Chiro Hustle

Jim Chester and Luke Millett

Chiro Hustle Podcast is a business, mindset, and marketing podcast for chiropractors who want more—from their practices, their profession, and themselves.

Hosted by James Chester and produced by Luke Millett, Chiro Hustle delivers real conversations with chiropractors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who are actively building successful, principled practices. This is not theory or recycled advice. It’s practical insight from people who have done the work and continue to push chiropractic forward.

Each episode explores what it actually takes to succeed in today’s chiropractic landscape—practice growth, branding, leadership, systems, patient communication, and personal development. Just as important, Chiro Hustle tackles the mindset behind success: discipline, consistency, accountability, and the willingness to stand for chiropractic without apology.

The podcast respects chiropractic’s roots while addressing modern business realities. Whether you’re straight, mixer, cash-based, insurance-based, or somewhere in between, the mission is the same: help chiropractors build influence, impact, and long-term sustainability without compromising their values.

Guests share their wins, failures, and lessons learned—openly and honestly—so listeners can avoid common pitfalls and accelerate their own growth. Students, associates, and seasoned doctors alike will find perspective, motivation, and actionable ideas they can apply immediately.

Chiro Hustle is more than a podcast. It’s a mindset and a movement—encouraging chiropractors to take ownership of their outcomes, lead with integrity, and hustle with purpose.

If you’re serious about chiropractic and committed to building a practice that reflects your values and vision, this podcast is for you.

Chiro Hustle Podcast 044 – Fred DiDomenico, DC

Dr. Fred Graduated from LACC in 1987. He quickly found the philosophy of chiropractic shortly after graduating and elevated his life purpose to help as many people as possible understand and live this philosophy and lifestyle. He believes chiropractic is a message for humanity and we carry that responsibility. Since chiropractic principle is truth, he believes spinal correction was the highest, most powerful application of the principle. He believes subluxated people are destined for a life of disease, disability, even possible early death, which is against their God-given purpose on this earth. However, people do have the opportunity to change their mindset and desire to live at their best, become corrected and unsubluxated, healthy and live the principle of an optimal spine/optimal health lifestyle. He believes that is the responsibility of chiropractors and the profession. He endeavored to become his best with spinal correction and an inspirational leader with powerful communication, leadership training, along with team and practice building skills to help doctors reach their vision and calling in this life. In 14 years of practice, he had 4 spinal corrective practices that were CBP, spinal corrective based in 3 states seeing an average of 550 – over 700 a week that were created from their inception. Dr. Fred then felt he could not create the global impact to bring the message of corrective chiropractic to humanity, so he formed Elite Chiropractic Coaching in 2008 with the intention to create the most powerful, advanced, relationship-based, self-empowerment, clinical and business systems that would stand out from all others, to advance the chiropractic profession and impression of chiropractic in the general public. For almost 20 years, Dr. Fred has intently studied research on human behavior, trained with world-class communicators and influencers, along with the studying business principles in top entrepreneurial groups that have built the most world-changing, successful and profitable businesses and corporations. He then applied these principles and tools to chiropractic principle and spinal corrective practices in Elite Chiropractic Coaching to create a new model for our new world. This forward-thinking, bold and innovative model has created results in the personal and professional growth in hundreds of Elite Chiropractic Coaching clients that have created rapid and predictable growth, and most importantly, renewed the passion and purpose in the doctors and teams that make chiropractic and empowering patients to live at a new lifestyle, much more fulfilling and fun. The doctors and teams in Elite Chiropractic Coaching not only love the purpose, they LIVE it. Your team will become inspired leaders to create more purpose-driven teams and committed, lifetime patients than ever before. Dr. Fred and the Elite Chiropractic Coaching Team will guarantee it.

Chiro Hustle Podcast 043 – Tony Ebel, DC

Dr. Tony, as he is known, is a Pediatric and Wellness Certified Chiropractor, who specializes in Neurosensory Disorders such as Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Seizures and other Special Needs cases, as well as general pediatric, pregnancy, and family wellness care. He has extensive education, experience, and passion in these areas, and has a large crazy fun, all cash, kid-focused, family practice in Crystal Lake, IL with nearly 2/3 of their practice being under the age of 12. Within the first few years, he had built one of the largest pediatric clinics in the country, with a huge percentage of the patients under care being spectrum, sensory, and special needs kids. His work was also featured in the documentary film “Doctored – Exposing the Modern Medical Monopoly.” Dr. Tony truly runs and operates his dream practice, or what he also now terms “the practice of the future” for chiropractic. The core values of the practice are impact, family, fun, gratitude, respect, and efficiency. Not only does the office focus on family care, but also his team of 3 Epic Associates, Interns, and CAs operate like a tight-knit family fully aligned with the values and mission of the practice. They have tremendous respect, appreciation and gratitude for the impact that chiropractic makes in the lives of those they serve, and in their own lives. And on top of all that, they have crazy amounts of fun, which is easy to do with so many kids under care, all cash, no insurance, and a practice model based upon simplicity and efficiency! Over the past 5+ years, Dr. Tony has also travelled throughout the globe speaking and teaching about pediatrics, spectrum disorders, and family practice. His workshop entitled “The Perfect Storm” is a highly sought after and well-attended program that he has given for thousands of parents and professionals since its creation in 2008. He also developed a series of subluxation-based and neurologically-focused educational materials for chiropractors, starting a company called Well Aligned Products. The purposes of these materials are simple, to better help the practicing chiropractor communicate and explain chiropractic using terminology and analogies easily understood by patients. In 2013 he was chosen by Dr. David Jackson, himself going on 3 decades of success in a Pediatric and Family Practice model, to become a co-creator and partner in first ever online pediatric training program, Epic Pediatrics. This is an extensive and detailed training program that covers many essential topics to serving kids and building a successful pediatric practice, taught in a way never seen before. Doctors who complete this training program reach levels of certainty and applicability not normally seen in pediatrics. And finally, in 2015 he again teamed up with Dr. Jackson and his incredible practice-building and training program, Epic Accelerators, as a Master Mentor Coach. Having himself benefitted tremendously from his 3 years as an Epic Accelerator Client, it was time for him to simply turn around and “lend a hand up” to as many chiropractors as possible in this area as well. He has a smoking hot epic wife Kristina who keeps his craziness in check, three incredibly beautiful and gifted daughters Addison, Alaina, and Emilia, and an amazing little boy Oliver who himself went through “the perfect storm” spending 6 weeks in the NICU with a very grave prognosis of seizures and severe neurological damage and delays, only to come through that with zero seizures or developmental delays thanks to the early application of Pediatric Chiropractic. He is a health and wellness “junkie” who loves CrossFit, reading and learning, spending time with his family, and sports.
