NEW REPORT: Fentanyl Laced Oxycodone May Have Killed Hayden Panettiere

TMZ is citing multiple law enforcement sources with “direct knowledge” that Hayden Panettiere may have taken a blackmarket Oxycodone pill laced with fentanyl the morning of her death. Those same sources say police are looking into her long time drug dealer in Los Angeles and are trying to trace the pill back to him. Meantime, Panettiere’s on-again, off-again abusive boyfriend made headlines of his own over the weekend. Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach were reportedly highly intoxicated when Zach was ultimately arrested for disorderly conduct, as Brian shouted at police that they “leaked it when my girlfriend died.” See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Die With Zero: Holding Your Money Too Tightly, Can Be Just As Risky As Spending Too Freely

Most of us spend more than half of our lives trying to accumulate wealth, and then the last half we try to save what we have either to ensure we won’t run out or to leave all that earned income to our children. And while it still remains controversial, the push to “die with zero” money in your account is gaining steam, but experts say it’s harder than you may think. The concept is ideal: after working hard your entire life, you retire, and then you spend and enjoy that money until you last check bounces on the day you die. The problem, most people are too afraid of running out of money, they keep hoarding it and deny themselves the upgrades, travel experiences and ultimately, “under-living” their golden years. Pedophile Chatroom Defends Its Existence,  Calling Users “Minor-Attracted People”

The chatroom used by fired ‘Wheel of Fortune’ announcer Jim Thornton has put out a statement defending its purpose. The chatroom says it operates under strict rules against any type of illicit behavior, but says it exists because there is no safe way for “minor-attracted people” to access support for fear of stigmatization. The site goes on to say that most people attracted to minors behave responsibly and giving them a place to talk leads to more positive outcomes. They point out that Thornton’s firing - which they call a metaphorical lynching - illustrates the need for change in how we view people who have this attraction. As you might imagine, reaction to their statement has been met with outrage, especially among parents, who say this is dangerous, normalizing and even encouraging pedophilia. One month after 29-year-old Tasia Fortune was found hanging from a tree in Jackson Mississippi, police arrested a man they say is responsible for Fortune’s death and say more arrests are expected. It wasn’t until late last week that the state medical examiner finally ruled Fortune’s death a homicide, her family had insisted from the very beginning the young mother of four would never take her own life, especially in that manner. 51-year-old Jacques Ratliff is expected in court on Monday, where we hope to get more answers into the horrific death that has garnered international headlines. What Are Beige Flags?  And Why Anyone Dating Or In A Relationship Should Pay Attention To Them!

This is a relationship term that has caught on for all the reasons you’ll never guess. We are all so burned out from flag culture… red flags, green flags, yellow flags… that we’ve started to turn every small, quirky habit into a referendum on our relationships. Experts say the unusual and yes, even mildly annoying habits of your partner or a potential partner are NOT evidence that someone is incompatible with us. We’ve stopped dating each other and are constantly surveilling and labeling one another. We go over some hilarious examples, and some of our own beige flags, to remind us all that some of the strange things we do, may end up being the most endearing if we just look at them through a different lens. NY's Most Prominent Politicians Being Ripped for Laughs During 9/11 Ceremony

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are being heavily criticized after they were seen on television smiling and laughing as the names of victims were being read at Ground Zero. Even worse, the shot just before them was of a young man sobbing at the memorial. Mamdani was already facing sharp criticism from 9/11 victims for attending the ceremony and had spent the weeks leading up to the event trying to mend fences with firefighters and first responders. There was one unlikely defender of Mamdani and AOC, an ex-aide to New York City’s former mayor Rudy Giuliani, who claims it was just a friendly greeting between the two. Jimmy Kimmel Claims He Was Forced To Air Interview On YouTube After Alleged FCC Threats

The war continues between the Trump Administration and Jimmy Kimmel. Hours ago, Kimmel ended up airing his interview with Texas Democrat James Talarico on YouTube, rather than on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” after the late night host says the FCC threatened him, his show, and ABC. The White House fired back, saying Kimmel was “play-acting” and referenced Kimmel’s “egocentric delusion” insisting they never threatened anyone. This all comes weeks after ABC filed an against the FCC for what they call an unconstitutional retaliatory campaign against the network, forcing them to file for license renewals years ahead of schedule. How Concerned Should We Be? Apparently VERY.  AI “Could Kill Us All By The End Of The Decade”

Most of us have seen the frightening warning made by an AI researcher who left his position at Anthropic because of his concerns for the world’s safety given the increasing capabilities of artificial intelligence. And what’s even scarier, several other researchers and leaders in the industry are backing up those claims and concerns, saying AI technology may soon be able to hack anything and unless we slow down, we are literally gambling with our lives. Those with insider knowledge believe that AI is mankind’s greatest immediate threat, the question, what can be done?” See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Trump’s Latest Promise To Americans That’s Too Good Or Too Illegal To Be True

There are all sorts of issues with President Trump’s stunning, and unconventional promise at Wednesday’s Republican midterm convention. Trump announcing that “If the Republicans win, you win," promising every U.S. adult citizen $5,000 if Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate come November. Trump describing the cash payout like a successful company that gives a cash distribution to its shareholders. Obviously it’s illegal to influence votes, but even if this offer falls into a legal loophole, it’s still unclear how Trump would pay for the $1.2 trillion dollars the offer would cost, and if the outcome of recent financial promises are any indication… your check won’t be in the mail anytime soon, if ever.
