Find out about the arthritis foods to avoid and how to reduce inflammation and joint pain with Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) with the best dietary choices. Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Foods to avoid with arthritis 0:40 What is arthritis? 4:17 TUDCA 8:45 Rheumatoid arthritis 10:42 What causes joint pain and arthritis? 12:16 The 7 worst foods for arthritis and joint pain 20:28 The best foods for arthritis pain Today, we’re going to look at some of the causes of arthritis, the worst foods for arthritis, and foods that can improve your symptoms! The chondrocyte is a cell that makes up your cartilage. Arthritis is often related to stress that originates in the endoplasmic reticulum of these cells. Surprisingly, this cell has receptors for bile salts! There are two types of bile: one made by the liver and secondary bile produced by your microbes. This secondary type of bile acts as a potent anti-inflammatory in the joints, protecting them and reducing inflammation. TUDCA is a specialized bile salt that can reduce stress in the endoplasmic reticulum and can be incredibly beneficial for arthritis and joint pain. Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from building up in the soft tissue. A deficiency can lead to calcification in the joints and arteries, as well as the formation of osteophytes. Whether you have rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis, vitamin D is one of the most effective anti-inflammatory agents. It is also incredibly beneficial for addressing autoimmune conditions. Joint pain and arthritis are often triggered by the following: •Food allergies •AGEs (sugar and protein byproduct) •Infection •Seed oils •Microbiome problem Here are 7 foods to avoid with arthritis and joint pain: 1. Emulsifiers (Polysorbate 80) 2. Low-fat soy protein powder 3. Refined seed oil (Aldehydes) 4. Alcohol (Purines from beer) 5. Casein A1 Protein 6. Modern wheat (Gluten content, glyphosate, amylopectin A, WGA) 7. High fructose corn syrup The following foods can help reduce joint pain and inflammation and reduce the symptoms of arthritis: 1. Fermented foods 2. Healthy fats (Olive oil, avocado oil, fish oils, grass-fed animal fats) 3. High vitamin D3 foods and omega-3 fats 4. Sulfur-rich foods (Onions, garlic, cruciferous vegetables) 5. Collagen (Bone broth) High amounts of iron can contribute to arthritis, so it's best to keep your intake low. Try TUDCA to support the endoplasmic reticulum in your cells and reduce joint pain. Related to hair loss, trace minerals can potentially help prevent and treat autoimmune diseases and help build up hair protein. The best trace minerals for alopecia: 1. Iodine (200 mcg per day) The best sources: • Seafood • Sea salt • Sea kelp or seaweed 2. Zinc (50 mg per day) The best sources: • Meat • Fish • Seafood • Beef liver • Eggs 3. The Massive Multivitamin Scam

Are multivitamins bad for you? How could that be? In this video, I’ll share the truth about the multivitamin scam. Find out about the vitamins you should never take, supplements that don’t work, and the harmful ingredients in your supplements. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Multivitamins truth 0:19 Harmful ingredients in supplements 1:45 Synthetic vs. natural vitamins 3:38 Do multivitamins really work? 9:32 Natural vitamins and minerals 11:17 Fake vitamins exposed! Many multivitamins are made with the cheapest, synthetic ingredients which could be doing more harm than good. The first ingredient in many multivitamins is often calcium carbonate, which is limestone! The first ingredient usually makes up the majority of the product. Magnesium oxide, another common ingredient, is very cheap and has the lowest absorption rate compared to other forms of magnesium. The term “natural” isn’t regulated, so ingredients derived from sources such as petroleum and coal tar can be labeled as natural. In nature, vitamins don’t exist alone; they are combined with other nutrients and cofactors, which are often missing when you take synthetic vitamins. Biochemistry can not work without cofactors. Although there are nutrients that are difficult to obtain in sufficient amounts from food, that doesn’t mean they should be replaced with synthetic multivitamins. Maltodextrin is commonly used as a filler in vitamins and minerals. It’s a highly refined industrial starch, classified as a complex carbohydrate, and spikes blood sugar more than sugar. Ascorbic acid is a synthetic part of the vitamin C complex. Approximately 90% is made in China from GMO corn and sulfuric acid. Many people have a genetic issue converting cyanocobalamin, a synthetic form of B12, and folic acid, a synthetic form of B9, into their active forms. This can cause negative side effects in 40% of the population. Almost all of the popular multivitamins are owned by Big Pharma, Big Food, Big Chemical, or large investment groups. For example, Centrum Silver is owned by Pfizer, and One a Day is owned by Bayer. Nature Made is owned by the same company that sells Abilify! Red Flags of a Serious Nutrient Deficiency

Iodine is vital for the health of your thyroid, which impacts almost every part of your body. Unfortunately, iodine deficiency has become increasingly common due to depleted soils and chemicals in the water supply. Find out how to spot the early signs of iodine deficiency in this video. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Iodine deficiency causes 1:09 Outer eyebrow thinning 1:22 Hair loss 1:36 Hoarseness 1:51 Enlarged tongue 2:05 Unexplained weight gain 2:30 High estrogen 3:30 Lowered IQ 6:00 Iodine function 6:34 Selenium and iodine 6:56 High iodine foods LINKS TO WATER FILTERS: https://www.amazon.com/Travel-Berkey-...https://www.amazon.com/ZeroWater-7-Cu...https://clearlyfiltered.com/products/... Iodine deficiency is becoming incredibly common because most people aren’t getting enough in their food, and chemicals like fluoride and chlorine in the water supply can deplete it. Vegans are at increased risk for iodine deficiency because they aren’t consuming iodine foods such as shellfish, dairy, eggs, and other seafood. Here are 7 strange iodine deficiency signs to look out for. 1. Outer eyebrow thinning If the outer third of your eyebrow is thinning, you could have an iodine deficiency. 2. Hair loss Iodine is vital in ensuring that you have adequate thyroid hormones to support your hair. 3. Hoarseness This may feel like a lump in your throat due to an enlarged thyroid. 4. Enlarged tongue Indentations on the outside of the tongue signify an enlarged tongue. 5. Unexplained weight gain When your thyroid doesn’t have enough iodine, it can slow your metabolism, leading to weight gain. 6. Increased estrogen Heavy periods, excessive cramping, headaches, and weight gain in the hips all signify increased estrogen. Testosterone may also decrease in both men and women if the thyroid isn’t functioning properly. 7. Lowered IQ Thyroid function affects many parts of the brain, including the portion responsible for making decisions, problem-solving, attention, focus, creativity, and memory. Iodine is vital for properly functioning thyroid hormones, which affect every part of the body. Thyroid hormones affect the ovaries and the testicles, regulate estrogen dominance, and help mood and cognitive function. Hypothyroidism is one of the most common health problems worldwide! Selenium is also essential for the thyroid, especially for conditions like Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism. Rather than waiting for iodine deficiency symptoms, add the following iodine-rich foods to your diet to help prevent a problem: •Sea kelp/seaweed •Shellfish •Fish from the ocean •Eggs •Dairy Get a high-quality water filter to eliminate chlorine and fluoride in your drinking water! The Most Critical Mineral Deficiency in Rotator Cuff Repair / Pain / Tears

Let’s talk about the top mineral deficiency in rotator cuff injuries and a lot of other joint injuries. Up to 94% of rotator cuff treatments don’t have a great success rate and require more treatment over time. The majority of rotator cuff problems are related to the tendons, not the muscles. There are some natural things you can do to maximize the strength of your rotator cuff, but unfortunately, it will likely never be 100% again. Two things you should never do for a rotator cuff injury are: 1. Apply cold to the injury 2. Rest the injured area What to do for tendon rehab and rotator cuff repair: • A hanging stretch (for arthritis with no tear or trauma) • Isometric exercises • Get plenty of vitamin D, vitamin C, and amino acids • Keep moving on a regular basis • Eccentric exercises • Get plenty of manganese The most important nutrient for your tendons and rotator cuff repair is manganese. A manganese deficiency can slow down the repair of your tendons. Manganese is essential for strengthening your tendons and ligaments. The best source of manganese is shellfish. If you’re going to take a manganese supplement, consider taking about 200 mg for around a month and then try to get it from your diet. THIS is the Most Remarkable ADAPTOGEN in The World - How it Works and Why it's THE BEST

Chapters: Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: What are adaptogens? 0:48 The most powerful adaptogen in the world 1:28 How ashwagandha works 3:07 Cortisol explained 7:07 Ashwagandha benefits 8:58 Check out this important video on stress! Today, we’re going to talk about the most powerful adaptogen in the world: ashwagandha. An adaptogen is something that helps you cope with stress and helps your body adjust to its environment. Ashwagandha has a lot of benefits, but we’re going to focus on how it can help you adapt to stress. Ashwagandha has helped many people feel calmer and like they can cope with stress easier. Ashwagandha helps control the HPA axis, which is the communication between your hypothalamus, pituitary, and adrenals. These hormonal communications help the body adapt to a stress response. Once the communication is complete, the hormone is supposed to lower back down, but with chronic stress, cortisol never goes back down and is chronically elevated. Ashwagandha can help reduce these hormones. Cortisol isn’t a bad thing. It doesn’t cause stress—it’s adapting your body to a stress state. But, it’s not healthy to have your body in a state of chronic stress and chronically elevated cortisol. Potential benefits of ashwagandha: • It helps lower cortisol in the AM • It helps lower DHEA (a precursor to cortisol) in the AM • It helps raise testosterone (stress lowers testosterone) • It helps increase endurance • It helps increase strength (stress may cause weakness) • It has shown significant improvements in emotions Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The #1 Best Food for Youthful Skin

If you want glowing, youthful skin, you must work from the inside out. Discover one of the best anti-aging foods for your skin to add to your diet today! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: How to look younger 1:46 The best anti-aging food 4:27 Collagen and anti-aging 4:52 The best anti-aging diet Is your beauty routine actually aging you? The creams and lotions you think are helping your skin could have plastics, toxic chemicals, and hidden carcinogens. Even the products containing collagen will not be absorbed topically through the skin. Over-cleansing and excess scrubbing destroy your skin’s microbiome. Tap water contains fluoride and chlorine, which are toxic and damaging to the skin. A filter for your shower can help. Statins can also destroy youthful skin. They block cholesterol, which is essential for skin health and integrity. The FDA does not do third-party testing on the chemicals in your anti-aging products. The EU has banned 1600 cosmetic ingredients, while the US has only banned 30. The best anti-aging food is high in retinol, an essential building block for connective tissue and vital for the skin’s immune function. This anti-aging food contains copper and zinc, which support skin elasticity and healing. It’s loaded with iron, and a single serving has more anti-wrinkle and anti-aging benefits than many expensive creams. If you haven’t guessed, grass-fed liver is the #1 anti-aging superfood! Grass-fed liver contains every cofactor and nutrient necessary for healthy, youthful skin. Some people don’t enjoy eating liver, and if you have preexisting liver damage, you may feel tired after eating it. If this happens, try taking one beef liver capsule before bed. Soaking liver in lemon juice can improve its taste. Many good recipes also make it more palatable. Liver pâté, grass-fed liver pills, and blending liver with ground beef can also help mask the flavor. If you consume collagen, you need many cofactors to penetrate the skin. Liver provides all of them! Ultraprocessed foods will make you look older! Low-fat diets can also have an aging effect on the skin. Low-fat protein and poor quality protein will help you lose weight, but won’t help you look younger. One simple breathing technique can help lower blood pressure levels in just a few minutes. Try breathing in for 4 seconds and out for 6 seconds, then use a blood pressure monitor to compare your blood pressure before and after. This technique works by stimulating the vagus nerve, which influences the heart and parasympathetic nervous system. Focusing on a longer exhale can also help promote relaxation during periods of stress or anxiety. Sunlight exposure also provides additional support for healthy blood pressure by stimulating the production of nitric oxide, which helps relax blood vessels. High blood pressure often develops long before you’re diagnosed with hypertension. In fact, changes in arterial stiffness can occur years earlier. A pulse wave velocity test can help assess arterial stiffness before high blood pressure develops. Nearly 90% of hypertension cases are classified as essential hypertension, meaning the exact cause is unknown. Lifestyle factors are rarely studied in healthcare research. Arterial stiffness is often preceded by high levels of insulin, which cause sodium retention. Refined sugar consumption, chronic stress, and low magnesium are a few factors that trigger high insulin levels. What are the best exercises to lose weight? Watch this video to discover the #1 exercise that burns the most calories! 0:00 Introduction: What exercise burns the most calories? 5:29 Calorie burning 6:52 Exercise and your mitochondria 7:37 How to increase mitochondria to burn fat fast 9:40 Growth hormone and fat burning 11:10 The best exercise to lose weight In this video, we’re going to talk about the best exercise for calorie burning. The type of calories you burn depends on your diet and exercise habits. If you consume sugar, you’re going to burn sugar calories. If you consume fat without sugar, you’ll burn fat. Avoid overtraining, which increases cortisol and can deplete protein from your muscles. Calorie burning largely depends on the health of your mitochondria. Your energy levels, recovery time, and endurance can indicate whether your mitochondria are healthy. Certain medications like statins weaken the mitochondria. To increase and strengthen your mitochondria, do the following: • Exercise with adequate rest • Focus on thyroid health • Increase muscle mass • Intermittent fasting • Cold therapy • Consume meat Metabolomics can examine mitochondria to determine whether they’re getting enough fuel. Insulin resistance can destroy mitochondria. Growth hormone can reduce insulin resistance, help you build more muscle, and burn more fat. If your diet is too high in carbs, you won’t be able to burn fat. This is why it’s essential to look beyond calorie burning. Fat burning is only 15% exercise and 85% diet. The type of exercise that will help you burn the most calories is something that is high-intensity and involves as many muscles as possible. Today, I want to cover the best food to support healing and repair: red meat. Not only does red meat have the most protein, but it also has some other amazing benefits. Other types of protein, like eggs and salmon, are beneficial—but red meat is the best to support healing. Of all the things needed for the repair or healing process, amino acids are among the most important. Red meat is more bioavailable and is a more concentrated source of amino acids than other types of protein. It also contains more iron, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin K, and omega-3 fatty acids than eggs. This doesn’t include processed meat from factory farms. It’s crucial to get high-quality grass-fed, grass-finished red meat. Red meat also contains four important additional nutrients for healing, repair, and recovery: 1. Carnitine 2. Creatine 3. Carnosine 4. Coenzyme Q10 People who have difficulty digesting red meat typically have low stomach acid. Even if you don’t like the taste of red meat, it may be because you have low stomach acid. Betaine hydrochloride may be beneficial to help strengthen your stomach acid. You can try taking three to five betaine hydrochloride supplements before a meal for about one month. However, if you tend to have excess iron, red meat may not be for you. Instead, you could try consuming more poultry or eggs. Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Track Your Autonomic Nervous System (ANS)

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Product Link: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/3t540XG Watch the HRV Training videos here: ▶️ https://drbrg.co/3sXn0Y9 0:00 Introduction: Heart rate variability explained 0:10 What is HRV? 1:47 What does an HRV device do? 7:05 Learn more about HRV in our training videos Today, I want to introduce you to something called heart rate variability (HRV). HRV is a measurement of the variations between the heartbeats. There are different time distances between your heartbeats. The more varied the timing is between the heartbeats, the healthier a person is, and the higher the HRV is. The less varied the timing is, the less healthy the person is, and the lower the HRV is. HRV measures the autonomic nervous system. It has been well-researched and can help a person understand their ability to adapt to and recover from stress. Many people use this technology to determine whether or not their body can handle the stress of working out on a given day. Maybe they can handle doing high-intensity training one day, but their body would do better with a day off or with low-impact exercise the next. There are many different lifestyle changes you can make to help improve your overall health. HRV technology can help give you feedback to see if what you’re doing is actually benefiting you. It can even tell you your biological age and rate of aging. You really can’t take your health to the next level if you can’t measure it. This is a fantastic and easy-to-use tool to help you do that right at home. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. How Your Food LIES to You!!

3 Dangerous Ingredients to Avoid – Wallet Cutout Card: https://drbrg.co/3UuMMNd Uploaded 25-04-24 Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. Learn how to read nutrition labels and spot the top three ingredients to avoid. 0:00 Introduction: Which food is healthier? 0:52 Nutrition facts 2:43 Ultra-processed foods 5:03 How to read nutrition labels 5:10 Top ingredients to avoid Let’s compare the nutrition facts of Product A and Product B to see which food is healthier. Product A contains 29 grams of total fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 17 grams of carbohydrates, and 1 gram of sugar. Product B contains 8 grams of total fat, 1 gram of saturated fat, 16 grams of carbohydrates, and 0 grams of sugar. Based on these nutrition facts, which food is healthier? Product A is an avocado, and Product B is Doritos! Doritos contain corn, vegetable oil, maltodextrin, monosodium glutamate, dextrose, and many other poor ingredients—yet you may have thought Product B was the healthier food. You can't rely on nutritional facts alone to determine whether a food is healthy; you must look at the ingredients. Food is “that which is eaten to sustain life, provide energy, and promote the growth and repair of tissues.” Ultra-processed foods do not align with this definition! I believe that of everything that causes disease and destroys your health, ultra-processed foods are the most significant factor. If you want to know which food is healthy, you should ignore nutrition facts and go right to the ingredients. Here are 3 ingredients you’ll want to avoid: 1. Seed oils 2. All forms of sugar 3. Cheat Days Can Derail Your Progress -- Find Out Why!

Can you have a cheat day on keto? Here’s what you need to know! 0:00 Introduction: Can you take breaks on keto? 0:40 When you can cheat on keto 2:28 How to tell if someone is cheating on their diet 2:54 What is an A1C test? 6:18 How to know if you’re in ketosis 7:47 Understanding blood sugar problems 11:40 How to support healthy blood sugar 12:27 Learn more about blood sugar! Let's talk about cheat days on keto. Some weight loss plans have cheat days built into the program. But this isn’t a good idea because it can severely affect your results. Once you go off of a diet plan, it’s really hard to get back on it. That said, sometimes it can be encouraging to go off keto just to see how much better you feel when you’re on keto and doing it correctly. The goal is to create enough health and discipline that you can go off of the keto plan very temporarily and then go right back on. The best way to tell if someone is cheating on keto or staying healthy is to look at their A1C. An A1C test measures how much glucose is stuck to the protein in your blood. The more sugar in your body, the higher percentage of your hemoglobin is affected by glucose. You would want your A1C percentage to be below 5.7. The best way to know that the keto program is working and you’re in ketosis is a loss of appetite. But, all it takes is a very small amount of carbohydrates to take you out of ketosis for a couple of days—even half a glass of wine will have this effect. This means a cheat day will knock you out of the program for a good amount of time. If someone is cheating every other day or every third day, they're not going to make very good progress. How to support healthy blood sugar: 1. Consume nutrient-dense foods on keto (Healthy Keto®) 2. Consume apple cider vinegar in water 3. Consume berberine Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. How to Reverse DECLINING Eyesight (Especially Over 50!)

Most people don’t know that you can improve your eyesight naturally. In this fascinating video, I’ll show you how to reverse poor eyesight and say goodbye to other eye problems like eye strain, glaucoma, and cataracts. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How to restore eyesight naturally 0:45 What causes poor eyesight? 5:29 Other eye problems 7:12 How to reverse vision problems naturally 11:38 Foods for better eyesight Poor eyesight starts with the cones in your eye. Cones are receptors in the eye primarily used for detecting color, daylight, and fine detail. Cones have the most mitochondria-packed cells in the entire retina. Mitochondrial loss related to aging can affect vision. As you age, you might notice the following stages of vision loss: 1. Contrast sensitivity loss 2. Need more light 3. See more glare in the dark 4. Age-related macular degeneration—can't see fine detail Cataracts occur when the lens of the eye becomes cloudy. This is often related to diet. Glaucoma is characterized by pressure in the eyes. High doses of vitamin D3 have been found to help reverse glaucoma. Your eyes are very sensitive to blood sugar problems, which is why one of the leading causes of blindness is diabetes. Improve your eyesight and support eye health with the following eye health tips: 1. Red light therapy 2. Regular exercise, intermittent fasting, keto, adequate sleep 3. Focus on far vision 4. Combat genetic susceptibility to poor vision with vitamin A 5. Increase lutein and zeaxanthin 6. Get your body into autophagy to eliminate floaters 7. Increase vitamin D and B3 for glaucoma 8. NAC for cataracts 9. Saffron for age-related macular degeneration 10. Use a reading light 11. Look around the sun (Sunlight hack) 12. Desk reset—take breaks from staring at a screen 13. Chronic inflammation over time can lead to serious health problems like cancer, which tends to invade areas of inflammation. Fibromyalgia involves inflammation that spreads throughout the entire body. Many people with fibromyalgia have it on the right side of the body and also have pain underneath the right rib cage. Fibromyalgia all over the body is usually caused by a virus that has come out of remission. Viruses such as the Epstein-Barr virus, shingles, and herpes come out of remission when your immune system is weak. Stress is a common trigger because it activates cortisol, which suppresses the immune system. Lyme disease can cause pain and inflammation in the body and downgrade your ability to use vitamin D. Vitamin D is the most important vitamin for your immune system. It can increase the immune system or bring down an overactive immune system. More causes of inflammation include the following: •Old injuries •Inflammatory oncotaxis •Food allergies •High cortisol •Sugar, starch, and seed oils •Too much visceral fat •Insulin resistance •Autoimmune diseases •Soy protein isolates •EMFs •Certain medications •Too much iron •Fibroids The following remedies may help reduce inflammation in the body: •Vitamin D3 •L. reuteri probiotics •Carnivore diet •Low-carb diet •Intermittent fasting •Omega-3 fatty acids •The opposite technique (acupressure) --- Learn more about your ad choices.
