Driving through Zion to get to Bryce Canyon, stumbling upon Mesa Verde and making a pit stop to see The Petrified Forest outside of Winslow, Arizona. All beautiful sites to see, feel and cherish.

Episode 67 The Serendipitous Jen skipped Day 6...Durango, Colorado (day 7)

The Serendipitous Jen accidentally got carried away and skipped Day 6 of the roadtrip and in her defense, Internet and WIFI is really spotty out of the van. Here we are on Day 7 of the road trip. Episode 66 The Serendipitous Jen is still on the road (day 5)

The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos are on day 5 of the roadtrip to visit National Parks and eventually end up at Durango, Colorado for another train ride! Today they travel from Moab to Cortez and make pitstops along the way, of course. Tomorrow they will finally land in Durango...stay tuned!

Episode 64 The Serendipitous Jen hand feeds Bison along the way (day 3)

The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos got started on the road a little later than anticipated today to embark on their journey from Zion to Bryce Canyon... so they did NOT record this until the end of the day when they were both exhausted. Episode 63 The Serendipitous Jen from sin to zen roadtrip (day 2)

The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos spent too much time at a local casino in Nevada and Jen has another epiphany about life and the lessons that she has learned along the way. Episode 62 The Serendipitous Jen is on the road...AGAIN (Day 1)

The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos are fleeing the state once again to discover new unmarked territories.The final stop will be Durango, Colorado for The Durango Blues Train ride. Today was filled with stops at Calico Ghost town, Speed Vegas for some drifting in a Dodge Charger Hellcat, then off to gamble in the casinos and just when they were making their way to Utah... Carlos got a whim to gamble some more! They will spend the night at a casino / resort in Mesquite, Nevada before making their way to Bryce Canyon tomorrow. Stay tuned for day 2.

Episode 61 The Serendipitous Jen...How did the last road trip end?

The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos talk about what they did to share 4 days together to celebrate the 4th of July extended weekend. Who knew that shooting pool was such a technical sport? What ever happened to the ending of the previous road trip they took on a whim to Yosemite? So much to get caught up on. Life is going way too fast. The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos head out to Yosemite on a whim. Here's how it started...Carlos and Jen tried to get a spot at a local beach for the weekend to camp in the van, but all the spots filled up months ago. They start throwing out ideas of where they can go on short notice and get away for the weekend. There is so much to see and do in California and we have a lot of the most gorgeous places right here in our backyard. The van is always set up and ready to go & Jen is always on board for a roadtrip. Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it.

Episode 58 The Serendipitous Jen...Valentine's Day, The Heated Room & Disneyland all in the same weekend

The Serendipitous Jen is happy to get caught up with Carlos regarding how they spent Valentine's weekend this year. They went to The Heated Room for a 45 minute relaxing sauna session on Saturday afternoon, then Carlos prepared dinner. They then woke up early on Sunday morning to head to Disneyland. They talk about the day, the rides, the fun and talking about it is like living the adventure all over again them.

The Serendipitous Jen has a random chat with her sweet friend Melanie and Jen accidentally lets her ADHD show. You can hear it come out in many of the raw chats that she has with gal pals and guests on this podcast. She likes to switch things up often, accidentally interrupts and gets bored very easily. The Serendipitous Jen always means well with her big, open, loving heart and her light shines through as she discusses some intimate matters that pop up in this episode that could have really dimmed her light for sure. The Serendipitous Jen invites Melanie over to her home for Christmas treats and for a chance to catch up about her most recent travels back to Paris. Melanie shares about her travel throughout France during Thanksgiving week and that she reconnected with the "Paris" guy again. The "Paris" guy slings all kinds of info her way, from sleeping with other women, to the appearance of the women and how he just uses them. Melanie reflects on how much she has grown emotionally and how she felt much better equipped with tools to handle the inconsistencies that "smelly" throws her way. This ends in a cliffhanger and The Serendipitous Jen promises to record the rest of this adventure ASAP!

Episode 54 The Serendipitous Jen...Roadtrip Day 4 to Zion

The Serendipitous Jen & Carlos take off from Sedona and head up to Zion. Stops along the way include Horseshoe Bend and The Antelope Canyon in Page, Arizona. The sights they see are unbelievable and wow Jen with every bend on every highway. Jen knows how lucky she is to have acquired all this good fortune in this lifetime to be able to take off on some great adventures like this. Jen is humbly grateful for everything. Episode 52 The Serendipitous Jen...Roadtrip Day 3 Sedona (Part 1)

The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos travel their way from Williams down to Sedona. Wow, Sedona is breathtaking for sure. They take a 3 hour round trip hike through Boynton Canyon in search of the healing properties of a vortex. They climb to the top of the ridge to find caves and hieroglyphics. The sights they see are spectacular and the people that they meet along the way are so much fun, too.

The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos recap and chat a bit about their day spent on the train to The Grand Canyon and the day that they had together. It starting off kind of rocky, with Carlos being so mad that fog had rolled in and he wasn't able to see anything! The creator cleared up the fog for him and gave hime small glimpse of the majestic canyon. He could not believe his eyes! Hear it from him how he felt and hopefully this will encourage others to take that exit next time you drive along highway 40 and go see The Grand Canyon.

The Serendipitous Jen and Carlos hop in the new Sprinter van to hit the road for a seven day roadtrip to include The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Antelope Canyon, The Horseshoe, Zion, Bryce Canyon and Vegas. Day 1...leaving for the roadtrip is always fun! Jen is looking forward to showing these natural wonders to Carlos for his first time.
