**BREAKING** Killer Mom Trial: A New Note, Drama in Jury Room, Yelling in the Courtroom, & a Motion to REMOVE a Juror

A dramatic turn of events in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial. There was a heated sidebar between the attorneys, the judge and Lindsay Clancy after the jury sent a note saying one juror has refused to follow the judge’s instructions on reasonable doubt. The judge called in each juror, one by one, asked them a question and then read aloud instructions for evaluating reasonable doubt. That wasn’t enough for defense attorney Kevin Reddington who filed a motion to have that one juror removed. The judge denied his motion and sent the jury back to deliberate. Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Guilty Vs Not Guilty,  A Jury Role Play Experiment  (It Didn’t End In A Verdict)

As the jury just headed back into Day 6 of deliberations, it’s hard to imagine there aren’t some heated, emotional back and forth discussions going on as one side tries to convince the other to come to their way of thinking. We took the two extreme options for the jury: Guilty of first degree murder versus Not Guilty by reason of insanity and had our own debate. The problem we so quickly realized, both verdicts have justifiable and verifiable evidence to reasonably back up each outcome. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Day 6 Of Deliberations, Will TODAY Bring A Verdict, Or End In Mistrial?

The 12 jurors for the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial are headed back to deliberations this morning, after trying to reach a verdict for nearly 30 hours over the past five days. The jury began deliberating LAST Thursday, and now, a full week later they continue after the judge issued a “Tuey Rodriguez” charge Wednesday afternoon, urging the group to reconsider their positions to try and find consensus. Clancy’s defense attorney Kevin Reddington says he’s ready to retry the case as soon as next week if a mistrial is declared, but acknowledged that regardless of the outcome, this case is a tragedy, reminding reporters that jurors have been through a very traumatic event. Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Judge Sends Deadlocked "Frustrated" Jury Home After 30 Hours

It’s hard to believe that after all the drama of the morning and the final “dynamite’ charge from the judge, the jury has agreed to come back on Thursday and try again. Day 6 of deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial will begin at 9 am tomorrow morning. Reporters inside the courtroom have noted that the jurors look visibly frustrated after nearly 30 hours of deliberations, and if they can’t reach a consensus tomorrow, the judge cannot legally ask them to continue. With that in mind, it appears on Thursday we will either get a verdict, or the judge will be forced to declare a mistrial. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

**NOW** Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Judge Issues Last Ditch “Tuey Rodriguez” Charge After Jury Reports 2nd Deadlock

The jury came back from lunch with another note, letting the judge know they remain deadlocked and cannot reach a verdict. The judge issued his second and final instruction to the jury, reading from what’s known as the “Tuey Rodriguez” charge, encouraging jurors to reconsider their positions. It’s a controversial tool that is allowed under Massachusetts state law, but it remains to be seen just how effective it will be, with jurors deliberating now for more than 27 hours over the past five days. Wheel Of Fortune Star Suspended After Pilot Calls Police Over Alleged Plane Incident

A major announcement from the number one syndicated show on TV: ‘Wheel Of Fortune’ is suspending its longtime announcer Jim Thorton after it was “made aware of allegations” stemming from an American Airlines flight back in May. The details are scarce, but reportedly a fellow passenger on Thorton’s flight complained about him to a flight attendant, who then alerted the pilot, who then called law enforcement. Thorton’s reps have denied that he engaged in any illegal conduct and said police determined there was no wrongdoing within five minutes of talking to him. If that’s the case, then why did Sony suspend him? A lot of questions remain to be answered. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Shocking Twist in Killer Mom Trial: Woman Has Video of Clancy Jurors

56 year old Dawn Light stood before another Massachusetts judge this morning facing the serious charge of juror intimidation after being caught by police filming jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial. Prosecutors claim the retired nurse and mother was in a restricted parking lot and adamantly denied taking photos of jurors, only for police to find a video of them in her deleted files. Her attorneys claim it was just a misunderstanding, and that Light was only trying to get a picture of Lindsay Clancy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

!!UPDATE!! Killer Mom Trial Verdict Watch: Drama Before Day 5 Deliberations Even Begin!

The Judge in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial began the morning with a veiled, yet stern announcement, reminding everyone in the courtroom the statutes governing conduct within the proceedings. Without getting specific, it appears the judge was referring to the arrest of a woman photographing jurors outside the courthouse yesterday. Reporters in the courtroom then witnessed the judge asking each juror a question one by one with attorneys from both sides present, before dismissing them to begin their deliberations. Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Day 5 Of Deliberations Set To Begin As Arrest Made Outside Courthouse

Jurors are expected back in court at 9am this morning to begin their 5th day of deliberations after telling the judge on Tuesday they were deadlocked. The jury of 12 will begin their 23rd hour of deliberations, trying to determine whether or not Lindsay Clancy was criminally responsible for the strangling deaths of her three young children. As jurors left the courthouse on Tuesday, a 56-year-old woman was arrested and charged after reportedly filming members of the jury. Meantime, Clancy’s defense attorney still has hope that jurors will be able to reach a consensus, telling reporters he is heartened they are working hard, and have not said yet, that they’re done. Love Island USA Season 8 Reunion: Breakups, Beefs and LOTS Of Media Training

It was an amazing two hour catch up to see what happened to all of the Islanders, once they left the Fiji villa…. And there was a lot to unpack! First, we’re still not sure whether or not Sincere and Melanie are a couple and we’re still not sure we believe Carl and Aniya ever were one (they claim they are). The drama broke out when Sol began complaining again about her treatment in the villa, but was humiliated after producers showed never before seen clips that proved otherwise. We also discuss the obvious media training KC, Titi, Corbin and Parmida had before the reunion, and Dylan proved to T.J. once again why he is not a fan of Kenzie’s guy. Florida To Execute 74-Year-Old Inmate On Death Row For 50 Years!

The state of Florida is executing its 14th death row inmate of the year at 6pm ET. 74-year-old Harold Gene Lucas was 24 when he shot his teenaged ex-girlfriend in the head with a rifle and injured her two friends who were there to protect her. 16-year-old Jill Piper had Lucas arrested for trespassing and threatening to kill her the week before he went back to her home, to make good on his threat. Lucas was sentenced to death five times over the past five decades and has now waived his final appeal saying, “The sooner it’s over, the better I’ll enjoy it. I am tired.” See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

!!UPDATE!! Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Jury Heads Home Without A Verdict, Remains Deadlocked After 22 Hours

There will be a fifth day of deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial, after the jury asked to go home early once again today. This, after the judge sent the deadlocked jurors back to deliberate, late this morning. In the state of Massachusetts, the judge can only send the jury back twice without their consent, but may ultimately issue what’s called the “Tuey Rodriguez” charge, encouraging jurors to reevaluate their decision and consider where the other jurors are, while staying true to their personal convictions. !!!BREAKING!!! Killer Mom Trial: Jury DEADLOCKED

This is a breaking story: Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial told the judge that they are unable to reach a unanimous decision. He responded by telling them to keep at it. But for how long? The judge still has another option before declaring a mistrial. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Jury Back For Day 4 Of Deliberations!

The jury in the Lindsay Clancy trial is back at it, beginning their 4th day of deliberations. As of this morning, the jury has already deliberated for 17 hours, which makes this verdict watch one of the longest in recent high profile murder trials. We go over what the judge’s options are if the jury says they’re deadlocked. While the state of Massachusetts does not allow an Allen charge, they do have another type of charge, called the Tuey-Rodriguez instruction. It’s certainly controversial and considered a last ditch effort to encourage jurors into a compromise. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Tupac Murder Trial: GUILTY Verdict For Former Gang Leader Duane Davis

One week shy of the 30th anniversary of the shooting death of Tupac Shakur, 63-year-old Duane Davis was found guilty of murdering the rap icon on the Vegas Strip. It only took the jury three hours to convict Davis, after two weeks of testimony and nearly 30 witnesses. The prosecution effectively used Davis’ own words, both written and spoken to convince the jury of 12 that he was the mastermind behind the killing. We have reaction from the courtroom and hear what Davis told the judge after he learned his fate. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Jury Asks a Question: Can We Go Home Early?

The Lindsay Clancy jury has now officially deliberated for 17 hours, and by asking to head home early for the day, it appears they are nowhere near a verdict. In fact, we didn’t hear a peep from the jury of 9 women and 3 men all day: no questions, no requests for evidence, nothing. Day four of deliberations will begin promptly at 9am tomorrow, making this verdict watch already longer than some of the most recent and high profile murder cases in the country.
