Welcome to Episode 62!! Andy has just got back from his children's snooze fest in Sorrento, with a load of enthusiasm for Lemon Cakes and bakers, but not much for Midlands based parkruns. Tim talks through his canine exploits with his Cofton Park double header and Andy wonders aloud whether the AV magic has momentarily left him. Andy asks the Strava club what they've been up to and we get to read some inspiring stuff from our email bag, including some Conwy advice and a fantastic morale boosting email from Ireland. Tim previews the Oxfordshire Stonor Park trail half marathon tomorrow, where he will be showcasing a secret stash of merch.... as well as reviewing the Cirencester Half Marathon, with both the best medal and best final mile in many a race.
