Every broadcast is delivered with absolute authority by Host-Servitor 241, whose role is to interpret civic reality for the population and ensure that what is experienced aligns with what is permitted to be understood. In this world, information is not simply shared - it is curated, corrected, and reinforced until it becomes indistinguishable from truth.
Across the endless spires and layered depths of the Hive, civilisation persists through systems of control that are as much psychological as they are infrastructural. Civic announcements, devotional readings, industrial updates, and public advisories form a continuous stream of sanctioned reality, guiding behaviour, shaping perception, and maintaining stability in a society where even emotion is subject to regulation. Beneath the surface of order, however, there are cracks forming.
Vox Sanctum Gloriana explores a world where control and care are indistinguishable, where reassurance and instruction arrive in the same voice, and where the boundary between message and reality has long since begun to blur.
