Xtinction Agenda

Cameron Hodge

Xtinction Agenda isn't for everyone. It's a book club and a movie club and a place for people to talk TV and comic books. But nothing too new. It's a rough place where tired old dads tackle pop culture artifacts of the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s (mostly). Not a lot of hand-holding as a consequence. These are not introductions to pop culture but discussions about it. As such, we expect the audience to have some degree of experience.

Basically then, if you're a hotdog and you're looking for a mustache ride, you came to the right place. Otherwise, enjoy your sock hops and your malt shakes. We wish you well.

    Resident Evil: Apocalypse

This is an episode about Resident Evil: Apocalypse. As far as movies go, it was fine. For some strange reason, the internet thinks this is the best installment of the franchise. If you are one such person, please drop us a line at xtinctionagenda6@gmail.com. We would like to understand.

Matt Fraction and Jorge Jimenez - Batman #1-12

How cool is this comic? We didn't even talk about the costume re-design. The costume re-design was literally the least interesting thing about this comic. And that's not a slight. It's a cool re-design. A cool re-design in a cool comic. For cool people. Like you.

I mean, look at bro's relationship with his sidekick. That's a good dude, bro. The creators definitely aren't engaging in a high-end art rock Gen X nostalgia white wash of a shitty character, bro!
