We start with a question from George as always, this week about where 70% of the oxygen in the planet comes from. Our guest tonight is more than just a guest, I would consider him a friend. A fellow head gardener battling with limited resources to deliver as high a quality of garden as possible. He has the added pressure that it’s an open garden in a historical site with areas of SSSI. We spoke about the fact raw sewage is being discharge by the local sewage plant on to the lake on the site which has SSSI status and there’s nothing they can do to stop it. We finally got on to talking about mushrooms in various different forms. Daniel is trying to get as much fungal life in the garden to help the plant to survive the threat of our changing climate.
