Enjoy this exclusive sneak peak from inside the VIP space of REG BABES AFTER DARK. Follow the link below to access the full session (enter your email to get it for free)! In our VIP membership space, I am trialing different healing modalities by leading guest experts to give you an idea of what they involve before you invest any of your own time, energy or money into it. It is my goal and hope that by being vulnerable and peeling back the layers on my own trauma, that you’ll discover a practitioner or a treatment that feels incredibly aligned to you and your own healing journey. These episodes are recorded in full, unfiltered and unedited [mostly]- and then uploaded to Reg Babes After Dark every second Monday for your listening and watching pleasure. 168. Man vs. Bear: Are We Solving the Problem or Making It Worse? [On Cornell 7, Consent, and More]

Chances are, if you've opened any of your social media apps, turned on the radio or flipped on the news channel- you've likely heard about the Cornell 7 case that is circulating around. Personally, this has been weighing heavily on my heart as I reflect upon my own history of child sexual abuse, and other cases of harassment throughout my life. I feel a conversation on consent, accountability and the state of our world is crucial at this time- and in this episode, I'm sharing stories of my past (some never-before told), why discernment is so important right now, and how the movement of 'man vs bear' might be actually moving us further from the goalpost of what we want. While this episode isn't geared towards any 'one sided' beliefs, I do encourage you to let down your guard, consider everything presented from an open mind, and do your best to not let old conditioning and beliefs cloud your vision. So with that being said- let’s dive in, shall we? __________________________ EXTRAS + SOCIALS * JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP HERE * Curious to check out my writing for Love, Sunday? 167. What Your Relationship With Colour Says About you [with Wala Almuhaiteeb]

What happens when you lose everything you thought your life was supposed to look like? And what if the very thing that breaks you open ends up changing the entire trajectory of your life? In today’s episode, I am joined by Walla, founder of The Cringe Method and author of Heal Yourself with Color, for a conversation that takes us through some of the most difficult chapters of her life, from navigating a difficult marriage in Tokyo to rebuilding from zero and eventually losing everything she owned in a house fire in Barcelona. But what I love about Walla’s story is how she has taken these experiences and turned them into something that now helps other women find their way back to themselves. We’re diving into color therapy, how our patterns live in the body, why we can do all the therapy and personal development in the world and STILL feel stuck, and what it actually takes to create change that goes deeper than just understanding why we are the way we are. Walla shares so much wisdom throughout this conversation, and I cannot wait for you guys to hear it. So without further ado, let’s dive on in! ______________________ Here’s A Little About Wala + Her Journey: Walaa Almuhaiteeb is the founder of The Cringe Method and author of Heal Yourself With Colour (Orange Hippo! Publications). She helps self-aware women who have already done the therapy, the journaling, and the personal development work, and still feel stuck, find where their patterns actually live in the body and change them there. Her own path took her from Kuwait to Tokyo, where a difficult marriage first cracked open her own shadow. She rebuilt from zero in Qatar as a colour therapist, added sound therapy, and later moved to Barcelona, where a house fire that took everything she owned became the origin of The Cringe Method as it exists today. She is certified in colour therapy, yoga teacher training, kundalini chakra healing, sound therapy and been a mentor to women from all over the world for 13years Connect With Wala Here: WEBSITE | SUBSTACK | THE ABANDONMENT FIX * if you find your way to the program, use code REGULATE for $200 off (good through November 10) ______________________ JOIN REG BABES AFTER DARK HERE ______________________ EXTRAS + SOCIALS Enjoyed this episode + want to send some love? 166. Are You Reliable? The Micro-Commitments Integrity Test

Have you ever heard the quote, ‘how you do one thing is how you do everything’? Well, in this case, it’s 100% true- and it’s time we talk about it. After being stood up by a guest that I was supposed to interview who had already cancelled on me multiple times, I was inspired to record this episode. The truth is that too many of us are bailing on our micro-commitments, which is preventing us from reaching our own goals at best, and wasting other people’s time at worst. There are major consequences that can arise by not being a person of your word- and it can impact every area of your life. It’s like the boy who cried wolf… eventually, people are going to stop believing you and you’re going to lose out. Therefore, in today’s episode, we’re going to discuss the way in which you can test (or assess) your own level of integrity, and what to do about it so that you will actually do the things you say you are going to do. 165. How To Not Lose Yourself When You’ve Lost Everything [with Carey Conley]

What happens when you lose not just the people you love, but the version of yourself that existed alongside them? Well, in today’s Friday’s with Friends episode, our guest Carey Conley takes us into a deeply personal conversation about grief, loss, identity, purpose and what it means to keep moving forward when life completely changes. Carey has experienced unimaginable loss in her lifetime- losing both her husband and 25-year-old son to suicide, three years apart. She shares with us the different ways that grief can show up, why there is no “right” way to grieve, and the identity shifts that happen when you lose someone who has been a part of your life for decades. Together we explore how to find joy again without feeling guilty about it, the importance of having a vision for your life, and how it can actually give you something to move toward- even when life feels incredibly heavy. This conversation is raw, vulnerable and filled with some seriously potent reminders about how little time we actually have here, why we need to stop waiting for the “right” time, and how sometimes the thing that keeps us going is simply having something meaningful enough to keep moving toward. Tomorrow isn’t promised. So what are you going to do with today? Lets dive in! _____________________ Here’s A Little About Carey + Her Journey: Carey Conley is an international keynote speaker, author, and transformational coach dedicated to helping people live intentionally and create lives they truly love. As the founder of Infinite Nation and a certified John Maxwell coach, she has spent more than two decades empowering individuals and organizations through personal growth, leadership, and purposeful goal setting. Following the unimaginable loss of her husband and son, Carey's work took on a deeper dimension. Today she combines practical strategies with lived experience to help others navigate grief, rediscover hope, and create meaningful futures after life's greatest challenges. Her message reminds audiences that while we cannot always choose what happens to us, we can choose how we move forward—with courage, intention, and purpose. 164. Here's How To Diversify Your Income To Travel 6x Months A Year

For the last 5 years, my husband and I have been travelling the globe for 6x months a year, every year. One of the questions we get asked the most is, "how do you afford to do what you do?". And I mean, valid. The way society has taught us to look at finances can make our personal choices look questionable- but now that I see it this way, I can't ever go back. In this episode today, I'm diving into the exact method of how we actually make money- and what it means to diversify your income. I'm sharing what bills we actually have, what rewriting finances has looked like after my bankruptcy, and the thing that I'm still learning. The truth is that you don't need millions of dollars in the bank or a really 'ludicrous' source of income to be able to travel like we do. The secret is eliminating high-costs, ensuring you don't have a lot of bills weighing you down when you're gone, and being open to your income flowing differently than through a traditional 9-5 pay cheque. If you've dreamed of creating a life on your terms, seeing the world, or maybe you're just looking for a way to make some extra cash every month... then this is the episode for you. 163. Why Old Patterns Keep Repeating + What They Are Here To Teach You

It's giving Brittany Spears "oops I did it again" - only it's the old pattern that you keep repeating, again... again... and again. Listen babe, I fucking get it. This past week has been filled with unexpected challenges, incredibly hard decisions, and the realization that I've wearing the same old problem with a new shiny hat. Today we're diving into a conversation on curveball moments in life, what to do when you're given a 'clean slate' to approach an old problem with a different energy, and how you might be messing up your own manifestations. Best part? I'm walking you through how you can use the practice of forgiveness to clear old, stuck energy out- so that you can finally move forward and get what you most want. 162. What 'Protecting Your Peace' Is Actually Costing You

In a recent encounter at a family gathering, a very specific phrase was used as an excuse for someone not being present- and it struck something deep within me. Turning the mirror inward as I often do, I find myself wondering... when is 'protecting your peace' just an excuse? And if it is an excuse, when do we begin to take responsibility for the role that we play in every area of our lives? Thus, in today's episode, we're exploring the idea of protecting your peace and the ways in which this might be a valid assessment, or perhaps- something we use when we're being lazy or lacking motivation. This exploration comes without judgement, but rather an inquisitive look at the times when we should intuitively listen to our body versus the times when we need to kick our own butts in gear. So let's dive in, shall we? __________________________ GO REGULATE YOURSELF LIVE September 25th | Edmonton, AB More Info + Tickets Here __________________________ EXTRAS + SOCIALS * JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP HERE * Curious to check out my writing for Love, Sunday? In this vulnerable share, she talks about the moments that nearly broke her, the days when she feels like quitting, what’s keeping her going even in the darkest hours- and how she’s doing it ALL as a single mother. 158. What You're Getting Wrong About Karma

If someone has wronged you at some point in your life, chances are, you've probably wished karma upon them- and you wouldn't be alone. But what if I told you that everything you know about 'karma' was actually... wrong? The truth is that wishing somebody 'gets theirs' is only harming you and your life- and the impact of that is even worse when you say it out loud or project it onto someone else. Thus in today's episode, we're exploring exactly why this is- and why you want to be hyperaware of the language that you are using at all times. If you're ready to stop attracting bad energy in your life and finally call in the things that you desire, then this episode is for you. It's time to rewrite your understanding of karma for good. 156. Stop Giving A Shit About What People Think Of You

There used to be a time, not so long ago, when I would be terrified to open my phone and see my notifications, out of fear for what someone might have commented on my social media pages. Three years ago, in the height of the 'cancel culture' attempt of me online, I went through my worst fear- receiving hundreds of messages from people telling me what a terrible person I was. At the time, I desperately wanted to be liked, I feared negative opinions of me, and I cried at every hate-comment. I knew that my belief system needed to be rewired, and in a strange way, I also knew that this moment in time would greatly serve me in the long run. And boy was I right! Since then, I've completely rewritten this fear for myself and amazingly enough, I no longer fear negative comments or judgement. The truth is that I actually love it! I believe that true freedom lies in the discovery that no one's opinion of you matters but your own- and today we're going to talk about how to finally release the fear of that judgement for good. So let's dive in, shall we? __________________________ GO REGULATE YOURSELF LIVE September 25th | Edmonton, AB More Info + Tickets Here __________________________ EXTRAS + SOCIALS * JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP HERE * Enjoyed this episode + want to send some love? 155. A Woman In A Man's World [with Sarah Poirier]

You've likely heard before that a childhood lacking something leads to an adulthood of seeking that thing- but did you know that this can also apply to masculine energy? In today's Friday's with Friends episode, our guest Sarah is walking us through this exact concept and how after years of having no safety in the masculine, she tried to create it herself. Together we explore what this overdrive mentality drove her to do- including coping with alcohol and drugs, choosing a male-dominated career in the trades that she hated, and ending up in relationships with people that weren't exactly healthy. She shares with us her journey to finding herself, distancing herself from people and environments that weren't supportive to her healing, leaving her career and stumbling into her passion, and creating a life that she is actually proud of. This episode is packed with little wisdom nuggets and was so much fun to record. If you're a woman who's struggled with finding balance in her life- then guaranteed you'll love it. So let’s dive in, shall we? _____________________ Here’s A Little About Sarah + Her Journey: Sarah is a somatic facilitator who helps women stop choosing emotionally unavailable men by healing the deep unconscious patterns that keep them stuck looping in the same relationship cycles. Rather than focusing on mindset alone, she guides women through deep nervous system and identity-level transformation so they naturally lose their attraction to unhealthy dynamics and start magnetizing relationships that are safe, reciprocal, and secure. Her work helps women become the kind of woman who knows her worth, trusts herself completely, and settles for nothing less than the love she truly desires. 154. How To Step Into Your Power

This past weekend I found myself confronted with a unexpected and terrifying realization: I've been standing at crossroads for three years, holding myself back from committing to my vision. Now in a way, I guess you could say this is natural. As human beings, we often allow the consequences of growth to hold us back from our goals because it feels too scary or too hard. But can you imagine for a moment if we just went all in? If we committed, took responsibility and did the dam work- regardless of the excuses we are tempted to use? I think some pretty incredible things might happen... and today, we're going to talk about it! Therefore in this episode we are discussing what it looks like when you say you want something but are holding yourself back from it, the consequences of actually going for it, and how to fully step into your power so that you can get everything you want. 153. The Darker Side Of Being A Military Spouse [with Jalena Tesanovich]

Imagine hugging your loved one good-bye as they walk out of the door... wondering if it will be the last time. Sound devastating? Well, for our Friday's with Friends guest this is a reality she faces every single day- just like all the other military spouses out there. In this episode, Jalena walks us through the side of this lifestyle that nobody sees, and all the sacrifices that are required to be made. She shares with us the hardships, the blessings, the things that you'd never even think about- and why this life shouldn't be as glorified as it is. Listen as she shares about the first time her husband was ever deployed, what it's like bouncing from home to home, and even the moment that she was held at gun point by military police. This episode is wild, jaw-dropping, and definitely makes you appreciate everything that active duty personnel and their families have to go through. So with that being said, let’s dive in, shall we? _____________________ Here’s A Little About Jalena + Her Journey: Jalena is a nationally board-certified, trauma-trained somatic health coach who helps high-achieving women move out of survival mode and into true freedom. A dog mom, solo traveler, and former resident of a Buddhist monastery in Nepal, Jalena brings depth, playfulness, and zero tolerance for performative healing. 152. The Truth About Quantum Leaps

You've heard about a quantum leap... but what about a quantum fall? Recently the Lionsgate Portal and all the 'rituals' I've seen popping up online has struck a cord within me- and I'm frustrated by the amount of misinformation out there regarding practices like this. I think a lot of us have been conditioned to believe that the woo-woo stuff is just easy and magical- and if it's not, 'something must be wrong'. But the truth is that quantum leaps (just like anything in life) are not an exception to the law of polarity, and before the leap (or sometimes smack dab in the middle of it), we must experience a fall. I know for years this principle held me back and prevented me from understanding manifestation and identity growth because I had it all wrong- and I don't want the same for you. So today, we're going to talk about exactly what a quantum leap is, why it involves a quantum fall, what this means if it is showing up in your reality- and how to both create AND navigate these sudden changes when they occur. 151. The Identity Death Of The Good Girl [with Brianna Rose]

Have you ever heard the quote "healing makes you nicer" and wondered if that was actually true? Well, if you have, you're not alone- and today we're going to talk about it. In this Friday's with Friends episode, I am joined by guest Brianna Rose, who has more than a few things to say on this heavily misguided perspective. She shares with us the truth of healing and how it doesn't make you nicer- it actually makes you more authentic. She discusses what it means to show up fully in your power, still having kindness as a baseline- but without over-giving or sacrificing parts of yourself to get there. Together we explore the ways that we've been conditioned to hold a 'good girl' persona, the negative impacts that this can have in our lives (and for other people), and why releasing this is crucial for your growth and manifestations. If you've ever recognized people-pleasing tendencies within yourself, wondered how to say no or put in stronger boundaries, or just wished that you could show up as who you truly are- then this is the episode for you. Let’s dive in, shall we? _____________________ Here’s A Little About Brianna + Her Journey: Brianna Rose is the founder of the Light Leader® movement and the creator of a pioneering somatic institute for women in business.
