<p>Days after walking away from trade talks with the U.S., Canada has hit back with dollar-for-dollar counter-tariffs on American goods. Prime Minister Mark Carney said he cut off negotiations because Washington's terms could wipe out major Canadian industries like auto, steel and aluminum.
