Ludwig Berger
Ludwig Berger is a recognised German sound artist, composer, and radio author. His work grows out of an ongoing and intimate exploration of the acoustic phenomena of specific places and what they hold. Working at the intersection of acoustic ecology, deep listening and poetic storytelling, he develops installations, compositions, walks and radio documentaries. In our conversation, he shares how he began recording sound, the evolution of his practice, the diverse listening approaches he employs, and the landscapes he's developed intimate relationships with over the years. * The spoken language in this episode is English.
