‘Cré mo Chroí’ meaning the clay/soil/earth of my heart. This is a sacred place for me to share the musings straight from my heart as I navigate my way through the human experience.

Like many people right now I am in the midst of a deep spiritual awakening. Living in and from my heart, in true alignment, close to nature and remembering the ancient wisdom of my Irish Ancestors.
