    Welcome to What Helps U & I, a podcast about hope, help, and strength on the University of Idaho Campus! Join us every other Friday as we learn how our Wellbeing Ambassadors and the Vandal Community get through the ups and downs of college. Stay tuned for our first episode, premiering November 17th! The Wellbeing Ambassador program is a group of students who are working on promoting resilience on campus with initiatives based in the Sources of Strength national program. We will be chatting each week with students about our 8 strengths that we know time and time again help folks get through the tough stuff: Family Support, Positive Friends, Mentors, Healthy Activities, Generosity, Spirituality, Physical Health, and Mental Health!
