    Upside-down food pyramid

US Department of Health and Human Services and the US Department of Agriculture Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA) https://cdn.realfood.gov/DGA.pdf Synthesizes the latest nutritional research and offers revamped eating advice every five years. Good, but ? too much emphasis on animal protein Not much emphasis on legumes and other plant-based proteins Concerns about animal welfare From DGA, 2025 – 2030 The message is simple: eat real food. To Make America Healthy Again, we must return to the basics. American households must prioritize diets built on whole, nutrient-dense foods: protein, dairy, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, and whole grains. Paired with a dramatic reduction in highly processed foods: laden with refined carbohydrates, added sugars, excess sodium, unhealthy fats, and chemical additives, this approach can change the health trajectory for so many Americans. The United States is amid a health emergency. Nearly 90% of health care spending goes to treating people who have chronic diseases. The consequences have been devastating. More than 70% of American adults are overweight or obese. Nearly one in three American adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17 has prediabetes. Diet-driven chronic disease now disqualifies large numbers of young Americans from military service, undermining national readiness and cutting off a historic pathway to opportunity and upward mobility. For decades, federal incentives have promoted low-quality, highly processed foods and pharmaceutical intervention instead of prevention. This crisis is the result of poor policy choices; inadequate nutrition research; and a lack of coordination across federal, state, local, and private partners. We are realigning our food system to support American farmers, ranchers, and companies who grow and produce real food We are putting real food back at the center of the American diet. Real food that nourishes the body. Real food that restores health. Real food that fuels energy and encourages movement and exercise. Real food that builds strength. We are restoring common sense, scientific integrity, and accountability to federal food and health policy We are reclaiming the food pyramid and returning it to its true purpose of educating and nourishing all Americans. Together, we can shift our food system away from chronic disease and toward nutrient density, nourishment, resilience, and long-term health. America’s future depends on what we grow, what we serve, and what we choose to eat. Most Americans ignore the country’s dietary guidelines, but millions will be directly affected. Guidelines shape federally funded nutrition programs E.g. How does chemotherapy work? - Hyunsoo Joshua No

Discover how chemotherapy drugs use cytotoxic agents to attack cancer cells and the impact they have on your body. -- During World War I, scientists were trying to develop an antidote to the poisonous yellow cloud known as mustard gas. They discovered the gas was irrevocably damaging the bone marrow of affected soldiers. This gave the scientists an idea: cancer cells and bone marrow both replicate rapidly. Could mustard gas be used to fight cancer? Hyunsoo No details the discovery and development of chemotherapy. Lesson by Hyunsoo Joshua No, directed by Artrake Studio. Vaccine myocarditis data

We urge governments to remove the COVID-19 mRNA products from the market, due to the well-documented risk of myocardial damage, a risk that is strongest for younger males ( under 40 years old). Independent Medical Alliance https://imahealth.org Senior Fellow of Paediatric Cardiology, Dr. Kirk Milhoan National News desk link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iAdYo0EJvkU Myocarditis after SARS-CoV-2 infection and COVID-19 vaccination: Epidemiology, outcomes, and new perspectives International Journal of Cardiovascular Research & Innovation (OPEN ACCESS) https://cardiovascular-research-and-innovation.reseaprojournals.com/Articles/myocarditis-after-sars-cov-2-infection-and-covid-19-vaccination-epidemiology-outcomes-and-new-perspectives Myocarditis, typically manifesting as myopericarditis, is among the serious cardiac consequences observed over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic. A comprehensive, evidence-based literature synthesis Clinical trial data reanalyses Post-marketing surveillance Large observational studies Epidemiological, clinical, and immunological perspectives Phenomenon of myocarditis post SARS-CoV-2 infection versus COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis. Conclusions refute several claims (1). Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and Omicron infections have caused more cases of myocarditis than the COVID-19 mRNA immunizations Refuted (2) mRNA vaccine-induced myocarditis is typically mild, transient, and rare, with no long-term sequelae Refuted (3) the risk-benefit calculus favors continued use of these products despite evidence of more iatrogenic (vaccine causes) cases Refuted Learn more about your ad choices.
