IF YOUR FEET OR HANDS BURN, TINGLE, OR GO NUMB...THIS NUTRIENT MAY HELP | Dr. Mandell

If your feet or hands burn, tingle, buzz, feel numb, or feel like pins and needles, your nerves may be trying to tell you something important. These symptoms can happen for many reasons, including blood sugar problems, insulin resistance, vitamin B12 deficiency, poor circulation, nerve compression, inflammation, thyroid issues, medication effects, or diabetic peripheral neuropathy. In this video, Dr. Mandell explains how nerves depend on healthy blood flow, oxygen, nutrients, and mitochondrial energy to function properly, and why elevated blood sugar and oxidative stress can irritate and damage delicate nerve tissue over time. You’ll also learn about alpha-lipoic acid, a powerful antioxidant nutrient that has been studied for supporting nerve health, mitochondrial energy production, glucose metabolism, and symptoms of diabetic nerve discomfort. Commonly discussed supplemental amounts are often around 300 to 600 mg daily, but always speak with your healthcare provider first, especially if you take diabetes medication, blood sugar medication, thyroid medication, or have any medical condition. This video also covers why you should not ignore burning feet, tingling hands, numb toes, pins and needles, or strange nerve sensations, and why finding the root cause is always more important than simply covering up symptoms. Your body is not betraying you—it is communicating with you. Listen early, take action, and support your nerves naturally. ********************************* Please share this video with your friends and family. Before You Treat Toenail Fungus… Watch This | Dr. Mandell

Thick, yellow, brittle, or hard-to-cut toenails are not always just a cosmetic problem. In this video, Dr. Mandell explains why toenails may become thick, yellow, curved, brittle, distorted, or difficult to trim as we age, and why these changes should not be ignored. While toenail fungus is a common cause, it is not the only reason nails change. Thick yellow toenails may also be related to repeated pressure from tight shoes, trauma to the nail bed, poor foot hygiene, excess moisture, reduced circulation, blood sugar problems, inflammation, psoriasis, eczema, aging, or other health conditions affecting the feet and nails. You’ll learn simple steps that may help create a healthier environment around the nail, including soaking the feet in warm water to soften thick nails, drying thoroughly between the toes, using diluted tea tree oil or diluted oregano oil carefully, rotating shoes, wearing clean moisture-wicking socks, choosing shoes with a wider toe box, walking daily, moving the ankles and toes, massaging the feet, and supporting nail health with proper nutrition. Healthy nails need protein, zinc, iron, biotin, vitamins, minerals, and good blood flow to grow properly. Toenails grow slowly, so consistency is important. If a nail suddenly becomes dark, painful, lifts from the nail bed, changes rapidly, or if you have diabetes, poor circulation, or a weakened immune system, always seek professional evaluation. Your toenails may be giving you important clues about your overall health, so don’t just cover them up—listen to what they may be telling you. ********************************* Please share this video with your friends and family. NEVER Eat Eggs Until You Know This | Dr. Mandell

Eggs have been misunderstood for decades, and many people still avoid them because they’re afraid of cholesterol. In this video, Dr. Mandell explains the truth about eggs, cholesterol, and heart health, including why cholesterol is essential for every cell in your body, hormone production, vitamin D production, bile acids, brain health, and overall function. You’ll learn how the liver makes most of the cholesterol your body needs, why dietary cholesterol from eggs does not affect everyone the same way, and why the real problem is often not the egg itself but the overall lifestyle around it. Eggs provide high-quality protein, all nine essential amino acids, choline for brain and nerve health, lutein and zeaxanthin for eye support, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B12, selenium, and many important nutrients found mostly in the yolk. This video also explains why you should look at the entire meal, not just the egg, because eggs eaten with vegetables, avocado, fruit, and whole foods are very different from eggs eaten with bacon, sausage, pastries, sugary cereals, fried potatoes, and processed foods. Dr. Mandell also discusses healthy ways to prepare eggs, including boiling, poaching, and gently scrambling, while avoiding burning or overcooking them. For most healthy people, eggs should not be feared, but people with familial hypercholesterolemia, certain medical conditions, or specific doctor recommendations should follow professional guidance. The goal is to stop fearing one natural food and start understanding the bigger picture of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, blood sugar, metabolism, and heart health. ********************************* Please share this video with your friends and family. DRINK 1 TABLESPOON OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL BEFORE BED... HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS | Dr. Mandell

Have you ever wondered why so many people are taking a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil before bed? In this video, Dr. Mandell explains the science behind this growing nighttime health habit and what really happens inside your body while you sleep. Learn how extra virgin olive oil, one of the cornerstones of the Mediterranean diet, provides heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and powerful antioxidant polyphenols that support cardiovascular health, healthy blood vessels, and protection against oxidative stress. You'll also discover how taking olive oil before bedtime may help reduce late-night cravings, promote satiety, support healthy digestion and bowel regularity in some people, and become an easy habit to maintain as part of your evening routine. We also compare taking olive oil in the morning versus at night, explaining the physiological differences between beginning your day after an overnight fast and consuming it before your body's longest natural period of rest and recovery. Dr. Mandell discusses what current research supports, what it doesn't, how much to take, the best type of extra virgin olive oil to choose, who should use caution, and why consistency is far more important than the time of day. If you're looking for simple, evidence-based ways to improve your overall health naturally, this video will help you make an informed decision. Remember, small healthy habits practiced consistently often lead to the greatest long-term health benefits. ********************************* Please share this video with your friends and family.
