Using PodNod

You can use PodNod with or without an account, on as many devices as you like. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself; if you think it has been used by someone else, change it and revoke that device.

• Do not use PodNod to redistribute podcasts you do not have the right to redistribute.
• Do not attempt to overwhelm the service, scrape it beyond the published rate limits, or import feeds that are not public.
• Automated access is fine within the documented rate limits — 60 requests a minute anonymously, 300 signed in.

Content belongs to publishers

Every show listed here comes from a public RSS feed. Titles, descriptions, artwork and audio are the property of their publishers, and PodNod claims no rights over any of it. Audio is never copied or re-hosted — it plays from the publisher’s own URL.

If you publish a show and want it removed from the catalogue, ask and it will be removed. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to legal@example.com with enough detail to identify it.

What is not promised

PodNod is provided as it is. Feeds go down, publishers move files, and metadata is sometimes wrong at the source — a duration that is off by minutes is usually the feed’s, not ours. The service comes with no warranty, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is nothing.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the change will be announced in the app before it takes effect rather than quietly swapped in here.
