Middle Men is a podcast for men who don't fit neatly into society's straight or gay boxes.

Maybe you live a publicly straight life, but privately you're not entirely straight. Maybe you're bi or only into guys, but don't fit neatly into the spaces designed for you. Maybe you don't have a label and don't want one.

Middle Men was built for you — the guy in the middle. No labels required. No judgment. Just other guys who get it.

I'm the host, Brendan O'Hara — I grew up straight, came out as gay, then landed in the middle. There was no podcast or community for guys like us, so I built it.
