    Hour 1: Brewers Grit and Golden Bugatti Buzz

    Ben and Kyle open Monday’s show live from Left’s at the Wisconsin State Fair celebrating the Brewers taking five of seven on the homestand, even if the baseball was not always pretty. They praise Milwaukee’s next-man-up culture under Pat Murphy, led by Luis Lara’s two spectacular catches, Jake Bauers’ unlikely production, Gary Sánchez, Ji-Hwan Bae, Bryce Turang and a team that keeps finding ways to win. The guys debate whether Brewers fans should rather see the Dodgers in a five-game NLDS or a seven-game NLCS, with Ben arguing the shorter series gives Milwaukee a better upset chance and Kyle wanting the Brewers to get as far as possible. Packers talk takes over after Family Night, where Matthew Golden’s deep-ball flashes against Keisean Nixon make Ben and Kyle wonder if the “Golden Bugatti” is being underrated as a potential top target for Jordan Love. The hour closes with Jesse Nelson’s old Brewers bullpen take getting roasted after Trevor Megill and Abner Uribe continue dominating, especially with Uribe riding a long scoreless streak.

    Hour 2: O-Line Alarm and Wilde’s Smack Check

    Hour 2 begins with serious Packers concern after Matt LaFleur calls out the offensive line’s lack of consistency, mental mistakes and technique issues. Kyle worries Green Bay still does not have a settled best five, with Aaron Banks’ knee, Anthony Belton’s right-guard battle, Zach Tom’s health, Jacob Monk’s role and Jordan Morgan’s left-tackle development all creating uncertainty. Jason Wilde joins and says Packers fans should not freak out yet, but he agrees there is reason for apprehension because Banks has not practiced enough and the team has mishandled some of Belton’s positional work. Wilde also clarifies the Keisean Nixon situation, explains why Brandon Cissé’s maturity and steadiness could make him a real Week 1 starter, and says Trey Smack helped himself at Family Night but still needs to prove it in preseason games. The hour also includes Colton Joseph selling a more explosive Badgers offense, Ben refusing to buy too much Wisconsin hype after last year’s scoring disaster, and Kyle getting praised for holding the line during a backpack giveaway.
