Heal, Survive & Thrive!

Stephanie Lyn

Welcome! Here we are talking about real confidence, high self-worth, and being fully in control of your life.

Funny how just when you think you’re doing okay, another hurdle shows up. This time you’ll need to go deeper to really overcome what you’re going through.

Whether it is being single for too long, perimenopause, another difficult breakup, losing yourself in yet another relationship, or simply not feeling as confident as you know you could, you are in the right place.

We dive into all the big topics: confidence, self-worth, boundaries, mental health, self-parenting, and goal setting. We cover the ups and downs of midlife, figuring out your next chapter, and finally moving out of that stuck phase that seems never-ending.

This is for the woman who thought she was doing all the right things, gave so much to everyone else, and now feels lost, drained, or disconnected from who she really is.

Here you will start getting your spark back.

Facing What Is (Without Falling Apart)

When life changes and you can’t control what’s happening, most of us go straight into resistance. Accepting what is isn’t easy especially when you’re knee-deep in pain. What happens for a lot of people is they get stuck. Stuck in the anger. Stuck in the bitterness. Stuck replaying the story over and over in their minds, trying to figure it out, trying to make it make sense. And because they can’t accept what happened, they never fully move forward. But acceptance doesn’t mean you like what happened. It doesn’t mean it was okay. And it definitely doesn’t mean someone gets off the hook. It simply means you soften the internal battle that’s making your healing harder than it needs to be. In todays podcast we are going to disucss it all! Always the Strong One

Have you spent your whole life being the reliable one, the mediator, or the "emotional glue" of your family? If you grew up in an environment where you had to carry weight that wasn't yours, you might be experiencing Responsibility Trauma. In this podcast, we dive deep into why some of us feel a constant, heavy obligation to fix everyone else’s problems and why it’s so hard to finally put that weight down. We explore parentification, the "mature for their age" label, and how to start healing from the exhaustion of over-functioning. Thank you for your love and support!
