Clinton closes out Pre-Thanksgiving Week with a guest who practically brings a bakery with her: Danielle Sepsy, the legendary "Scone Queen" and owner of The Hungry Gnome. After showing up with six boxes of baked goods (naturally), Danielle jumps straight into teaching the gang how to make her Honey Corn Muffins — the hybrid cupcake-cornbread creation that her cookbook will soon unleash on the world.

The crew dives deep into muffin science, the importance of cake flour, sour cream, and the extremely controversial word moist, all while Danielle drops tip after tip (including why oven temperature shock therapy creates a perfect dome).
