    Anthony Halimi - Comprendre les mécanismes qui font flamber la douleur

    Chez certains patients, le moindre mouvement semble augmenter la douleur. Même en adaptant les exercices ou en réduisant la charge, les symptômes restent très réactifs. Quels mécanismes peuvent expliquer cette irritabilité ? Et comment adapter notre prise en charge ? Dans cet épisode avec Anthony Halimi, nous explorons l’irritabilité des symptômes, son évaluation clinique et les mécanismes susceptibles d’y contribuer. Nous abordons les mécanismes neurophysiologiques périphériques et centraux impliqués dans la modulation de la douleur, ainsi que l’influence possible de l’environnement du patient et de son contexte psychologique, pour mieux comprendre les implications pratiques lors de l’examen et du traitement.     Les thérapeutes manuels doivent abandonner le diagnostic palpatoire
