    What is somatic movement? with Raj Barker

    Raj Barker is the founder of BURN by Body Medicine, a unique somatic movement method that combines yoga, mat Pilates, cardio and breath awareness. We’re so excited to have Raj teach her BURN classes at KICStudio this August and October and wanted to introduce her to you beforehand.     Rib recontouring…we have thoughts!

    We got a DM from you asking us for our thoughts on the rise of rib recontouring surgery so this week we’re talking about it. In case it’s not come across your algorithm - rib recontouring is a surgery that fractures the lower ribs to reduce the size of the waist. We discuss what the surgery involves, what experts are saying about it, and the marketing of the procedure that makes it look more like a holiday than a surgery.
