When emotions build up, they often show up in the body as tightness, heaviness, or stress.
This 3 minute meditation for emotional release helps you gently soften that tension, allowing your mind and body to relax without forcing anything to change. Through slow breathing and mindful awareness, you’ll create space for your emotions to settle—bringing a sense of calm, clarity, and inner ease.
This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or tense
• Holding stress in your body
• Struggling to let go of difficult emotions
• Looking for a short emotional reset
• Wanting to feel calmer and more at ease
You don’t have to fix every feeling.
Sometimes, allowing them to soften is enough.
Namaste.
