I wanted to share the real and true hardships of this lifestyle and some of the additional stressors we have been dealing with. Making a complete lifestyle shift (going from off-season to season and vice versa) can be really draining. In this episode, I share about prepping for the season, the travel day, my pregnancy and getting adjusted in a new country. I share what helps re-center me when I am going through a hard time and how there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
