Welcome to Season 3 of the MY FIT TRIBE Podcast!

Everything can change when you start to believe in what’s possible. This season, we’re continuing the conversations around mind, body, spirit, wellness, leadership and personal growth—but we’re taking them one step further. Each week, I sit down with inspiring guests to share real stories, different perspectives and practical ideas that can help you move forward in your own life. Because listening can inspire us, but action is what creates change. This season, every episode will leave you with one actionable step—something you can take from the conversation and put into your own life. Whether you’re navigating change, working toward a goal, taking better care of yourself, or simply wondering what might be next, I hope these conversations remind you to stay curious, keep growing and believe in what’s possible. Welcome to Season 3. Let’s see where it takes us.

Nicole Bentler — Maple Water, Natural Hydration & Simple Changes for Better Health

Send us Fan Mail Have you ever heard of maple water? I hadn’t until I met this week’s guest. Nicole Bentler is the founder of Pocono Maple Water and owner of a 450-acre certified organic maple farm in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. What started with a maple farm has grown into a much bigger conversation about hydration, knowing where our food and water come from, sustainable agriculture, and making simple changes that can support our health. Nicole shares how maple water goes from tree to bottle, why the harvesting season is so short, and the challenges of creating a product that depends heavily on Mother Nature. We also talk about her journey from the fitness and wellness industry into farming and entrepreneurship — and what it looks like to build a business while raising a young son. One of my favorite takeaways from this conversation is that improving your health doesn’t always require a complete overhaul. Sometimes it’s simply looking at what you consume every day and finding one small change you can make. And after hearing Nicole describe the farm, the lake, the tours, and yoga on the boathouse, I’m ready to plan a visit myself! Learn more about Nicole and Pocono Maple Water at poconomaplewater.com. Shahayra Majumder-BEYOND HYDRATION IV THERAPY. NAD+. PROACTIVE WELLNESS.

Send us Fan Mail Welcome back to the MY FIT TRIBE Podcast! Today I sit down with Shahayra Majumder, owner of Hydrate IV Bar Madison. The more conversations I have, the more I realize there isn't just one path to bettering your health. We explore how IV therapy fits into a proactive wellness routine, what people can realistically expect, and why asking questions and exploring your options is an important part of taking control of your health. We also dive into NAD, vitamin supplementation, peptides, hydration, and some of the newer wellness therapies becoming more accessible right here in Madison. And as we discuss, these aren't replacements for the basics—they're additional tools and options to explore as you advocate for your own wellness. With Best of Madison coming out this week, the timing of this episode feels especially fitting. One of my favorite parts of MY FIT TRIBE is highlighting local businesses and the people behind them who are bringing new health and wellness options to our community. Season 2 Wrap-Up: Looking Back, Moving Forward

Send us Fan Mail As we wrap up Season 2 of the MY FIT TRIBE Podcast, I'm taking a moment to reflect on what the first 76 conversations have taught me—not just about health and wellness, but about purpose, possibility, and the power of staying open to life's unexpected opportunities. In this episode, I share some of the lessons that have impacted me most, the story behind my first keynote speaking opportunity, why I almost didn't continue the podcast, and how one simple idea has become the foundation for both this show and my own journey: life leaves us breadcrumbs. We don't always receive the entire roadmap. Sometimes we're simply given the next conversation, the next opportunity, or the next step. As we look ahead to Season 3, I also share what's next for the podcast, how we're creating even more actionable conversations, and my hope that every episode continues to leave you inspired—not just to think differently, but to take the next step toward becoming the person your future self will thank you for. Thank you for being part of the MY FIT TRIBE community. I hope you'll enjoy this look back on Season 2, enjoy your summer, and join us this fall for Season 3. Support the show
