Doing the Right Things When Things Go Wrong - Rev. Eugene Hao (5.24.20 NMEC Message)

LET US WORSHIP TOGETHER ONLINE May 24, 2020 | 9:00am "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness." ~James 1:2-3 (ESV) Life is hard. It is full of troubles, trials, disappointments, and difficulties. While we do not blame God for causing them, God can still use them for His purposes - one of which is bringing believers to greater spiritual maturity and Christ-likeness in all circumstances. Join us this Sunday, as Rev. Eugene Hao teaches us how to view life's problems as opportunities for spiritual growth, and how to take advantage of them in developing a strong, steadfast faith towards "Doing the Right Things When Things Go Wrong"! ***Join us in worshipping the Lord through songs prior to the message!*** ----- Watch the online message: NMEC Facebook: https://fb.me/NMEConline NMEC YouTube: https://bit.ly/NMECYouTube Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, 679MB): https://bit.ly/RightThingsMP4Gdrive https://bit.ly/RightThingsMP4Dbox Audio (MP3, 32MB): https://bit.ly/RightThingsMP3Gdrive https://bit.ly/RightThingsMP3Dbox NMEC Podcasts (Spotify / Anchor / Apple): https://bit.ly/NMECSpotifyPod https://bit.ly/NMECAnchorPod https://bit.ly/NMECApplePod (delayed availability) ----- If you wish to support the Lord’s work through our church, you may deposit or transfer online to: SECURITY BANK New Millennium Evangelical Church 0521-019391-001 (You may use Instapay in your online banking app to transfer from non-Security Bank accounts)

The Blessing of Righteousness - Rev. Anthony Techico (05.17.20 NMEC Message)

LET US WORSHIP TOGETHER ONLINE May 17, 2020 | 9:00am "How blessed are those who are hungry and thirsty for righteousness, because it is they who will be satisfied!" ~Matthew 5:6 (ISV) In this day and age when everything is turning upside down - when wrong is becoming right and vice is becoming virtue - it is increasingly difficult to do the right thing and so easy to just go along with worldliness, especially when "everyone is doing it." But as Mark Twain said, it is "never wrong to do the right thing." And for believers, the Bible lists out promises of blessings to those who live out righteousness. This Sunday, let us listen and learn from Rev. Anthony Techico as he encourages and challenges us to desire and strive to be righteous, so that we may experience "The Blessing of Righteousness"! ----- Watch the online message: NMEC Facebook: https://fb.me/NMEConline NMEC YouTube: https://bit.ly/NMECYouTube Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, 463MB): https://bit.ly/RighteousnessMP4Gdrive https://bit.ly/RighteousnessMP4Dbox Audio (MP3, 28MB): https://bit.ly/RighteousnessMP3Gdrive https://bit.ly/RighteousnessMP3Dbox NMEC Podcasts (Spotify / Anchor / Apple): https://bit.ly/NMECSpotifyPod https://bit.ly/NMECAnchorPod https://bit.ly/NMECApplePod (delayed availability) ----- If you wish to support the Lord’s work through our church, you may deposit or transfer online to: SECURITY BANK New Millennium Evangelical Church 0521-019391-001 (You may use Instapay in your online banking app to transfer from non-Security Bank accounts)

Interruptions, delays, and cancellations happen all the time. No doubt, everyone's Mother's Day plans got ruined this year because of the health crisis, just to give one example. How do we respond to life's interruptions? How SHOULD we respond? What should we do when things don't go our way or the way we expect them to? Join us and find out this Sunday as Rev. Jason Co shares and teaches from the Word on how our response and attitude should be even though "Mother's Day This Year Didn't Go As Planned"! ----- Watch the online message: NMEC Facebook: https://fb.me/NMEConline NMEC YouTube: https://bit.ly/NMECYouTube Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, 463MB): https://bit.ly/MothersDayMP4Gdrive https://bit.ly/MothersDayMP4Dbox Audio (MP3, 28MB): https://bit.ly/MothersDayMP3Gdrive https://bit.ly/MothersDayMP3Dbox NMEC Podcasts (Spotify / Anchor / Apple): https://bit.ly/NMECSpotifyPod https://bit.ly/NMECAnchorPod https://bit.ly/NMECApplePod (delayed availability) ----- If you wish to support the Lord’s work through our church, you may deposit or transfer online to: SECURITY BANK New Millennium Evangelical Church 0521-019391-001 (You may use Instapay in your online banking app to transfer from non-Security Bank accounts)

Social Distancing: Yes or No? - Rev. Jason Co (05.03.20 NMEC Sunday Message)

LET US WORSHIP TOGETHER ONLINE May 3, 2020 | 9:00am Let's sing praises together with our Worship-in-Songs playlist! https://bit.ly/SongsMay03 ----- "Honor God by accepting each other, as Christ has accepted you." ~Romans 15:7 (CEV) There have been many victims during this pandemic, humans and otherwise. And one of them, unfortunately, has been our most basic, fundamental nature and need as social beings - our ability to socialize. For our health's sake, we are discouraged (and even disallowed) to come together in person to share a meal, celebrate special occasions, have Bible study, or attend service, among others. "Distancia, amigo!" is the prevailing norm these days. Will social distancing indeed become the "new normal"? What does the Bible have to say about social distancing? And how should we, as followers of Christ, relate and respond to this? Listen and learn from Rev. Jason Co this Sunday as he guides and helps us find the answer to the question, "Social Distancing: Yes or No?" ----- Watch the online message: NMEC Facebook: https://fb.me/NMEConline NMEC YouTube: https://bit.ly/NMECYouTube Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, 450MB): https://bit.ly/SocialMP4Gdrive https://bit.ly/SocialMP4Dbox Audio (MP3, 27MB): https://bit.ly/SocialMP3Gdrive https://bit.ly/SocialMP3Dbox NMEC Podcasts (Spotify / Anchor / Apple): https://bit.ly/NMECSpotifyPod https://bit.ly/NMECAnchorPod https://bit.ly/NMECApplePod (delayed availability) ----- If you wish to support the Lord’s work through our church, you may deposit or transfer online to: SECURITY BANK New Millennium Evangelical Church 0521-019391-001 (You may use Instapay in your online banking app to transfer from non Security Bank accounts)

Dependence in God: In Christ and in Crisis - Rev. Eugene Hao (04.26.20 NMEC Sunday Message)

LET US WORSHIP TOGETHER ONLINE April 26, 9:00am Let's sing praises together with our Worship-in-Songs playlist! https://bit.ly/SongsApril26 ----- "I depend on God alone; I put my hope in Him." ~Psalm 62:5 (GNT) If there's one thing this crisis has made clear, it's that the earthly things we always usually on to "save" us - technology, medicine, leaders, and even wealth - have largely proved to be NOT dependable at all. But as believers, we must not forget that though we are in crisis, we are also IN Christ, who gives us strength to overcome any challenge we face. And Christians are never alone in our struggles - Christ is IN the crisis with us also, as our comfort, guide, and refuge from the storm around us. Join us online this Sunday as Rev. Eugene Hao encourages us to place - and increase - our "Dependence on God: In Christ and In Crisis", our ever-dependable and ever-present help in times of trouble! ----- Watch on the NMEC FB Page (kindly follow/like): https://www.facebook.com/NMEConline/videos/238975477181850/ Watch on YouTube (kindly subscribe): https://youtu.be/quZFDCugL3Q Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, 406MB): https://bit.ly/DependMP4Gdrive https://bit.ly/DependMP4Dbox Audio (MP3, 24MB): https://bit.ly/DependMP3Gdrive https://bit.ly/DependMP3Dbox NMEC Podcasts (Spotify / Anchor / Apple): https://bit.ly/NMECSpotifyPod https://bit.ly/NMECAnchorPod https://bit.ly/NMECApplePod (delayed availability) ----- If you wish to support the Lord’s work through our church, you may deposit or transfer online to: SECURITY BANK New Millennium Evangelical Church 0521-019391-001 (You may use Instapay in your online banking app to transfer from non Security Bank accounts)

The Fruit of Goodness - Rev. Anthony Techico (04.19.20 NMEC Sunday Message)

LET US WORSHIP TOGETHER ONLINE April 19, 2020 (Sunday) 9:00am Let's sing praises together with our Worship-in-Songs playlist! https://bit.ly/SongsApril19 ----- "For we are God's masterpiece, created in the Messiah Jesus to perform good actions that God prepared long ago to be our way of life." ~Ephesians 2:10 (ISV) During difficult times such as this, when needs are many but provisions are few, it is easy to adopt an "every man for himself" mentality - becoming selfish, uncharitable, even to the point of greediness and hoarding essential supplies (like toilet paper!) or engaging in profiteering. But it is precisely during times like this that Christ-followers can - and should - make a difference and be a beacon of light when darkness is everywhere. And as we listen to Rev. Anthony Techico's message on Sunday, may we all, through Christ our vine who strengthens and empowers us, produce "The Fruit of Goodness" and branch out to demonstrate God's love and grace to those around us! ----- Watch on the NMEC FB Page (kindly follow/like): https://fb.me/NMEConline Watch on YouTube (kindly subscribe): https://youtu.be/9iU49IqW0CI Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, 495MB): https://bit.ly/GoodnessMP4Gdrive https://bit.ly/GoodnessMP4Dbox Audio (MP3, 30MB): https://bit.ly/GoodnessMP3Gdrive https://bit.ly/GoodnessMP3Dbox NMEC Podcasts (Apple / Spotify / Google / Anchor): https://bit.ly/NMECApplePod https://bit.ly/NMECSpotifyPod https://bit.ly/NMECGooglePod https://bit.ly/NMECAnchorPod ----- If you wish to support the Lord’s work through our church, you may deposit or transfer online to: SECURITY BANK New Millennium Evangelical Church 0521-019391-001 (You may use Instapay in your online banking app to transfer from non Security Bank accounts)

Winning Over Our Personal COVIDs - Rev. Jason Co (04.12.20 NMEC Sunday Message)

LET US WORSHIP TOGETHER ONLINE April 12, 2020 (Sunday) 9:00am Let's sing praises together with our Worship-in-Songs playlist! https://bit.ly/SongsApril12 ----- "Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God." ~Colossians 3:1 (NIV) Everywhere we turn nowadays, it seems all we see and hear are COVID-19 reports - and pretty much all of it disheartening and discouraging. Or perhaps the bad news is not COVID-related, but quite dispiriting nonetheless - regarding our relationships, work, finances, or maybe our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It's quite hard to find encouragement and optimism these days, it appears. As we celebrate Easter this Sunday, may our faith and hope be refreshed as Rev. Jason Co declares and proclaims once again that Christ has already achieved the ultimate and complete victory over everything in this world with His resurrection over physical and spiritual death two thousand years ago. And for those of us who live and believe in Him, we have been raised with Him as well! Jesus' resurrection is OUR resurrection, and His victory OUR victory! Thus, we gain the power and authority towards "Winning Over Our Personal COVIDs" - over sin, sickness, Satan, and spiritual death! ----- Watch on the NMEC FB Page (kindly follow/like): https://fb.me/NMEConline Watch on YouTube (kindly subscribe): https://youtu.be/0MEcBx1MPvE Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, 414MB): https://bit.ly/WinningMP4Gdrive https://bit.ly/WinningMP4Dbox Audio (MP3, 25MB): https://bit.ly/WinningMP3Gdrive https://bit.ly/WinningMP3Dbox NMEC Podcast (Spotify / Apple / Anchor): https://bit.ly/NMECSpotifyPod https://bit.ly/NMECAnchorPod https://apple.co/2xvGG8o ----- If you wish to support the Lord’s work through our church, you may deposit or transfer online to: SECURITY BANK New Millennium Evangelical Church 0521-019391-001 (You may use Instapay in your online banking app to transfer from non Security Bank accounts)

LORD, Save Us! - Rev. Jason Co (04.05.20 NMEC Sunday Message)

LET US WORSHIP TOGETHER ONLINE April 5, 2020 (Sunday) 9:00am ***COMMUNION will be celebrated after the online message*** Let's sing praises together with our Worship-in-Songs playlist! https://bit.ly/2wb13r7 ----- "O LORD, save us, we pray. We beseech You, O LORD, cause us to prosper!" ~Psalm 118:25 (Berean Study Bible) "HOSANNA! HOSANNA!" This is what we often proclaim when we praise and worship God for His goodness and love. But many do not know that "HOSANNA!" had a different usage in the Old Testament. It is found only in one place, Psalm 118:25, where it means, "Lord, save us!" It was used as a cry to God for help. But over the years, the meaning of "Hosanna!" changed. From, "Lord, save us!" gradually it came to mean, "Salvation! Salvation has come!" Because Salvation did come - Jesus Christ came 2000 years ago to bring salvation to all of us so that we will be free from the bondage of sin and hell. This Sunday, listen and be enlightened as Rev. Jason Co helps us understand the rich and complete meaning of "Hosanna!" God's spiritual salvation has indeed come, but He is also interested and in the business of saving us in other parts of our lives as well. Even today, let us not hesitate to cry to Jesus, "LORD, SAVE US!" while at the same time claiming and celebrating the victory of the salvation that is assured to those who are in Him! ----- Watch on the NMEC FB Page (kindly follow/like): https://fb.me/NMEConline Watch on YouTube (kindly subscribe): https://youtu.be/gIzeIUa5sQE Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, MB): bit.ly/SaveUsMP4Dbox bit.ly/SaveUsMP4Gdrive Audio (MP3, 24MB): bit.ly/SaveUsMP3Gdrive bit.ly/SaveUsMP3Dbox NMEC Podcast (Spotify / Apple / Anchor): https://bit.ly/NMECSpotifyPod https://bit.ly/NMECAnchorPod https://apple.co/2xvGG8o ----- If you wish to support the Lord’s work through our church, you may deposit or transfer online to: SECURITY BANK New Millennium Evangelical Church 521-019391-001 (You may use Instapay in your online banking app to transfer from non Security Bank accounts)

God's Lockdown - Ptr. Daniel Yam (03.29.20 NMEC Sunday Message)

Covid-19 became rampant a few weeks ago in the Philippines. This virus has caused death, anxiety, and separation to families and amongst many people. Amidst the fear of contracting the virus, the fear of our loved ones acquiring it, facing an uncertain future, will we also allow this virus to separate us from God? May we be comforted and find rest in our Heavenly Father as we listen to His Word this Sunday by Ptr. Daniel Yam entitled, "God's Lockdown". The Lord is My Help - Ptr. Collen Lo (03.22.20 NMEC Sunday Message)

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." ~Psalms 46:1 (ESV) When the days are dark and troubles seem to come from all directions, the Lord promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us. And He has proven Himself, time and again in the scriptures, to be the faithful refuge and saviour of His people. As He has been our hope and our help in ages past, He is and will still be so at the present and the future. Listen and be encouraged as Ptr. Collen Lo reminds us that, even though the world might be turning upside down, God is the same faithful and loving God - yesterday, today, and forever! Certainty in Times of Uncertainty - Rev. Julius Manzano (03.15.20 NMEC Sunday Message)

The world is an uncertain place, and we live in uncertain times. With so many problems coming up and so many things going wrong, is it possible - or even conceivable - that we can have peace in this world? The Bible promises that those who are in Christ "will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand." (Phil. 4:7) And we can be certain of this only because of the certainty of God and who He is - an almighty, all-knowing, and loving Heavenly Father who is our rock of REFUGE, RIVER of hope, and haven of REST. Listen and be comforted as Rev. Julius Manzano Lim shows us how we can have "Certainty in Times of Uncertainty" and experience godly peace by putting our faith in the faithful God, the only One whom we can be certain of at all times and in all situations! ----- View this video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/VqtaVhuagXY Download links (Google Drive/Dropbox): Video (MP4, 249MB): http://bit.ly/CertaintyMP4Gdrive http://bit.ly/CertaintyMP4Dbox Audio (MP3, 15MB): http://bit.ly/CertaintyMP3Gdrive http://bit.ly/CertaintyMP3Dbox
