Being certified as a Shinpiden, Reiki Master/Teacher; I have learned the first step to maintaining your Badassness is through a healthy mind and body. I have learned through trials, tribulations and formal education the steps to maintain a healthy mind and body. Before you can maintain a healthy body, you must be in the correct mindset because they work together to keep you grounded. You don’t have to wait for permission or for the education fund to be approved by your organization to get those back pocket skills. Back pocket skills are skills you obtain when they are not required for work or skills that are opposite from your 9-5 job. We can all use constructive advice and friends that will come to our rescue when we need emotional support. Let's help each other throughout these tough situations and learn together to maintain our sanity. Every one of us can use encouragement!     Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note. What will you do if your rent goes up, if your house payment goes up because your property taxes is costing you more money. You don't have to quit your job but add income to your wallet. You can create a business on the drop of a dime. A business license is NOT required before you get started, you can make money and then apply for a license. One thing you have to do is list the date you started your business and most of the time is this case, it is a prior date. As I mentioned earlier in the year, some states offer free business licenses.
