MARMCAST Episode 49: James
Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 49!! We are back!! From a week off!! As well as finally revealing plans for the Jane McDonald MARMCAST Summer Running Challenge, the boys chat to parkrun expert James from North Devon (originally Banbury) who takes on perhaps the laziest Goldy on Guitar ever. The boys discuss their own parkrun exploits including (of course) Arrow Valley, Evesham and MARM's mindless Cannon Hill loyalty. Even he doesn't know why. The Strava club gets a revisit and Davy finally gets his letter read aloud after 9 months waiting! MARM reviews the ridiculously hilly Stow on the Wold 10K, and the hills of the Cleobury Mortimer 10K are planned this Sunday as the boys try to work out which one of them came up with the idea to enter. MARMCAST 47: Ross
Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 47!! MARMCAST is exactly ONE YEAR old. Andy and Tim reflect on the highs and lows of this year, thinking back to the early days of the pod and realising that those embarrassingly ill conceived ideas....are still their embarrassingly ill conceived ideas that make up the entirety of the pod. Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 46!! The boys are back!! And this time no technical hitches!! Fresh from York and Lisbon respectively, theboys discuss old World Cups, Coin Collections and thr joys (or not) of family based games. Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 39!! Tim and Andy record one last pod before next week's break for Andy to go to Kent. MARMCAST Episode 33: Laura B
Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 33!! The boys discuss the pain of their respective weeks. From bramble injuries to tooth extraction failures and everything in between. Todd joins the Bourton 10K preview excitement and it seems does not take the bait expertly laid out by Tim, based on Farmers and Bridges. He's on the night shift and gives short shrift. The boys chat to Laura Bartlett-Short who is a year ahead of Tim in terms of marathons and not only does brilliantly on Goldie's brambled playing, but also passes on some useful tips about Manchester. Question of the week, opens upthe questions of "what gets us out the door" with a range of great answers.
