that can dissolve damaged proteins. It can also activate your own antioxidants. NAC (n-acetyl carnosine) eye drops are one of the best remedies for cataracts. In an experiment conducted at the Moscow Helmholtz Research Institute of Eye Diseases, scientists used NAC eyedrops at 1% concentration on rabbits. They found that NAC could reach the inner parts of the eye within 15 to 30 minutes. No side effects were reported during this experiment. The author concluded that NAC is a proposed eye treatment for eye disorders, including cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disorders, inflammation, and complications from diabetes. The same group of scientists who performed the rabbit studies also tested NAC on humans. They selected 49 volunteers with an average age of 65 who had established age-related cataracts. After 6 months, researchers found that: •41% of people presented a significant reduction of clouding in the lens •90% showed a gradual improvement in vision •89% showed up to a 100% improvement in sensitivity to glare NAC for cataracts must be used for at least 3 to 5 months. Antioxidants such as those found in onions, egg yolks, leafy greens, and grass-fed red meat can protect you against cataracts. Vitamin A is vital for eye health and can be found in cod liver oil and grass-fed liver. B vitamins, especially B2, B6, and folate, are also essential. You Will NEVER Eat Sugar Again after This!

The average American consumes 75 teaspoons of sugar per day! Find out why you should stop eating sugar today. Your health depends on it! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Stop eating sugar! 0:12 Symptoms of low blood sugar 1:24 Blood sugar explained 2:12 Insulin resistance 4:44 Processed sugar vs. whole sugars 9:56 What about low blood sugar? 10:24 How to break sugar addiction 10:39 Fructose Today, we’re going to discuss the effects of sugar on your health. Sugar is considered toxic in the body, so it is removed from the blood when you consume it. Similar to body temperature, blood sugar is kept constant at around 80. When you consume sugar, the hormone insulin removes sugar from the blood and puts it into the cells. If you continue eating large amounts of sugar, the body begins to protect itself by blocking the receptors for insulin in your cells. This ultimately decreases the amount of sugar inside your cells. Over time, this compensation mechanism will break down, and you will no longer produce enough insulin to keep your blood sugar levels down, eventually leading to diabetes. There are two types of sugar: processed sugars and whole sugars. Heavily processed sugars, such as glucose, dextrose, corn syrup, glucose syrup, high fructose corn syrup, agave syrup, white sugar, brown sugar, and rice syrup, are devoid of important nutrients like B vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, and phytonutrients. Your body requires nutrients to turn sugar into energy. When you consume processed sugars without the nutrients, your body pulls from your nutrient reserves to use the sugar as fuel. Raw honey has 181 different chemicals that offer protection and allow you to metabolize the sugar. Maple syrup, turbinado sugar, molasses, coconut sugar, palm sugar, and date sugar are also less processed forms of sugar. If you’re having trouble quitting sugar, consume fruits or whole sugars instead of processed sugars as you focus on lowering your intake. The #1 Deficiency behind Aging Spots

Find out if a mineral deficiency is the cause of your aging spots! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: What causes aging spots? 1:40 Conventional age spot removal 3:11 What triggers melanin production? 4:44 Aging spots remedies In this video, we’re going to talk about the causes and remedies of aging spots. Aging spots are sometimes called liver spots, but they’re not necessarily caused by the liver. Around 90% of people over 60 have these age spots. Age spots are composed of melanin, the pigment that gives hair, skin, and eyes their color. Melanin protects against UV radiation, but we also need this radiation for vitamin D. UV damage causes oxidative stress, or stress that occurs at the cellular level. Antioxidants can help neutralize this damage. Oxidative stress triggers melanin and increases hyperpigmentation. Increased estrogen and progesterone during pregnancy, diabetes, inflammation, certain drugs, and stress can also increase melanin production. Melanin absorbs UV rays and neutralizes the damage by dispersing it through the body and turning it into heat. I reviewed some of the patents for age spot remedies, and they included natural remedies such as vitamin C, grape seed extract, zinc, licorice extract, and berries. Many natural remedies for age spots include zinc and selenium. Zinc is good for everything related to your skin. It’s involved in hundreds of enzyme reactions and biochemical pathways and is considered a very powerful antioxidant. Zinc can naturally lower excess melanin production. Zinc combined with selenium can be very effective against age spots. Selenium is a precursor to glutathione, one of the most powerful antioxidants. Selenium and zinc also protect your DNA. You can use a cream with zinc and selenium or take them as a supplement combined with other trace minerals. Let’s talk about why you feel sleepy after eating. If you consume a high-carb diet or even a high-protein diet with a lot of carbs, you elevate blood sugar and insulin levels. This leads to insulin resistance. When you have insulin resistance, your cells resist insulin and fuel. This means that when you eat, the fuel isn’t going into the cells, causing the cells to lack energy. Other causes of fatigue after eating include: • Overeating • Low hydrochloric acid • Lack of sleep • Snacking • Reactivated virus What to do for afternoon sleepiness: 1. Run your body on ketones (get on the keto diet and do intermittent fasting) 2. Fix your sleep 3. Delay drinking your coffee in the morning by 90 to 120 minutes after waking up 4. Plants do not have complete protein, and if you reduce your dietary cholesterol, you could end up low in bile and vitamin D. Cholesterol is a vital component of your cell membranes, hormones, and brain. ChatGPT falsely claims that seed oils are not “that bad” when used in moderation. Balance and moderation allow you to continue eating bad food without worrying about the consequences. If you have a chronic disease, you can not simply “balance” your diet. If you have diabetes, you do not want to spike insulin with carbohydrates. ChatGPT recommends legumes and grains for people with diabetes and small, frequent meals. This advice would continue to spike insulin, and would not help reverse diabetes! When asked about diet and nutrition for people with chronic diseases, ChatGPT ignores powerful ways to drastically improve one's health, such as increasing vitamin D and fasting. It continues to recommend moderation for ultra-processed foods, claiming that it is safe and healthy for 20% of your daily calories to be ultra-processed. Breakfast is a Deception

What you eat for breakfast affects how you feel for the rest of the day. Discover the best breakfast foods that boost morning energy and improve cognitive function throughout the day. Find out how a healthy morning breakfast can significantly change your overall well-being. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How breakfast affects your day 1:22 The problem with carbs for breakfast 1:30 Collagen Peptides 4:09 Protein for a healthy breakfast 4:30 Eggs for breakfast 4:53 What to eat for breakfast 7:48 The importance of sleep Fix your gut health with this free guide: • Fix Your Gut with ONE Microbe What you eat for breakfast affects your ability to focus, your creative ability to solve problems, and how well you sleep at night. A carb-heavy breakfast promotes insulin resistance, which inhibits your ability to absorb fuel. The first place you’ll notice this is in your brain. Ketones are a much better fuel for your brain than sugar. To make ketones, you need to lower your carbs and sugar. You can also produce ketones by fasting. While fasting, your body must convert to making ketones for energy. Carbohydrate breakfast foods leave you hungry within an hour-and-a-half of eating. Sugary cereal is a poor choice for breakfast. Magic Spoon or keto-friendly granola without added sugar is a better option. Oatmeal is generally one of the most ultra-processed foods. If you want to eat oatmeal for breakfast, look for regular oatmeal without sugar. The best option for oatmeal is steel-cut oats, although they take longer to cook. Oatmeal and wheat are heavily sprayed with glyphosate, which has been shown to cause cancer and problems with your gut. Choose organic to avoid this problem. Replacing your breakfast food with protein such as meat, bacon, and eggs can significantly change your energy levels and cognitive function. Eggs and bacon are the perfect healthy morning breakfast. You can also add avocado or cheese. Cheese is very nutritious, a good source of protein, and has good bacteria due to the fermentation process. Yogurt is a great breakfast option. Choose organic Greek or Bulgarian yogurt without added sugar, or make your own yogurt. Instead of giving your kids Wonder bread, try a sprouted bread like Ezekiel bread. Add peanut butter for extra protein. Red meat and pork sausage are also great breakfast foods. It’s important to prioritize sleep! Losing just one hour of sleep can significantly affect your blood sugar and cognitive state. The Microbe That Transforms EVERYTHING

The most important microbe can amplify the immune system, increase your muscle mass, and even help you live longer, but most people are missing it! Watch this fascinating interview with Dr. William Davis as we discuss this missing microbe. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Welcome, Dr. William Davis! 0:26 The importance of L. reuteri 3:45 The missing microbe 7:30 L. reuteri and oxytocin 12:15 L. reuteri and empathy 16:26 Antibiotics and restoring gut health 20:42 Gut health and food allergies 25:56 The best way to use Florastor 29:10 How to make L. reuteri yogurt Please join me in welcoming Dr. William Davis, author of “Super Gut” and pioneer in research about the most important microbe called L. reuteri. Rats given L. reuteri stayed young, active, and slender, and their fur remained thick and healthy as they aged. Their immune systems were amplified, and wound healing time was cut in half. Increased testosterone and growth hormone were observed in elderly mice, and the thymus was restored to its original size. Dr. Davis has seen all of these amazing benefits in humans! Many people are missing this microbe! L. reuteri, like other Lactobacillus species, are very susceptible to antibiotics. Dr. Davis estimates that 96% of the population is missing L. reuteri, a major factor in the SIBO epidemic. L. reuteri is a keystone microbe, which is important for the entire body’s ecosystem. It’s been found to increase the hormone oxytocin, traditionally regarded as the hormone of love and empathy. Oxytocin also influences body composition. Many people experience increased muscle mass after consuming L. reuteri, which can be very beneficial in combating age-related muscle loss and many other side effects of aging. You can make your own L. reuteri “yogurt” for its amazing benefits! I hope you’ll incorporate L. reuteri to help restore gut health. I’ll see you in the next video. --- Learn more about your ad choices.
