Chiro Hustle

Jim Chester and Luke Millett

Chiro Hustle Podcast is a business, mindset, and marketing podcast for chiropractors who want more—from their practices, their profession, and themselves.

Hosted by James Chester and produced by Luke Millett, Chiro Hustle delivers real conversations with chiropractors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who are actively building successful, principled practices. This is not theory or recycled advice. It’s practical insight from people who have done the work and continue to push chiropractic forward.

Each episode explores what it actually takes to succeed in today’s chiropractic landscape—practice growth, branding, leadership, systems, patient communication, and personal development. Just as important, Chiro Hustle tackles the mindset behind success: discipline, consistency, accountability, and the willingness to stand for chiropractic without apology.

The podcast respects chiropractic’s roots while addressing modern business realities. Whether you’re straight, mixer, cash-based, insurance-based, or somewhere in between, the mission is the same: help chiropractors build influence, impact, and long-term sustainability without compromising their values.

Guests share their wins, failures, and lessons learned—openly and honestly—so listeners can avoid common pitfalls and accelerate their own growth. Students, associates, and seasoned doctors alike will find perspective, motivation, and actionable ideas they can apply immediately.

Chiro Hustle is more than a podcast. It’s a mindset and a movement—encouraging chiropractors to take ownership of their outcomes, lead with integrity, and hustle with purpose.

If you’re serious about chiropractic and committed to building a practice that reflects your values and vision, this podcast is for you.

Miss Mamie Brown 'Baby Boy and Living Legend Les Brown'; Chiro Hustle Podcast 193

As a renowned author, speaker, television and radio personality, Les Brown has risen to national prominence by inspiring others to shake off mediocrity and live up to their full potential. With no formal education beyond high school, Les has distinguished himself as an international authority on harnessing human potential. Born a twin in low-income Liberty City in Miami, Florida, Les and his twin brother were adopted when they were six weeks old by Miss Mamie Brown. As a single woman with a big heart, Miss Brown had very little education or financial means. With young Les' inattention to school work, his restless energy, and the failure of his teachers to recognize his potential, Les was misdiagnosed as educable mentally retarded. Suffering for years by the label and the stigma. Les was nevertheless driven by his passion to learn and his hunger to achieve his goal as a radio disc jockey. In a humorous twist of fate and cunning, Les rose from a hip-talkin' morning DJ to a broadcast manager; from voracious reader to author; from community activist to community leader; from political commentator to three-term state legislator; from a banquet and nightclub emcee to a premier keynote speaker for Fortune 100 companies. Award-Winning International Speaker & Television Host In 1986, Les entered the public speaking arena on a full-time basis and formed his own company, Les Brown Enterprises, Inc. Aimed at individuals and organizations, the company provides motivational products, personal development programs, speaker development workshops, keynote presentations, and interactive business trainings. In 1989, Les received the National Speakers Association's highest honor The Council of Peers Award for Excellence (CPAE). In addition, he was selected one of the World's Top Five Speakers in 1992 by Toastmasters International and became the recipient of the Golden Gavel Award. Commencing in 1990 and recording the first in a series of six PBS specials, Les launched You Deserve which was awarded a Chicago-area Emmy. It became the leading fundraiser for pledges to PBS stations nationwide. In 1993, Les became the host of his own nationally syndicated daily television talk show, The Les Brown Show, in which he focused on solutions to the day's challenges rather than the problems. Bestselling Author & Radio Personality Recognized internationally, Les is the author of three bestselling books: Up Thoughts for Down Times, Live Your Dreams, and It's Not Over Until You Win. With his Sunday morning radio talk show, Chicago Speaks with Les Brown, Les' outreach embraces the homeless and the world's most powerful leaders. A leading authority in understanding and stimulating human potential, Les' electric and powerful delivery, stage presence, and personal insights have built his international brand of "It's Possible." Les' customized presentation is driven by his approach to each unique audience. Before he gives a speech, he builds a speech. The end result is that Les teaches and inspires each audience to new levels of awareness and achievement. ------------ If you're looking to increase contributions toward preserving The Sacred Trust within a Subluxation model; honoring our Innate and Universal Intelligence while helping protect Freedom of Speech, Medical and Family Health Freedoms but lacking time and energy to launch a new initiative? How can a guy live and understand his own $h!t? – Chiro Hustle Podcast 182 with David Coberly, DC

Dr. David Coberly is the owner and one of two Chiropractors at Carmel Wellness located in Carmel, Indiana. Dr. David and the Carmel Wellness team strive to provide specific corrective and wellness-based chiropractic care to those in our community who are “sick and tired of being sick and tired.” This root-cause approach to health allows the body to function optimally and thus allows you to live life fully. Prior to earning his Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. David was in the Army National Guard, where he was a Radiology Specialist (68P). It was while Dr. David was at Fort Campbell, that he realized he no longer wanted to become a medical doctor. “I would often see the same sick people, getting sicker, and only being prescribed more and more medications. That didn’t sit right with me. If I want to be a drug dealer, I would do it the right way and not pay taxes on it or go to school.” Shortly after finishing up his time at Fort Campbell, Dr. David met his Chiropractic mentor, who told him that he was going to do something much better for humanity and become a chiropractor. “Doc actually explained to me what true health is, and it jived with me. It got me excited and my life’s purpose was realized.” Dr. David is married to his best friend and partner in crime, Jessica (fun fact, they met on a dating app). They have two amazing kids: 5-year-old daughter Aubrey and 3-year-old son Hunter. When not changing and saving lives in the office, Dr. David is an avid shooter, hunter, fisherman, and hanger-outer with his family and friends. “It is my goal to help every person I encounter live life to their fullest potential. A life not limited by pain or symptom, but optimized from the inside out. If I can help you be a better version of you, that means you are a better wife, husband, father, mother, employee, employer, etc. When you are better, you make those around you better.” Expect Better. Be Better. Do Better. Live Life Optimally

Chiro Hustle Podcast 181 – Stephanie Rimka, DC

Dr. Stephanie Rimka is a chiropractor and holistic brain optimization specialist focusing on addressing the root cause of mental illness, learning disorders, and chronic illness in children and adults. She graduated from Life University in 2000 and has opened several successful cash-only practices throughout the metro-Atlanta area. Although she has a typical "pain to purpose - the chiropractor saved my life" story that made her decide to heed the call to choose chiropractic, her desired client was not the typical client. When she received the Big Idea in her Chiropractor's office, it was to positively impact the world by learning to adjust schizophrenics and drug addicts. Although this is not a group of people that most chiropractors think to serve, Dr. Rimka was working with schizophrenics in MI and has done extensive training in talk therapy and leading large Gestalt and Alderian psychology-based group courses. She wasn't buying into the drug-approach of psychiatry and believed Chiropractic held the key to restoring healthy brain and mental health. Dr. Rimka is active in private practice, teaching online group courses in her own E-Learning Center, leading healing group retreats, teaching CEU to chiropractors, and serves as the only non-physician voice on the Scientific Advisory Board of a $300M nutraceutical firm. During the 2020 societal crisis, Dr. Rimka was asked by many of her colleagues for support in staying afloat financially since she already leveraged multiplication and multiple streams of income into the practice. Because she was concerned about the profession losing many incredible, vitalistic practice leaders to the overwhelm of financial loss right now, she decided to take her private coaching public to show exactly what she learned from her coaches and leaders to thrive during this time.
