I’m authentic and I run deep. I’m able to help leaders, teams, and organizations transform because I’ve spent decades transforming myself.
When facilitating Conflict Resolution, I teach leaders how to bring up concerns without blame and how to listen without defensiveness. I then facilitate challenging and delicate conversations where the leaders must use these same communication tools.
When people communicate without blame and defensiveness, all of the old stories and misperceptions crumble and they are left with the authentic connection and mutual trust they just created.
When facilitating Executive Presence trainings, I help leaders discover their authentic self which in itself is powerful and inspirational.
I do this by helping leaders become conscious of their unconscious thought and behavior patterns so that they can make conscious proactive choices about how they want to think, act, and even feel, which transforms their results and way of being.
I help leaders become present by helping them become conscious within the myriad of ways we take for granted every day: how we think, how we move, how we speak, how we sit and stand.
When leaders choose to become conscious in this way throughout their day, they actualize their authentic self and their true executive presence.
