We Have A Lot To Catch Up On

We have a lot to catch up on. This week is basically just a big life update — what we've been doing, where we're going, what's happening with work, and all the random things we've been chatting about lately. We talk about the Beauty Expo in Sydney, running a business, meeting people we've only ever known online, the chaos of getting everything ready at the last minute, upcoming travel, and some very exciting plans for the US and Mexico. We also get into how easy it is to get caught up in being busy and productive all the time, why taking a proper break can actually make you more creative, and our very different approaches to travelling, packing and, naturally, airport outfits.

Let's Talk About Disordered Eating with Meghan Gray

When does a healthy relationship with food start to become something else? This week we're having a really important conversation about food, body image and the things we can sometimes normalise without realising they're becoming unhealthy. We're joined by clinical psychologist Meghan Gray from Gray Mind Psychology to unpack the difference between disordered eating patterns and a clinical eating disorder, and some of the signs that your relationship with food might be taking up more space than it should. We talk about food noise, restriction, binge eating, control, body checking, calorie counting, exercise, perfectionism and why so many behaviours that can be signs of disordered eating are considered completely normal in our culture. We also get into the psychology behind why these behaviours can become so difficult to let go of, how control and uncertainty can play a role, and what recovery can actually look like. It's a really honest conversation about something that affects so many women, and one we hope makes you feel a little more comfortable talking about food, your body and how you're really feeling. Leaning In To Gut Health

Gut health is everywhere at the moment, but what does it actually mean? In this episode, we're breaking down the gut microbiome and talking about all the things we don't always think about when it comes to our gut — from bloating, digestion and bowel movements to skin, acne, psoriasis, energy and even how stress can affect what's happening inside your body. We chat about what a healthy gut can look like, why your bathroom habits can actually tell you a lot, the connection between your gut and the rest of your body, and some of the things we've personally noticed while working on our own gut health. There are also some pretty wild conversations about gut cleanses, microbiome research, faecal transplants, food cravings and the "second brain" — plus the simple everyday things we can do to support our digestion. Basically, we're going down the gut health rabbit hole and asking a very simple question: what the hell is actually going on in there? How We Built Our Careers

This week we're chatting all about careers, confidence, and the winding path that gets you to where you're meant to be. We reflect on how our careers have evolved over the years, the opportunities we said yes to, the moments that pushed us outside our comfort zones, and the people who believed in us before we fully believed in ourselves. We also talk about imposter syndrome, learning through experience, finding good mentors, building genuine connections, and why it's okay if your career doesn't follow the timeline you thought it would. Whether you're just starting out, feeling stuck, thinking about changing direction, or simply curious to hear more about our own journeys, this episode is a relaxed conversation about figuring it out as you go—and trusting that every experience teaches you something. The Engagement Episode

This week's episode is one we've been so excited to finally share. After keeping the secret for weeks, Em is taking us behind the scenes of her engagement to Jack—from the proposal itself and the ring, to all the hilarious moments that almost ruined the surprise (including a dog-related disaster you couldn't make up). But this conversation also goes much deeper than engagement stories. Tia opens up about the difficult decision to call off a previous engagement, why she knew it wasn't the right relationship, how therapy helped her heal, and what she learnt about trusting her instincts, choosing the right partner, and creating a relationship that truly aligns with the life you want. We also chat about timing, communication, shared values, wedding planning, and why the right relationship should make you feel more like yourself—not less. Whether you're single, dating, engaged, married, or simply love a good love story, this episode is full of laughs, honest conversations and reminders that everyone's path looks different. Are We Optimising the Fun Out of Life?

SPOTIFY DESCRIPTION Have we taken health and wellness a little too far? In this episode, we're chatting about the pressure to optimise every part of our lives and why constantly chasing the "perfect" routine might actually be taking the fun out of living. From sleep scores, fitness trackers, morning routines and wellness trends, to saying yes to spontaneous weekends away, margaritas with friends, camping trips and everything in between, we're talking about what balance really looks like. We share our own experiences of becoming a little too obsessed with routines, tracking devices and always trying to do the "healthiest" thing, before realising that connection, laughter and making memories are just as important for our wellbeing. If you've ever felt guilty for sleeping in, skipping a workout, eating the hot chips or simply wanting to enjoy life without tracking every little thing, this conversation is your reminder that wellness isn't about perfection—it's about balance. Can We Talk About Body Image?

Body image and our relationship with food can shape so much of our lives, yet it's something so many women quietly struggle with. In this episode, we're opening up about our own experiences with diet culture, food guilt, restrictive eating, binge eating, body image, and the long journey towards food freedom. We share the habits we once thought were "healthy", the warning signs we ignored, and how stress, control, and outside pressures influenced the way we viewed ourselves. We also talk about the tools that genuinely helped us heal, including therapy, changing our mindset around exercise, exposure therapy, letting go of food rules, and learning that your worth has nothing to do with the number on the scales. This is an honest, vulnerable conversation about finding balance, treating your body with kindness, and creating a healthier relationship with food that doesn't revolve around guilt or restriction. If you've ever struggled with body image, food anxiety, binge eating, restrictive eating, or simply felt exhausted by diet culture, we hope this episode reminds you that healing is possible and that you're never alone.
