Carnivore Fat Loss Secrets | Michele Andrews S3E33

What does it actually take to lose fat and keep it off on Carnivore? Michele Andrews has been in the trenches coaching real people through real transformations, and she’s not holding back on the secrets that are actually moving the needle. Michele is a Carnivore fat loss coach, fitness coach, and dancer who brings a whole-person approach to what most people treat as a numbers game. In this episode she pulls back the curtain on the key secrets inside her coaching program, and it’s a lot more than just “eat meat and lose weight.” She tells us about her individualized coaching and why cookie-cutter plans keep failing people, nutrition education that actually sticks, and the eating disorder and body image baggage so many of us are quietly carrying into this lifestyle. Michele doesn’t skip the hard stuff. Mindset and mental healing aren’t a side conversation here, they’re central to the whole process. She understands that the psychological weight we carry is often heavier than anything showing up on the scale. We also cover HRT and peptides, what Michele thinks about fasting for fat loss, and the fitness and movement piece that ties it all together. She’s a dancer as well as a coach, and that shows in how she talks about the body, not as something to punish into submission, but as something to work with. We dig into body recomposition, meal timing, metabolism, and why so many women especially are under-eating and over-struggling without ever getting the results they’re after. If you’ve been spinning your wheels, if you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck, or if you’re just starting out and want to do this right from the beginning, this conversation is for you. Get Healthy or Die: Scott French’s Carnivore Comeback S3E32

What does it take to completely transform your health when your back is against the wall? For Scott French, it wasn’t a resolution or a wellness trend. It was survival. Scott spent his younger years active and healthy, but by 50, the picture looked completely different. Morbid obesity. Chronic AFIB. Severe obstructive sleep apnea. Degenerative disc disease. Joint pain that made daily life a grind. The message from his body was clear: get healthy or die. In this powerful interview, Scott walks us through the full story of his transformation on the Carnivore diet, and what it actually took to claw his way back from the edge. This is not a highlight reel. This is a raw, honest account of what rock bottom looks like, and what it feels like to come out the other side, alive and well. But Scott’s story doesn’t stop with his own health. He also opens up about his daughter, who is currently recovering from brain cancer surgery and using a ketogenic diet as part of her healing journey. Scott’s transformation is remarkable. His daughter’s story will break your heart open. If you’ve ever wondered what this way of eating is truly capable of, this conversation will stay with you. Illness as a protective adaptation | Patrick Coles S3E31

What if your body isn’t failing you? What if it’s actually trying to save you? Victoria and Mark sit down with Patrick Coles to challenge what you think you know about disease. That tumors, obesity, and fatty liver aren’t random chaos. They may be the body deliberately isolating toxins, capturing and encapsulating them to prevent them from spreading throughout your system. Diabetes and autoimmune diseases may also be protective reactions to the toxins we ingest. And those toxins? They’re not just the microplastics and forever chemicals you already know to avoid. They’re hiding in your everyday diet. Find the root cause. That’s the message. Patrick writes about all of this and more on his Substack, ‘Patrick Coles’, and has a book about it on the way. Beyond the Pale: Anemia, The Missed Diagnosis S3E30

What if the root cause of dozens of unexplained physical and psychological symptoms is not in your mind or your genes, but in your blood? Brendan Reesor, author of the book, ‘Beyond the Pale’, joins us to make a compelling case that anemia is one of the most underdiagnosed and misunderstood conditions driving a wide range of ailments that conventional medicine keeps failing to resolve. Brendan walks us through the foundational role of oxygen in every system of the body and explains how even a moderate reduction in oxygen delivery can quietly erode your physical health, your emotional stability, and your mental clarity. When your cells are starved for oxygen, the downstream effects are far wider than fatigue. He connects anemia to somatic disorders, the very real physical symptoms that arise from physiological dysfunction, rather than psychological origin, and makes the case that this connection is consistently overlooked by practitioners who are simply not looking for it. Perhaps most thought-provoking is Brendan's personal experience and research into gender dysphoria as a potential somatic expression of chronic anemia. It is a perspective rooted in his own journey and one that challenges us to ask harder questions before accepting a diagnosis as fixed or permanent. Brendan also takes direct aim at the current standard of blood testing, arguing that the reference ranges used today are not sensitive enough to detect true anemia in many of the people who have it. He believes the entire framework for evaluating iron status and oxygen-carrying capacity needs to be overhauled, and he explains exactly why that matters for anyone who has been told their labs look fine while they keep feeling anything but. We also dig into how a carnivore diet can dramatically shift the picture. The bioavailable iron, B12, and heme nutrients found in animal foods are precisely what a depleted body needs, and Brendan explains why whole food nutrition delivers results that no supplement protocol can fully replicate. If you have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or simply told to live with symptoms no one can explain, this conversation may change the way you think about your health entirely. Endometriosis, PCOS/PMOS, Hashimoto’s S3E29

What happens when decades of chronic pain, endometriosis, and a Hashimoto's diagnosis during pregnancy finally meets the one thing that works? Alia Wells found out. In this lively episode, we talk with Alia, a woman in her early 40s who spent years navigating the relentless cycle of endometriosis pain, debilitating migraines, and joint inflammation that left her searching for answers mainstream medicine couldn't give her. Then came a Hashimoto's thyroiditis diagnosis during a pregnancy, and everything changed again. What followed was her introduction to the Carnivore diet, and a transformation she describes as life-altering. Today, her endometriosis symptoms are under control, her joint pain is gone, and her Hashimoto's is managed without the struggle she once knew. And now, she's expecting again, this time stepping into a fully Carnivore pregnancy with confidence and excitement. Alia brings a unique perspective to this conversation. As executive assistant to Dr. Rob Kiltz and administrator of the Kiltz Mighty Tribe community on Mighty Networks, she lives and breathes this space every day. She's not just a patient success story. She's someone embedded in one of the most active Carnivore communities online, watching thousands of people walk the same path she did. The Evidence Is In…And It’s Undeniable S3E28

Health educator Edward Goeke joins us on Carnivore Evolution with a rare combination of deeply researched knowledge, and lived experience. His healing journey on carnivore is compelling on its own, but what sets Edward apart is what he’s done with that experience. He’s built a body of work grounded in science rather than hype, and he’s using it to help others do the same. His book ‘Contraindicated’ challenges the conventional nutrition narrative with the kind of evidence-based rigor that’s been sorely missing from the conversation. His YouTube channel gives a platform to real people living this lifestyle, while going deep on the science behind it. With his Health Science teaching community on Skool, Edward has built something rare: a space for serious learners who want the human body explained plainly, with one agenda only (to teach the truth), and who actually want to understand how the science connects to their daily life. Edward is also an instructor with Carnivore Coach International, one of the leading Carnivore coaching certification programs, and he also publishes a newsletter for those who want to stay current as the research evolves. If you’ve been on carnivore for a while, and feel ready for a deeper conversation, or are someone who needs to understand the ‘why’ before you commit to a major dietary change, this episode is for you. Davinia Taylor stepped off camera for good, walked away from alcohol, away from processed food, and toward something most doctors still won’t say out loud: Fat saves lives. A British actress turned biohacker, author, and health activist, Davinia used ketogenic nutrition to break a decades-long addiction to alcohol and foods designed to addict us. Carnivore Transformed Her S3E26

Annie never expected food to change her life the way it did. After years of struggling with brain fog, brutal periods, skin that never seemed to cooperate, and a body that felt like it was working against her, she decided to try the Carnivore diet, with a strong emphasis on fat. What happened next surprised even her. In this video, Annie opens up about the remarkable shifts she experienced after going all in on a meat-based, fat-forward way of eating. Her mental clarity sharpened in ways she hadn’t felt in years, making her more focused and present in her daily life and her relationships. Her menstrual cycle became noticeably less disruptive, allowing her to stay active and exercise through days that used to leave her on the couch. She gets into her workouts now and recovers well, without the physical menses cycle fallout she used to take for granted as normal. Then there’s her skin. Clear, calm, and consistent in a way no product ever delivered. Her libido returned. Her relationships deepened. Her confidence grew. All of it tracing back to the same simple change: real food, real fat, and the willingness to go against the grain. If you’re a woman wondering whether Carnivore could work for you, Annie’s story is one you’ll want to hear. Annie is a proponent of Dr. Elizabeth Bright. She recommends the doctor’s book: ‘Good Fat is Good for Women: Menopause’. Annie shares her thoughts about life and health on TikTok @JustThisAnnie. Life: Reclaimed. Girl Gone Carnivore S3E25

Carnivore Didn’t Just Heal Her Body. It Saved Her Life. Bee, known as girl_gone_carnivore, spent years battling debilitating gut issues that started when she went vegetarian at 16 and got worse when she went vegan. Paleo got her off the medication, but the cravings, joint pain, and bloating stuck around. Five years ago she went full carnivore, and at 40 she says she feels more alive and stronger than she did as a teenager. Zero stomach pain. Sharper mind. Real food, real results. The Long Game | Dillon Phaneuf S3E20

What happens when a seasoned health coach goes head to head with three veteran Carnivores who are also health and physical training coaches? Dillon Phaneuf opens our video with two bold statements that set the stage for one of the most honest conversations we have had on this channel, and things get interesting fast. Mark has been carnivore for 7 years. Victoria is in her 8th year. David has lived it for over 20 years. Among them, they carry decades of real-world evidence, not theory, not short-term trial data, but lived experience through every season, every social challenge, and every moment the mainstream said they were doing it wrong. Dillon brings the perspective of a transformation coach who’s seen what works and what doesn’t across a wide range of clients and dietary approaches. His opening statements are thought-provoking, and the veterans do not hold back. This discussion covers the questions that matter most. Can carnivore truly be sustained for a lifetime? What does the body look like after 5, 10, 20 years of zero-plant eating? Are there risks the community is not facing realistically? And what does long-term success actually require, beyond the initial transformation? No scripts. No softball questions. Just a real conversation with people who have skin in the game. If you have ever wondered whether carnivore is a short-term reset or a lifelong path, this one is for you. Beyond the Rules | Jordan Masuccio S3E19

He’s 31, and while otherwise fully carnivore, he eats fruit. Not because he’s confused about the diet, but because he understands something most people miss: the carnivore lifestyle is about eliminating what’s harming you, not following a rulebook to the letter. In this video he shares a thought experiment he’s put to vegans, one designed to strip away ideology, and get to what we actually value when it comes to food, animals, and health. The conversation rarely goes the way he expects. Instead of engaging with the idea, most vegans take it completely literally, missing the point entirely, and turning a philosophical discussion into an argument about hypotheticals. Sound familiar? This is what happens when ideology replaces curiosity. When people are so committed to defending a belief system, that they can no longer step back and think. And ironically, it’s a trap that anyone on any diet can fall into, carnivore included. If you’ve ever tried to have a genuine conversation about nutrition only to hit a wall of dogma, this one’s for you. Drop your own thought experiment in the comments. They Call It Bullying. We Call It Bad Science. S3E17

Food Bullying Is Real, But So Is Bad Nutrition Advice At the top of our reel, we show how a UK registered nutritionist reacts to a viral clip of children at a gym being shamed by their trainer for poor breakfast choices. While the nutritionist is right that food bullying is harmful, his defense of carb-heavy breakfasts for kids tells a different story. We agree completely that no child should ever feel humiliated or judged for what they eat. That causes lasting psychological damage, and does nothing to build healthy habits. But calling out bullying doesn’t mean every breakfast is equally nourishing, and that’s where the conversation has to go deeper. In this video, we break down what was really happening in that gym, why the trainer’s silence on better choices was its own kind of failure, and why a registered nutritionist defending sugar-spiking, carb-loaded mornings as a reasonable choice for growing kids isn’t the compassionate stance it appears to be. Children deserve both emotional safety and genuine nutritional support. They are not the same thing, and we should not have to choose between them. We discuss the real harm of food shaming, the difference between kindness and nutritional negligence, and what children’s bodies actually need to thrive. Fiber & Carbs are not essential! S3E16

Is fiber REALLY essential? What about carbs? The answer might surprise you - especially coming from a nutritionist. In this episode, Mark Ennis sits down with Victoria Olson to unpack a recent callout from a nutritionist who challenged Mark’s Carnivore approach - specifically targeting his stance on fiber and carbohydrates. Mark and Victoria break down the science (and the myths) around dietary essentials, exploring why neither fiber nor carbohydrates are classified as essential nutrients for human life or health. They tackle the tough questions: → What does “essential nutrient” actually mean - and why do carbs and fiber not qualify? → What did the nutritionist get right, and where did the science fall short? → How does the Carnivore community respond to mainstream dietary pushback? → Can you truly thrive long-term without fiber or plant-based carbohydrates? Whether you’re a seasoned Carnivore, keto-curious, or just tired of being told you need your grains, this conversation is one you don’t want to miss. 🥩 Like, subscribe, and drop your thoughts in the comments - have YOU been challenged on Carnivore by a health professional? #Carnivore #CarnivoreDiet #ZeroCarb #FiberMyth #CarbFree #NutritionDebate #MarkEnnis #VictoriaOlson #MeatHeals #animalbased Health coach Mark Ennis ennismark93@gmail.com ask me a question or come on a video with me. A System Saved Him S3E14

Presenting…Cam Cordin. Systems expert. Coach. Survivor. A marriage in ruins. A body breaking down. A man at the edge of a pool - forty kilos of iron in hand - and 911 days left to either rebuild... or disappear. SAVAGE CHILL: DIE TO LIVE is the true story of what happens when a man reaches the end of himself - physically, mentally, and emotionally - and signs a "death contract" to come back alive. What follows is a brutal, uncompromising war against weakness, addiction, avoidance, and the quiet collapse of a life lived on autopilot. No motivational fluff. No comforting lies. Just a system forged under pressure - and the cost of becoming the man who can carry it. Part memoir. Part battle manual. This book shows the principles that pulled him out of the fire - and how you can use them to do the same. Cold. Iron. Meat. Discipline. Subtraction. No panicking. No whining. This is not self-help. This is self-resurrection. If you know you're slipping - physically, mentally, spiritually - this is your line in the sand. Not to inspire you. Not to comfort you. But to arm you.
