The Triathlon Show is a podcast that delves into endurance sports through the unique perspectives of three triathletes from Orange County, CA. Your hosts (Austin, Chris, and Tony), each representing a different age group, share their journeys through triathlon, Ironman, running, cycling, swimming, and trail running.

In each episode, our hosts invite guests, including coaches, nutritionists, sports psychologists, and fellow athletes, to share their knowledge and provide unique perspectives on training techniques, injury prevention, sports psychology, and nutrition for optimal performance.

    Expensive Race Tech, Cancelled Races, Le Tour Recap - Episode 134

    After a short hiatus, what they are calling a summer break, Austin and Tony are back. The boys start by catching up about some racing that Tony has been doing. They get into the discussion about carious cooling tech and if it's worth it. They also discuss the newly announced lottery pool for the Boston Marathon. Should Boston just be for the elite? They also cover the new mile reocrd set by Josh Kerr and what it means moving forward. The guys close it out by discussing Ironman's recently cancelled and shortened races based on adverse conditions.

    Big week this week. Tony and Austin jump right into it with an road rage incident that happened over the weekend involving some local cyclists.
