Brain health is more than mental health. It is shaped by what we eat, how we sleep, how we move, what we consume, and the thoughts we repeatedly allow to take over.
In this episode, I share how I care for my brain through small, everyday choices—from managing work stress and being present with my son to choosing sleep over doom-scrolling and gratitude over spiraling. I also reflect on a high-risk pregnancy, job uncertainty, and how training my brain helped me see possibility even during one of the hardest seasons of my life.
You do not have to make every perfect choice. You just have to keep asking: Is this good for my brain?
