    Off-Season with Romelda Aiken

There is nothing better than a straight-shooter and that is exactly what Romelda Aiken is! Incredibly, this will be the 14th season in the purple dress, representing her beloved Firebirds. In a candid, honest (and at times cheeky!) chat, we discuss how she keeps inspired year in, year out, how her new coach Megan Anderson is settling in and what it means to have Kim Ravaillion come back home to the Birdies' family. Romelda has helped shape the game of netball in this country for over a decade and was one of the first import players to chase a dream of playing netball in Australia; it is hard not to like her story and the candour with which it is delivered.
