I believe that every chapter of life, whether it’s filled with joy, change, or uncertainty, carries a lesson. Storytelling is my way of holding onto those lessons as reminders for myself and, hopefully, as inspiration for someone else who may be walking a similar path. All my stories are inspired by my intrigued interest in understanding inner psychological with a dash of philosophy.

    Brain Health

Brain health is more than mental health. It is shaped by what we eat, how we sleep, how we move, what we consume, and the thoughts we repeatedly allow to take over. In this episode, I share how I care for my brain through small, everyday choices—from managing work stress and being present with my son to choosing sleep over doom-scrolling and gratitude over spiraling. I also reflect on a high-risk pregnancy, job uncertainty, and how training my brain helped me see possibility even during one of the hardest seasons of my life. You do not have to make every perfect choice. You just have to keep asking: Is this good for my brain?

    Be Your Own Star Giver

What if you stopped waiting for someone else to tell you, “Good job”? In this episode, I share how I went from chasing gold stars from teachers, managers, and performance reviews to becoming my own biggest cheerleader. I’ll tell the story behind my husband’s nickname for me—“the star collector”—and how a simple mental high-five transformed the way I build confidence, motivation, and resilience. We’ll talk about celebrating small wins, breaking free from negative thought spirals, practicing gratitude, and why the most powerful validation you’ll ever receive is the one you give yourself. ✨ Be your own star giver. Because the person who motivates you every single day should be… you.

Don’t give your negative thoughts so much power

Your mind is constantly creating stories—but not every thought deserves your attention. In this episode, I share how mindfulness helped me navigate postpartum baby blues, stop believing every worst-case scenario, and learn the difference between observing a thought and becoming it. We’ll talk about when to let a thought go, when to take action, and how small daily practices can help you quiet your inner critic and live a more peaceful, fulfilled life. If you’ve ever felt trapped by your own mind, this episode is for you. 🌿✨

    Ask. Thank. Receive. Give Back.

We often celebrate independence, but the truth is that no one builds a meaningful life alone. In this episode, I share the people—from family and friends to mentors and complete strangers—who helped shape my journey, and why asking for help is one of the strongest things you can do. We’ll also explore how living with an attitude of gratitude can transform your mindset, strengthen your relationships, and make you see just how much the Universe is already working in your favor. Sometimes the greatest blessing isn’t what you achieve—it’s the people who helped you get there. 💚

You can do anything you set your mind to

At 18 years old, I found myself in a legal battle against a giant phone company over a $1,000 roaming bill I couldn’t afford to pay. As a broke international student in Montreal, I cried, panicked, and spent countless hours on hold trying to explain my case. Instead of giving up, I documented every conversation, sought legal advice through my university, filed a case in consumer court, and won. In this episode, I share the story of one of my earliest lessons in resilience and problem-solving—and the simple framework that has stayed with me ever since: * Document the facts. * Understand the problem. * Ask for help. * Take action instead of freezing. * Keep taking the next right step. Because no matter how impossible a problem feels today, you are far more resourceful than you think. Sometimes, all it takes is the courage to keep moving—one step at a time.
