MARMCAST Episode 56: David

Welcome to Episode 56!! Its a less lengthy episode tonight, the boys get stuck into the running chat straightaway by discussing the Directors Cut of Rocky 4 and the Godfather 3. Lengthy time is also given to the bullying of siblings. Parkrun Parables has Andy discussing the secret new course reveal at Arrow Valley whilst Tim was pulverised by an Olympian at a parkrun for which he had been on a winning streak. David Atkins joins us for some 1980's based Goldy on Guitar and drops a shameless plug for the Ironbridge Half 2027. The boys ask the Strava Club for the strangest place they've ever listened to MARMCAST. Dudley and Hinckley turn out to be winners. Guess My Number contributes another jaw dropping moment of skill and intrigue and the Worcester City Half and Lake Vyrnwy Half get the full build up before the official reviews next week.
