The MOST Perilous Diseases that Don't Show Symptoms

Many chronic diseases have no symptoms for 15 to 20 years! Common diseases like type 2 diabetes, liver disease, and kidney disease often have no warning signs until they’ve significantly progressed. Discover the top diseases with no symptoms and learn how to avoid them. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Dangerous diseases with no symptoms 2:04 High blood pressure and type 2 diabetes 3:52 Liver disease and kidney disease 4:38 Low vitamin D 5:30 4 habits to avoid and reverse silent diseases Did you know that it can take 10 to 20 years to develop high blood pressure and around 15 to 20 years for type 2 diabetes? Over 75% of your liver could be damaged before you experience symptoms from liver disease, and you can run your body on one kidney, making kidney disease equally difficult to detect. You won’t notice any symptoms from atherosclerosis until 70% of your artery is blocked, and stage 4 colon cancer is sometimes discovered with no symptoms at all! Instead of addressing the root cause of these chronic diseases, doctors will typically prescribe medication to manage the symptoms that occur later on. Before you develop type 2 diabetes, high levels of insulin keep your blood sugar normal for many years. Most people don't notice symptoms other than belly fat and fatigue, but eventually, your pancreatic cells fail to produce insulin. Low vitamin D is not a disease, but it can put you at risk for many different health conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and cardiovascular disease. Vitamin D helps increase nitric oxide to support healthy blood pressure, and also supports insulin function and sensitivity. The following 4 habits can help you avoid and reverse these asymptomatic diseases. 1. Exercise Try walking after eating. Hypoxia training can also have significant health benefits. 2. Low-carb diet and intermittent fasting Aim for 1 to 2 meals daily to improve insulin resistance and its associated health conditions. Do Healthy Keto® and intermittent fasting the right way; this FREE guide makes it easy: https://drbrg.co/4pSGvcS 3. Get more sleep Try to get an additional 30 to 60 minutes of sleep each night. 4. Spend more time outside Take walks in nature and get plenty of sun for dramatic improvements in your health. What BLOATING Really Means

Stomach bloating is one of the most common signs of a leaky gut. Find out how to get rid of bloating by addressing gut health. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: What is a leaky gut? 0:50 Leaky gut symptoms 1:27 What causes a leaky gut? 2:58 How to get rid of bloating and fix leaky gut 3:50 Fasting to fix leaky gut Today, we’re going to talk about bloating, the number one symptom associated with a leaky gut. If you have a leaky gut, you have crevices and holes in your gut where food particles and substances can travel through without a stamp of approval from the immune system. For example, if you have a leaky gut and egg protein gets through, your immune system will respond as if it’s a virus, bacteria, or pathogen. The next time you eat eggs, you could have an immune reaction. If you have a leaky gut, you’ll notice new food allergies along with the following symptoms: •Inflammation •Joint pain •Skin reactions (e.g. psoriasis, dermatitis) •Headaches The most damaging side effect of a leaky gut is the development of autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s. To get rid of bloating, you’ll need to address the cause of a leaky gut. Check out the 7 most common causes of a leaky gut: 1. Vitamin D deficiency 2. Seed oils 3. Raw vegetables 4. Lectins 5. Fiber 6. Sugar 7. Gluten Even if you correct your diet, you must ensure you have enough vitamin D to fix your leaky gut. Get plenty of sun without burning, or take 20,000 IU of vitamin D every day. Glutamine is crucial for gut health. Red meat is the best source of glutamine. Cabbage, bone broth, eggs, and kefir are also good sources. Zinc is also important for gut health. Oysters, shellfish, seafood, and sea kelp are the best sources. Fasting gives your digestive system a chance to rest and repair if you have a leaky gut.
