    Ruth Langsford

This week on RunPod, showing it’s never too late to give running a go, Jenni’s joined by someone who started her running journey earlier this year, eventually graduating from Couch 2 5K. She discusses what it was like finding running now as opposed to in younger years, why she felt it was key to share her journey online, whilst also not being the most graceful runner and how you get through the hard parts.
