    Ho’oponopono Prayer

This episode is a continuous recitation of the Ho’oponopono Prayer, an ancient Hawaiian practice centered on forgiveness, reconciliation, love, and personal responsibility. Many people around the world were introduced to Ho’oponopono through Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, a psychologist who worked at the Hawaii State Hospital on Oahu. According to his account, rather than treating patients through traditional therapy, he practiced Ho’oponopono while reviewing each patient’s file, focusing on healing within himself. Over time, many patients reportedly experienced remarkable improvements, numerous individuals were released, and the ward eventually closed. His story has inspired thousands to embrace this simple yet profound practice. There is no introduction or commentary in this episode. It is simply the uninterrupted repetition of the Ho’oponopono Prayer, allowing you to meditate, reflect, and make it part of your daily spiritual practice. May these sacred words bring peace to your mind, healing to your heart, and calm to your spirit. #JoWillowRosePodcast #Hooponopono #Meditation #Healing #InnerPeace

Every once in a while, someone enters your life and quietly changes it forever. In this heartfelt episode, I share the story of my dear friend, Ms. Dorothy, whose friendship became one of the greatest gifts of my life. This episode is my tribute to her, but it's also for anyone who has loved and lost someone special. Together we'll reflect on the people who shape our lives, the memories they leave behind, and the ways their love continues long after they're gone. Who Are You When You’re Not Chasing Anything?

For most of my life, I felt like I was working toward something. There was always a goal, a plan, or a next step that needed my attention. Lately, I’ve been paying attention differently. Instead of constantly asking, “What’s next?” I’ve found myself focusing more on what’s happening right now. In this episode, I reflect on how little of life actually unfolded according to the timeline I imagined, why I’m becoming more comfortable with unanswered questions, and what it means to trust the process when the next chapter isn’t fully clear. If you’ve ever felt pressure to have everything figured out, this conversation is for you. Listen on Spotify or your favorite podcast platform.

    How To Trust Your Intuition

In this episode of the Jo Willow Rose Podcast, we explore the power of intuition through both science and real-life experience. Intuition is often described as a “gut feeling,” but research shows it is far more than that. Psychologist Daniel Kahneman, in his book “Thinking, Fast and Slow”, explains how our brains use what he calls System 1 thinking, a fast, automatic process that draws from patterns and past experiences to guide decisions without conscious effort. Neuroscientist Antonio Damasio, in “Descartes’ Error”, introduces the Somatic Marker Hypothesis, showing that our bodies store emotional memories and use them to influence decision-making. What we feel physically such as a sense of ease or discomfort, can be an important signal guiding us toward or away from certain choices. In addition, neuroscientist John-Dylan Haynes and his team at the Max Planck Institute demonstrated that the brain can begin forming decisions seconds before we become consciously aware of them, highlighting that intuitive processing happens beneath the surface of our awareness. Through the story of Mary, this episode brings these ideas to life. Her quiet inner knowing that something was no longer aligned reflects how the brain and body work together to recognize patterns, process experiences, and guide us toward better outcomes. This episode is a reminder that intuition is not random or unreliable. It is informed by your lived experiences, supported by science, and available to you at all times. When you learn to trust it, you begin to move with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

    The Power of Gentle Progress

There is a kind of growth that does not rush. It does not announce itself. And yet, it changes everything. In this episode, we explore the power of gentle progress. The quiet, steady movement that happens when you stop forcing your way forward and begin trusting your own rhythm. This is a reminder that progress does not need urgency to be real. That slowing down does not mean falling behind. And that meaningful change often takes root beneath the surface before it ever becomes visible. This episode includes a guided meditation, affirmations, and a closing blessing to support steadiness, trust, and inner alignment. This episode also includes a gentle guided meditation to help you connect with your pet on the other side, an affirmation, and a closing blessing.
