George’s garden question this week was about how many pumpkins we buy in the UK. George also showed us his awesome pumpkin that he grew in his chaos bed. Tonight’s guest has turned what could have been a devastating diagnosis in to a positive career change that has helped to reduce the symptoms of his Multiple Sclerosis and benefited his mental health. It was brilliant to hear about the Silver medal winning garden that he created at RHS Badminton this summer also and the fact it has gone to a hospice so it can help many more people through tricky times. We look forward to seeing how Gavin’s allotment develops next year and what he grows in it.
