Honoring the "Sacred Pause" with Dean
As the Sun moves into slow moving Taurus but several planets are in Aries and Gemini, we see the quick moving within the slow. In the contrast of looking back at this interview with Dean from October, we can see how the sacred pause works its way into our lives, how allowing energy to flow naturally can support us on our journey, and how by stepping into service of our own selves and our growth, we can deepen our growth edge. I am so overjoyed to be joined by Dean for another inspiring talk about how we can honor the natural rhythms of life and our process of deepening with the self. We discuss mindful avoidance and how to find the balance of leisure, comedy and embodiment to move through difficult moments. CORRECTED SOLO show: At the threshold of Mercury Retrograde
It appears that the powerful solar flares along with mercury retrograde created some dyslexia in the system, and my most recent SOLO episode wasn't posted! Greetings from the threshold of the intense solar flares! These flares are unprecedented, shredding the veil and forcing us to address misalignment and imbalances in our world. What we hope is that this is an experience of the sun shining more light on our spiritual growth as we move into higher and more aligned frequencies. On this episode we dive into the mythology of the owl and the elephant, honoring the dead and connecting with spirits (whether we like it or not!), 5D frequencies and how these profound shifts feel at a visceral level. Pop some popcorn, as I promise to keep this only a little cheesy!

Love as a Conscious Entity with Shawna
Sometimes surrendering to the power of a few simple words is all we need to get through difficult moments in life. Through her experiences with trauma, Shawna has cultivated peace and growth through mantras. In some of her work, she personifies love as a conscious entity that speaks to us, allowing us to cultivate strength and growth. I love this incredibly nourishing conversation as we move through uncertain times, knowing that LOVE, she is on our side! The Unveiling of Psyche During Venus Retrograde in Aries PART ONE {SOLO EPISODE+ SEASON FINALE}
With Mars having gone direct, it looks like Venus is next up for her beauty upgrades!! As we move into this Venus Retrograde on March 1st through April 12th, we reflect on the last Venus Retrograde in Aries and Pisces in 2017, integrating the lessons with a renewed sense of energy. In order to integrate these powerful themes, we will visit the mythology of Psyche and Eros and her powerful journey into the underworld. The story of Psyche and Eros hits close to home for me in the matters of intimacy as I unpack the last Venus Retrograde in Aries 8 years ago when I began a 7 year relationship. We unpack the concepts of moving beyond the veil in love, trauma, and the journey of initiation that we are all going through during this cosmic play in the stars!!
