Try these 11 easy health hacks to improve your health and well-being today. Stop following health fads and try these health hacks that work. From acupressure for pain relief to apple cider vinegar for digestion, these top health hacks don’t cost anything and work within seconds! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: 11 simple health hacks 0:52 Increase CO2 1:33 Gallbladder massage 2:25 Acupressure for pain relief 4:12 Acupressure points for instant relaxation 5:43 Apple cider vinegar 6:23 Joint pain relief 7:29 Acupressure for headache 8:30 Sinus relief 1. Brain fog eraser Brain fog is typically the result of a hypoglycemic situation, so increasing your high-quality protein intake is a helpful solution. The best protein source is nutrient-dense red meat. 2. Increase CO2 Stress affects breathing and can cause you to take in too much oxygen. Increasing carbon dioxide by breathing through your nose may help with stress and also improve sleep, especially if you’re stressed out. 3. Gallbladder massage To find the gallbladder, press underneath the right rib cage and massage this area. This can help improve digestion and eliminate right shoulder pain. 4. Acupressure for pain relief The best acupressure technique for pain involves finding the mirror location of your pain on the opposite side of the body. Instead of applying pressure to the pain, you’ll apply pressure to this spot. 5. Fix tight muscles Be sure to stretch the muscle opposite of the muscle that’s causing you problems. 6. Sea salt under the tongue This works for weak muscles and can also work for fatigue. 7. Neck pain relief for instant relaxation A relaxed neck is vital for good sleep. For neck pain relief, apply pressure at the base of the hairline for instant relaxation. Apply pressure to this spot for about 2 minutes. 8. Apple cider vinegar Combine 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 3 to 4 ounces of water. Wait about 2 minutes and drink one more! This helps digestion and triggers the pancreas and gallbladder to release digestive juices. 9. Joint pain relief exercises Joint pain typically stems from a problem with your fascia—the connective tissue that covers the entire body. Stretching the fascia on the opposite side of the pain can often provide joint pain relief. 10. Headache pain relief Headaches often stem from past head injuries. Acupressure can provide headache pain relief if you apply pressure around the painful area. 11. Sinus relief Acupressure massage can provide instant relief for any type of breathing problem, such as sleep apnea, a deviated septum, and sinus problems. Thank you very much for the survey replies. The survey is not closed. YouTube has now banned alternative views on health. Here’s what you need to know about this radical new change. 0:00 Introduction: New YouTube ban 0:12 What this new ban means 6:38 The #1 ranking video for the keto diet 12:05 What is your opinion? YouTube has just banned anything related to health that doesn’t align with the general medical consensus. If any information related to health doesn’t agree with the World Health Organization, the video won’t necessarily be taken down, but it may be hard to find. This is supposed to protect viewers against misinformation and promote high-quality health information. But, their definition of misinformation is anything that opposes their viewpoint. I currently have collected 7,607 success stories—I’m helping people. My information is not misinformation. It’s helpful information. Traditional medicine doesn’t work for everyone, and people are looking for inexpensive natural remedies. How are they supposed to find alternative viewpoints or opinions? A lot of people are searching for the keto diet. However, many medical professionals don't really understand nutritional ketosis. Many times, doctors don’t get training in nutrition or alternatives. Yet these are the people who get to control this information. Healthy ketosis is not toxic or dangerous. Ketones are a super fuel and are antioxidants. On the other hand, glucose is dangerous and toxic. I would love to get your opinion on this situation. Please click the link above and go through the survey questions to let me know your opinion on this recent radical change of suppressing alternative viewpoints on health. STOP Weighing Yourself (The Scale is Rigged)

Don’t let scale obsession prevent you from getting healthy and losing weight. Non-scale victories often occur before fat loss. Stop weighing yourself constantly and avoid other common weight-loss mistakes that could be hindering your success. Find out why you might want to ditch the scale in this episode! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) chapters: 0:00 Introduction: 11 reasons to stop weighing yourself 1:07 Why you shouldn’t weigh yourself 2:58 Hormones and weight loss 8:12 Sleep and weight loss 11:22 Healthy weight-loss tips 16:36 The best weight-loss advice Scale obsession is not helpful for weight loss. The rise in cortisol from scale anxiety alone is enough to stifle your progress! Here are 11 reasons why you shouldn’t weigh yourself: 1. Water weight Some people can lose up to 11 pounds of water weight in just 2 days! Initial water weight loss can cause unrealistic expectations. Most people only lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. 2. Salt Salty foods can cause you to retain fluid, especially if you’re consuming them with sugar. 3. Hormones A woman’s menstrual cycle can often cause weight-loss fluctuations of around 3 to 7 pounds. A rise in cortisol can also prevent weight loss. 4. Location of fat The worst type of fat is visceral fat, which accumulates around the organs. If you don’t see weight loss right away, you could be losing some of the more dangerous types of fat first. 5. Muscle loss or gain Losing muscle isn’t healthy! Your weight may be decreasing, but it could also be accompanied by serious side effects. Similarly, muscle weighs more than fat, so you won’t see weight loss if you’re building muscle. 6. Myxedema This type of fat is often found in people with hypothyroidism and is difficult to eliminate with diet and exercise alone. 7. Poor sleep One week of poor sleep can increase insulin resistance! Poor sleep leads to snacking, increased visceral fat, lower testosterone levels, and higher cortisol and stress levels. 8. Ozempic People lose weight with Ozempic, but typically regain it when they discontinue use. Around 20% to 40% of this weight loss is attributed to muscle loss. 9. Microdamage from exercise Overtraining breaks down your muscles. Edema and swelling can cause your weight to increase after exercise. 10. Medication Medications such as calcium channel blockers can cause weight gain. 11. Constipation Fiber intake and constipation can affect the number on the scale. Stop weighing yourself and focus on these healthy weight-loss tips instead: 1. Waist-to-height ratio 2. Fasting insulin 3. Appetite decreases 4. Tiny amounts of carbs can block fat burning 5. Fix insulin resistance Insulin resistance is the root cause of many chronic diseases. Fixing it is the key to getting healthy and losing weight. Sodium Sensitivity is a Potassium Problem

Get access to my FREE resources 👉 https://drbrg.co/3Uw7ugD Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. Are you salt-sensitive? Learn more about salt sensitivity and the dangers of too much sodium. DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4530669 https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/full/10.1161/01.HYP.0000154194.49725.b7 0:00 Introduction: The dangers of too much sodium 0:18 Is sodium bad for you? 0:43 Understanding sodium and potassium 2:26 How to handle salt sensitivity 3:58 Learn more about potassium-rich foods! Let's talk about salt sensitivity and the dangers of consuming too much salt. Consuming too much sodium can lead to certain health problems, including: • Heart disease • High blood pressure • Stroke • Edema • Increased mortality The body tends to hold sodium when a person has a potassium deficiency. You can even have salt sensitivity, which causes you to retain sodium and water. But, again, this could be caused by a potassium deficiency. Sodium and potassium work together in the body. The daily requirements for sodium are 2300 mg, but the daily requirements for potassium are 4700 mg. You really need twice as much potassium as sodium. Many people aren't consuming enough potassium in their diet but consume a lot of sodium. A genetic problem can also cause some people to be salt sensitive. I believe one of the best things you can do for salt sensitivity is to increase your potassium. I don't think a low-salt diet is the answer. You don't want to end up having a potassium deficiency and a sodium deficiency. You need sodium and potassium to support the body in many different ways. If you're deficient in these key electrolytes, you could experience arrhythmias, fatigue, and weakness. Overall, you need sodium, but you need a lot more potassium. The BEST Way to Unlock a Tight Psoas Muscle for Low Back Pain and Poor Posture

This is the best stretch for the psoas muscle—it’s simple, and I think you’ll notice a big difference after you try it. Check it out. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: What is the psoas muscle? 0:10 The effects of a tight psoas muscle 2:45 The best psoas stretch 5:45 Learn more about the psoas muscle! Today, I’m going to share the best stretch for your psoas muscle. The psoas muscle connects the upper part of your body with the lower part. A tight psoas muscle can lead to low back pain, poor posture, and problems with the hips. Problems with the psoas muscle can make it difficult to: • Get out of bed • Stand from a seated position • Walk and run • Have good posture • Keep a low back curve • Climb stairs When the psoas is too tight, it affects a lot of other muscles, and those muscles start to compensate. Typically, a person will have a tighter psoas muscle on one side more than the other side. It’s very important to fix that and keep the psoas symmetrical. This simple psoas stretch that I’m going to show you will also help you strengthen and stabilize this muscle. I think it’s going to give you a lot of relief. Over the course of two to three weeks of doing this stretch, you’ll find that when you walk, your pelvis, hips, and gait are more free and open. You’ll also notice that your low back pain is much better, your hips are less tight, and your low back curve is in a good position. Watch the video for an in-depth demonstration of the best stretch for your psoas. Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Foods You Should NEVER Consume Organic

Is organic better? Most of the time, yes! Organic foods are produced without toxic chemicals, but some foods are not worth buying organic. Save your money and discover the 13 foods you DON’T need to buy organic. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: When NOT to buy organic 0:20 What is organic? 1:49 Is organic food healthier? 2:29 13 foods you should never buy organic 6:29 Foods to ALWAYS buy organic Organic foods are foods without synthetic chemical input, such as pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides, which are harmful chemicals that build up in the body. Organic animal foods are given organic feed and raised without antibiotics. The term “foods made with organic ingredients” means that at least 70% of the product must be organic. “Organic” means 95% of the ingredients must be organic, and “100% organic” means 100% of the ingredients must be organic. Just because something is labeled organic doesn’t make it healthy. Beware of organic junk food! The following foods are not worth buying organic: 1. Sea salt 2. Wild-caught salmon 3. Avocados 4. Baking soda 5. Water 6. Walnuts 7. Pecans 8. Brazil nuts 9. Macadamia nuts 10. Coconuts 11. Cabbage 12. Banana 13. Game meat Always buy organic for the following foods to avoid pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides: 1. Peanuts 2. Strawberries 3. Coffee 4. Chocolate 5. Cotton 6. Spinach 7. Apples 8. Grapes 9. Tea 10. Cherries 11. Wheat, oats, lentils, pulses It’s important to note that organic means non-GMO, but non-GMO doesn’t always mean organic! Your Legs Are Declining First — Here's Why

Leg strength is one of the best indicators of longevity. Find out how to increase leg strength and longevity with a healthy lifestyle and diet. Discover a simple leg exercise that can make a massive difference in circulation and lower body strength! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Leg strength for longevity 0:37 Leg problems that affect longevity 10:41 Type 2 diabetes 13:50 The Soleus push-up 16:40 Sitting-rising test and longevity 19:43 More tips for strong legs Did you know that your legs can give early warning signs about underlying health conditions? The older you are, the more relevant this becomes! The following conditions that affect the legs can provide insight into your longevity and overall health. 1. Peripheral neuropathy These symptoms of numbness, pain, tingling, or burning in the bottom of the feet or fingertips are often associated with diabetes. High levels of sugar in the bloodstream destroy the vascular and nervous systems. 2. Ankle and foot edema Puffy legs and ankles, or pitting edema, often signify a serious problem with circulation involving the kidney, liver, or heart. 3. Restless legs syndrome This often occurs at night and is related to the overconsumption of sugar. Interference with your sleep can decrease longevity. Dietary changes, vitamin B1, and magnesium may help improve this condition. 4. Deep vein thrombosis Clots in the legs can break off and travel to the lungs. Around 90% to 95% percent of heart attacks are caused by clots. 5. Peripheral artery disease This type of atherosclerosis goes beyond the arteries of the heart and is caused by damage to the endothelial layer of the arteries. 6. Chronic venous insufficiency This is associated with a sedentary lifestyle and puts increased pressure on the heart. 7. Sarcopenia Age-related muscle loss is one of the top predictors of mortality. Protein and exercise are vital, especially as you age. Type 2 diabetes and blood sugar issues cause problems with the inside of the arteries, which often show up in your legs first. A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting can help reverse these issues, but this is often ignored by doctors. Benfotiamine and alpha-lipoic acid can also help with associated peripheral neuropathy. The soleus push-up can significantly improve your blood sugar and circulation, and the sitting-standing test is an excellent indicator of hip and core strength. Potassium, a low-carb diet, and the Soleus Push-up can all help improve edema and reduce excess water weight. Increasing nitric oxide supports the inner walls of the arteries, and consistent exercise and a sufficient amount of sleep can help strengthen the legs and increase longevity. How to Lose Weight WITHOUT a Diet

Can you lose weight without dieting? In this video, I’ll share some weight loss tips that actually work and uncover the truth about weight loss without dietary changes. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) ESSENTIAL DEFINITIONS FOR HEALTHY LIVING DOWNLOAD HERE: https://drbrg.co/4cHO7ZK 0:00 Introduction: How to lose weight without dieting 0:10 Exercise for weight loss 0:51 Ice baths for weight loss 2:55 Can you lose weight without diet changes? 3:45 Fat-burning tips 4:13 Reducing insulin to lose weight 4:48 Weight loss on the carnivore diet 5:09 Intermittent fasting and weight loss 6:00 Carbohydrates and fat-burning It's very difficult to lose even one pound of body fat without changing your diet. If you eat junk food, you’ll have to burn even more calories to burn extra fat. Weight loss is 15% exercise and 85% diet! You have to change your diet if you want to lose weight. There’s no way around it! Exercise improves fitness, muscle tone, and health, but it is not the key to weight loss and certainly won’t help you lose weight fast. If you want to lose fat and not just water weight, you have to keep insulin low. Decreasing insulin will also decrease your appetite and cravings. To reduce insulin, you must go on a low-carb diet! The carnivore diet involves eliminating all carbohydrates and eating meat, eggs, fish, and cheese. This simple diet can help you lose weight fast! Intermittent fasting is the key to fat loss. It can also help with other health problems, such as inflammation, high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression. Remember, carbs block fat burning. You can lose weight without changing your diet, but it won't be much! Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Dietary FIBER, Bloating, and Intestinal Gas: ▶️ https://youtu.be/5Ld9jCxv_to 0:00 Introduction: Stop bloating fast 0:24 Common treatments for bloating 0:55 What causes bloating? 2:44 How to get rid of bloating fast 3:00 Foods to avoid if you bloat 11:02 Learn more about digestion! Let’s talk about how to get rid of bloating fast. When it comes to a problem with the digestive system, the first thing you need to do is consider what you’re eating. You can try consuming fewer foods to help isolate what’s causing you to bloat the most. It’s important to consider what you ate just before you noticed you were bloated. This will give you a big clue as to what’s causing you to bloat. One of the best things to do for bloating is intermittent fasting. The more frequently you eat, the more bloating problems you’ll have. Gas produced by microbes in your gut can also cause bloating. When trying to get rid of bloating, avoiding certain things is way more important than taking certain things. Common foods to avoid to help with bloating: • Fruit • Beans • Grains • Refined sugars • Sugar alcohols • Starches • Maltodextrin or dextrin • Functional fibers • Prebiotics • Gluten • Lactose • Casein • Nuts or nut butter • Vegetables Other potential causes of bloating: • Stress • Constipation • Menstrual cramps Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The 7 Symptoms of a Vitamin D Deficiency - Dr. Berg

Are you low in vitamin D? Learn more about the warning signs of a vitamin D deficiency. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Vitamin D basics 2:15 Symptoms of a vitamin D deficiency 7:50 Vitamin D deficiency causes 10:57 Check out my video on vitamin D toxicity! Today I want to cover the warning signs of a vitamin D deficiency. However, it’s important to remember that a warning sign or symptom isn’t the real problem—it’s an indicator of the real problem. Seven warning signs of a vitamin D deficiency: 1. High blood pressure 2. Low back pain 3. High blood sugar 4. High susceptibility to viruses 5. Autoimmune conditions 6. Daytime sleepiness 7. Depression Let’s say you’re doing everything right, and you’re still deficient in vitamin D. There are a few reasons why this could happen. Top causes of a vitamin D deficiency (when you’re already getting vitamin D): • Polymorphism (a vitamin D receptor mutation) • You’re still not getting enough vitamin D (you need at least 10,000 IU) • You have a problem with absorption (due to low zinc, low magnesium, a liver problem, a kidney problem, darker skin, or being overweight) When you take a vitamin D supplement, you also need to take vitamin K2. The correct ratio is 10,000 IU of D3 to 100 mcg of K2. Vitamin K2 can help drive calcium into the bones and help prevent it from depositing in the arteries, joints, and other tissues. When using high doses of vitamin D, always check with your doctor. High doses of vitamin D can increase blood/urine calcium levels resulting in calcium deposits in the kidney. Also drink 2.5 liters of fluids per day, take cofactors with vitamin D (magnesium, K2 and zinc) and have your doctor monitor your PTH, vitamin D blood levels and creatinine and avoid excess calcium supplements of high calcium foods when taking vitamin D levels over 10,000 IUs. #1 Selling Drug in the World: 27 Billion Dollars

Find out about the number 1 selling drug in the world, projected to generate over 27 billion dollars by the end of 2024! 0:00 Introduction: The number 1 selling drug in the world 0:35 Cancer drugs 1:09 What is Keytruda? 1:56 Immunomodulators and their side effects 3:12 Natural immunomodulators In this video, we’re going to talk about the best-selling drug in the world: Keytruda. Keytruda helps your immune system find and kill cancer cells. Keytruda is also used for autoimmune diseases and certain infections. Unlike chemotherapy, Keytruda helps kill cancer cells without killing your immune system. Keytruda works through immunomodulation. Immunomodulators increase, decrease, or block your immune system. Immunomodulator drugs have many side effects and don’t work on all types of cancer. Some cancers can become resistant to immunotherapy and stronger with treatment, a phenomenon similar to antibiotic resistance. Immunomodulator drugs don’t target the fuel for cancer or the raw materials necessary to build cancer cells. There are many natural immunomodulators. In fact, drug companies use research on plant chemicals to develop over 50% of medications. The following are natural immunomodulators: • Astragalus • Reishi mushrooms and other types of mushrooms • Vitamin D Dietary changes are also important. You need to eliminate foods that fuel cancer cells. Fasting is the most powerful tool to starve off cancer. It’s also important to believe that you will overcome cancer. Mindset matters! If you catch early-stage cataracts, there could be an opportunity for natural reversal. Cataracts occur in the lens of the eye. The lens has no blood supply and relies on glucose for energy. Too much sugar in the body can bind with proteins in the lens and damage them through a process known as glycation. Chronic high blood sugar can lead to the development of advanced glycation end products (AGEs). This can cause the lens to become opaque, making it difficult to see. This process is what we know as a cataract. Cataracts can even develop before diabetes, when insulin is high and insulin resistance is already present. To reverse cataracts naturally, you must lower insulin. Avoid sugar and fructose, stop snacking, and consider a low-carb or ketogenic diet. Phytonutrients from foods like cruciferous vegetables can also support eye health. NAC eye drops may also be beneficial for cataract reversal and prevention. The Uncomfortable Truth About Yogurt (You Won't Like It)

Yogurt is touted as a health food that can help support the gut microbiome, but really, how healthy is yogurt? In this video, discover all the things you didn’t know about yogurt. Your gut health depends on this! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Is yogurt bad for you? 0:10 Fermented foods 1:00 Yogurt side effects and benefits 3:10 Commercial yogurt vs. homemade yogurt 5:11 Unhealthy facts about yogurt 6:45 Processed yogurt ingredients 8:59 Probiotics, kefir, and sauerkraut The benefits of yogurt and other fermented foods do not lie in their ability to reseed the gut. The real benefit is the change in environment. Fermented and cultured foods change the pH and oxygen levels in the gut. They also provide food and metabolites for the gut microbes, which can also help activate dormant microbes. Many microbes have been suppressed by antibiotics, junk food, and other factors. Many of them are keystone microbes, which are vital for your gut health. Unless your yogurt says it contains live and active cultures, it’s been double-pasteurized. Commercial yogurt typically ferments for 1 to 2 hours, whereas traditional homemade yogurt ferments anywhere from 8 to 36 hours. By the time you eat commercial yogurt, there are significantly fewer CFUs of bacteria than stated on the label. Sugar in yogurt can kill the friendly bacteria and feed pathogens in your gut. Added ingredients, such as pectin, gels, and guar gum, inhibit bacterial movement. Yogurt fermented for only 1 to 2 hours will not have the right texture or thickness, so ingredients such as modified food starch, carrageenan, and polysorbate 80 are added. These ingredients can destroy the mucosal layer of the gut, leading to leaky gut and inflammation. Many commercial yogurts contain artificial sweeteners, which are known to alter the gut microbiome. Many processed yogurts contain bioengineered food ingredients that may contain traces of glyphosate, a patented antibiotic. This means the very product you’re consuming to support your gut health could be destroying your gut microbes. Probiotics contain significantly more microbes than yogurt. These freeze-dried microbes are often able to reach the large intestine and reseed the gut, especially when taken repetitively. Kefir, which contains both bacteria and yeast, is also a better option than yogurt. Sauerkraut is an excellent food for gut health. It contains polyphenols, postbiotics, SCFAs, sulforaphane, organic acids, glutamine, and the compound s-methylmethionine. Why Sea Moss Is Going VIRAL!

Sea moss has gained popularity on social media due to its numerous health benefits, but what exactly is it, and is it worth the hype? Uploaded 30-05-24 Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Advantages of sea moss 0:05 What is sea moss? 0:23 Benefits of sea moss 1:03 What is the purpose of trace minerals? 1:50 Importance of selenium 2:56 Advantages of iodine 3:40 Carrageenan and its effects Sea moss and sea kelp are both types of seaweed that grow underwater and have similar nutritional value. People have used sea moss on their skin and internally to help with digestion and inflammation. Sea moss contains various nutrients, including amino acids, fiber, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and phytonutrients. One of the standout features of sea moss and other types of seaweed is its high mineral content. This includes trace minerals, which are essential for our health but needed in small amounts. Trace minerals are crucial in activating enzymes and proteins that aid in various bodily functions. For example, selenium is essential for converting the inactive form of thyroid hormone (T4) to its active form (T3) and supporting immune function. Sea moss is also a great source of iodine. Iodine is crucial for thyroid health and helps regulate estrogen levels in women. Unfortunately, most land-grown produce lacks trace minerals. To get enough of these essential minerals, we need to consume foods grown near the ocean or directly from the sea itself. Some forms of seaweed, including sea moss, contain carrageenan. While this ingredient has been linked to digestive issues, it’s important to distinguish between naturally occurring carrageenan found in sea moss and the artificially added version found in processed foods.
