The 10 Risky Foods RFK Jr. Just OUTLAWED

I’m sure you’ve heard about Robert F. Kennedy Jr. banning certain artificial food dyes, but that’s just the beginning. Find out about the banned and soon-to-be-banned foods in our food supply that aren’t really foods at all! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: RFK Jr.'s banned food list 0:20 RFK Jr. bans food dyes 0:56 RFK Jr. and SNAP reform 2:02 RFK Jr. bans titanium dioxide 2:24 Brominated vegetable oil and potassium bromate 3:15 High-fructose corn syrup 3:52 Seed oils 4:21 Ultra-processed foods 4:56 Dr. Berg Junk Food Meter App 6:33 GRAS loophole (FDA) 1. Artificial food dyes There is no benefit to having toxic, artificial food coloring in our foods. The Delaney Clause prohibited the use of any food additives shown to induce cancer in humans or animals; however, in 1996, the Food Quality Protection Act effectively reversed this clause, allowing these chemicals back into the food supply. 2. The SNAP Program RFK Jr. is actively working to eliminate junk foods from the SNAP program. He is receiving a lot of pushback, even from unlikely sources, like the American Heart Association. 3. Titanium dioxide This ingredient is banned in France for causing DNA damage! It can enter the brain and has been identified as a carcinogen. RFK Jr. is actively working to remove this ingredient from the food supply. 4. Brominated vegetable oil This flame retardant has nothing to do with vegetables! Although it’s still used in American soft drinks, BVO has been banned in Europe, Japan, and India. 5. Potassium bromate This possible carcinogen is used to fluff up dough, yet it’s banned in 30 countries, but not in the US. 6. High-fructose corn syrup This corn-derived sweetener can lead to liver damage, a fatty liver, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and more. Many activists have been working to get this banned or limited in the children’s school system for some time. 7. Seed oils The average person consumes 25 to 30 percent of their calories from seed oils. They cause inflammation and other toxic effects, and can linger in the body for over a year after consumption. 8. Ultra-processed foods Ultra-processed foods contain synthetic starches, synthetic sugar, and seed oils. RFK Jr. aims to remove these foods from children’s lunches, hospitals, and assisted living homes. 9. Artificial sweeteners Sugar alcohols are made by fermenting natural ingredients, while artificial sweeteners use chemicals like petroleum. These sweeteners cause significant damage, including an alteration of your gut microbes and cancer. 10. GRAS The GRAS (generally recognized as safe) loophole allows industries to do their own testing to determine if a product is safe. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. SHRINK an Enlarged Prostate (And Restore Urine Flow)

Prostate enlargement has become increasingly common in men over 50. In this video, I’ll share the best diet for prostate health and the foods you should avoid to prevent or reverse an enlarged prostate. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: 11 foods to shrink the prostate naturally 0:30 Enlarged prostate symptoms 4:34 Natural remedies for an enlarged prostate 7:23 Insulin resistance and the prostate 8:33 The best foods for prostate health 11:20 Foods to avoid with an enlarged prostate A healthy prostate should be the size of a walnut, but an enlarged prostate can grow to the size of an orange! An enlarged prostate pushes against the bladder, reducing its capacity, which is why one of the most common symptoms of an enlarged prostate is frequent urination at night. Frequent urination at night, or polyuria, can also be caused by the following: •Type 2 diabetes •Prediabetes •High-carb diets •Excess water intake at night •Alcohol •Caffeine •Certain medications •Kidney damage •Sleep apnea Most medications for an enlarged prostate work by reducing DHT, a powerful form of testosterone. The following natural remedies inhibit the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, which converts testosterone into DHT: •Saw palmetto •Milk thistle •Stinging nettle root •Pumpkin seed oil The prostate has a lot of vitamin D receptors. Vitamin D regulates the growth of the prostate and helps prevent excessive growth. To increase your vitamin D, get more sun exposure or take at least 20,000 IU of vitamin D daily along with 350 mg of magnesium glycinate. As testosterone decreases, that can sometimes leave you with too much estrogen. DIM is an excellent remedy for hormonal imbalances related to estrogen. One of the most common contributors to an enlarged prostate is insulin resistance. Too much insulin can trigger the hormone IGF-1, which can increase the size of the prostate. Insulin is triggered by the consumption of carbohydrates and frequent eating. These 11 foods can help shrink the prostate 1. Low-carb foods 2. Wild-caught salmon/sardines 3. Arugula 4. Beets 5. Pumpkin seeds 6. Dark chocolate 7. Green tea 8. Tomatoes 9. Cod liver oil 10. Apple cider vinegar 11. Watermelon Avoid these foods for the best prostate health: •Sugar •Starches •Seed oils •Alcohol •Milk •Soda •Fried foods •Artificial sweeteners Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Indicators You're Consuming Too Much Sugar

Get access to my FREE resources 👉 https://drbrg.co/4bxDtTI Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. Discover the signs you’re eating too much sugar. Number 1 will surprise you! 0:00 Introduction: The classic side effects of sugar 0:15 Sugar vs. carbohydrates 3:12 7 signs you’re eating too much sugar 4:59 The #1 sign you’re eating too much sugar In this video, we’re going to talk about some of the side effects of consuming too much sugar. Some of the well-known side effects of sugar include fatigue, brain fog, belly fat, carb cravings, and cavities. Is there a difference between sugar and carbohydrates? A carbohydrate consists of sugar, fiber, and starch. Starches are called polysaccharides, meaning many sugars or multiple sugar molecules connected together. Starches raise blood sugar levels significantly more than sugar. Starches like maltodextrin, modified food starch, and modified corn starch have a much higher glycemic index than sugar. Here are 7 surprising signs that you’re consuming too much sugar: 7. Reduced collagen Reduced collagen will result in loose, wrinkled skin and premature aging. 6. Chronic white tongue Candida from too much sugar will cause you to have a white tongue. You won’t be able to get rid of it without eliminating sugar from the diet. 5. Chronic sinus problems Most chronic sinus problems are caused by a fungus called Aspergillus that feeds on sugar. 4. Red or pink gums Red or pink on your toothbrush after brushing could signify a mild case of scurvy or vitamin C deficiency. High sugar consumption blocks vitamin C. 3. Low testosterone Low testosterone can cause erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, and difficulty building muscle. 2. Susceptibility to infection Too much sugar can weaken your immune system, making you more vulnerable to infection. 1. High adrenaline levels Too much sugar damages the cell’s ability to make energy in the mitochondria. To compensate, the body produces more adrenaline. How 115 million Americans Got Chronic Disease Overnight (Without Getting Any Sicker)

The chronic disease epidemic in the U.S. is not caused by what you think. Discover why overdiagnosis is so common and why chronic disease diagnoses continue to rise. If you’re dealing with chronic disease symptoms, understanding the root cause is critical, but it’s often overlooked. One of the best ways to identify the root cause is to determine when your symptoms began, and what happened just before that. In 2017, more than 31 million people were diagnosed with hypertension overnight without any actual change in their blood pressure. Instead, the diagnostic definition of high blood pressure changed. Similar trends have occurred with cholesterol and diabetes. In 1988, an LDL level of 190 was considered normal. By 2001, that threshold had dropped to 130, and statin prescriptions doubled. The classification for high cholesterol dropped again in 2013. Prediabetes was also introduced as a diagnostic category, and today more than 115 million Americans have diabetes or prediabetes. Expanded diagnostic classifications have not translated into longer life expectancy. Chronically elevated insulin may be at the root of many chronic illnesses, and a high-carbohydrate diet can keep insulin levels elevated. Natural approaches and lifestyle factors are not always addressed when someone receives a chronic disease diagnosis. One theory proposes that viruses are necessary tools for survival. You’re born with an innate immune system, but your acquired immune system develops over time. It cannot be developed without viruses! Viruses cause your immune system to adapt and become stronger. Some viruses, like the Epstein-Barr virus, downgrade the vitamin D receptor. Vitamin D has two different systems. One directs calcium to the bone, and the other supports everything else, including the immune system. Your immune system will suffer if you’re not getting daily vitamin D from your food, sun, or supplements. You need a minimum of 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily to support your immune system! Is oatmeal bad for you? Let’s talk about it. The small packets of flavored oatmeal contain a lot of sugar, and even though they may be marketed as healthy—they’re not. But what about unsweetened oatmeal? Here are three things you might not know about unsweetened oatmeal: 1. Certain studies show a significant improvement in blood sugar and cholesterol. However, the control in one of these studies is white bread. The study also only showed an improvement in blood sugar right after the meal. Part of the study referring to cholesterol was only on consuming beta-glucan, which is an isolated compound in oatmeal. In a different study, the participants all had diabetes, and they didn’t see a change in their blood glucose levels. 2. Oats contain a type of gluten called avenin. This protein has been known to increase cytokines. 3. Oat products have often been treated with glyphosate. The World Health Organization classifies glyphosate as a carcinogen. It may be beneficial to skip breakfast altogether and give intermittent fasting a try. If you do consume breakfast, eggs would be a healthier choice than oatmeal. TUDCA is an ancient remedy that has been used in Chinese medicine and is still prescribed for certain liver diseases in Japan today. Bile is made by the liver and stored and concentrated in the gallbladder. It’s released when you eat to help break down fat and absorb nutrients from fat, including fat-soluble vitamins and phytonutrients. Bile is also antimicrobial, helps remove excess cholesterol, and helps increase GLP-1. If you’re deficient in bile, try taking 200 mg of ox bile after a meal. Unlike ox bile, which remains in the digestive system, TUDCA is water-soluble and can travel outside the digestive system and throughout the entire body. TUDCA supports healthy bile flow through the liver and bile ducts and helps increase insulin sensitivity. TUDCA doesn’t break down fat, so ox bile is better suited for supporting fat digestion. Try taking 250 mg of TUDCA on an empty stomach twice per day. The Confirmed Benefits of Prolonged Fasting: 7 Critical Things You Need to Know

Prolonged fasting has a lot of incredible benefits. Here's what you really need to know before giving it a try. Check out 2 Most Amazing Cancer Success Stories Here: ▶️ https://youtu.be/wiGVsUtCZwI ▶️ https://youtu.be/YzPrxku1x5Y 0:00 Introduction: Understanding fasting vs. snacking 3:03 What great thinkers have said about fasting 3:52 Fasting vs. starving 5:30 Critical things you need to know about prolonged fasting 18:33 Learn how to make insulin more sensitive! Today, I’m going to share seven critical things you need to know about prolonged fasting. Fasting is very simple yet very powerful. Snacking is one of the worst things for your insulin and your overall health. Food is nourishing, but to heal your body, you might be better off not eating. Snacking causes hunger, weight gain, fatigue, and moodiness—among other potential health problems. Yet, simply not eating can create so many powerful health effects. Throughout history, many great thinkers, including Hippocrates and Plato, have even had positive things to say about fasting. Seven critical things you need to know about prolonged fasting (72 hours or longer): 1. Only drink water (2.5 liters), tea, and coffee—and take supplements (electrolytes, B vitamins, vitamin D, and vitamin C) 2. Take electrolytes (including sea salt) 3. Go very slow and gradual when refeeding, and avoid carbs, sugar, and a large meal 4. Don’t take apple cider vinegar 5. Do Healthy Keto when you break your fast 6. Understand the dawn phenomenon (your liver is making sugar due to insulin resistance) 7. Know when to break your fast (don’t stop when it’s uncomfortable—push through the transition phase) Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Stop Expecting ANY Vitamin A from Carrots

Consuming carrots isn't the best way to get the benefits of vitamin A. Learn more! 0:00 Introduction: Do carrots have a lot of vitamin A? 0:14 Pre-vitamin A vs. active vitamin A 1:32 Foods rich in vitamin A 2:07 Are carrots keto-friendly? 5:05 Learn more about fiber and insulin! Which has more vitamin A: 40 pounds of carrots or three ounces of beef liver? It turns out that beef liver is a better source of vitamin A. Carrots have a lot of pre-vitamin A, called beta-carotene. The active form of vitamin A is called retinol. Beta-carotene has to convert into retinol to become active, but the conversion rate isn’t very high. The best sources of beta-carotene are plant-based, and the best sources of retinol are animal-based. To get the vitamin A your body needs, it’s important to consume animal sources that have the active form of vitamin A, retinol. Foods high in vitamin A (retinol): • Beef liver • Cod liver and cod liver oil • Egg yolk • Butter Beta-carotene is a great nutrient, but you can’t get all of the vitamin A benefits you need from beta-carotene. So, what about carrots? Are carrots keto-friendly? Carrots are higher on the glycemic index, but they have a lot of fiber, making the sugar less of a problem. So, yes, you can have carrots on keto. But keep in mind that carrot juice doesn’t have very much fiber and shouldn’t be consumed on the keto diet. DATA: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-020-69363-7 0:00 Introduction: Why you can't lose weight 0:45 Top things that make it difficult to lose weight 1:24 How your genes affect weight loss 5:52 What to do if you can't lose weight 10:15 Learn more about metabolism! Are your friends and family losing weight, and you're not? Let's talk about why it's not working. A few of the top things that make it difficult to lose weight: • Past dieting • Insulin resistance • Doing the wrong type of diet • Not doing intermittent fasting (or not applying it correctly) • Not getting enough sleep • Existing health problems But there is a big thing that can affect weight loss that I've never talked about before: your genes. There are many different positive and negative things that can affect your genes. Within certain individuals, there are variations of genes that act differently. These variations can cause some people to burn fat fast and others to lose weight slowly. These genetic variations aren't errors. They're just things that happened within our genetics long ago that may have even been survival advantages but don't help us in our current environment. Weight loss tips for those who can't lose weight: 1. Give it more time 2. Be more strict with your carb intake 3. Fast for longer 4. Completely cut out sugar, get into a deep level of ketosis, and consume nutrient-dense foods 5. Add more tactical actions, which can include: • Getting more exercise (HIIT) • Consuming apple cider vinegar • Getting more sleep • Taking berberine • Taking cinnamon • Cutting out extra fat • Avoiding restaurants Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. We’re switching things up—taking an eye-opening look at what’s currently happening in North Carolina as flood victims struggle to rebuild what was lost. Join me as I speak with Bill St. Pierre, who witnessed firsthand the devastation in communities hit by this disaster. Bill shares his experience of traveling to the area with an excavator and seeing entire towns submerged—homes destroyed, roads impassable, and essential services overwhelmed. While FEMA and the Red Cross have provided some support, many families have received little to no help, struggling with inadequate aid and crushing expenses. Some survivors are being offered just a fraction of what they need to rebuild—$3,000 for a family that needs at least $200,000, and even those receiving the maximum FEMA check are left with a fraction of the funds required to start the cleanup. As Bill explains, the system is broken, and many are being left to fend for themselves. Bill and other volunteers are donating their time, money, and resources to rebuild homes from the ground up. And you can help, too! We’re raising funds to support these efforts, from clearing debris to building new homes for families who lost everything. If you want to make a real difference in their lives, please consider donating to the GoFundMe that is linked above. Every dollar counts, and together, we can help these families rebuild.
