My OCD Journey

This past autumn my doctor and I had a breakthrough that we've been approaching my mental health struggles with emetophobia and 'anxiety' wrong this whole time. He suggested this might actually be OCD, and that ERP therapy can be really beneficial to manage it. I've been in weekly ERP therapy for OCD since October now and my world has changed. This episode aims to help you understand how I found my diagnosis, how I found a therapist, what therapy has looked like in detail for me, and where I'm at now!
