Arnold Yan Fled Communist China — Then Walked Into a Totalitarian Texas Family Court

Send us Fan Mail 🚨 Arnold Yan (Conghua Yan) fled Communist China and built a life in Texas. Then Tarrant County family court — the 325th District Court divorce, attorney’s fees, a 401(k), and a QDRO fight — became the system he could not leave. On The Ryan Samuels Show: the April 13, 2022 associate judge report awarding $25,000 in attorney fees to each lawyer from Yan’s retirement account; the August 5, 2022 Leslie Starr Barrows email that the order “must say” the fees are “spousal support”; William Pigg’s email that the support label “would not be true”; State Bar of Texas grievances; ERISA and QDRO rules; Yan’s federal RICO case in the Northern District of Texas (Yan v. State Bar of Texas) and why courts dismissed it; Pigg’s written no-comment; Barrows’ silence; and Barrows’ 2026 race for Texas 231st District Court. Family court reform, fathers’ rights, retirement-account seizures, attorney fees relabeled as spousal support, public records, and what due diligence actually looks like when a whistleblower and the bar tell opposite stories. Meta’s $17–18 billion teen-harm settlement

Send us Fan Mail 🚨 Meta $18 Billion Teen Addiction Settlement Explained | Florida Rejects the Deal | The Ryan Samuels Show Meta Platforms settled a landmark multistate lawsuit over Facebook and Instagram harms to children for up to $18 billion. The deal ended a federal trial in Oakland after only eight days of testimony. Meta will pay states over ten years and add default two-hour daily time limits for users under 18, overnight blocks from midnight to 6 a.m., school-hour notification limits, stronger age assurance, and more parental controls on Instagram and Facebook. Meta denies all wrongdoing. CEO Mark Zuckerberg did not testify. Stock rose after the announcement because the payout is far below the hundreds of billions states had floated at trial. Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier refused to join. He called the settlement peanuts, a slap on the wrist, and a rounding error for a company worth about $1.5 trillion — weeks of revenue, not real accountability. Florida’s own case against Meta continues. Uthmeier said today from The Villages that if Meta treats the offer like an insult, they will fight in a Florida courtroom. Key witness Arturo Béjar, a former Meta safety engineer who briefed Zuckerberg for years, says the agreement does not make the product safer. His line: limiting teens to two hours a day is like saying you can smoke as many cigarettes as you want in two hours. It does not make the cigarettes safer. Béjar calls much of the new package safety theater. What parents need to know tonight: • The two-hour cap is a default, not a hard lock — a parent can turn it off • Night mode and school-hour mute are useful if you actually use them • Likes and some beauty filters can be hidden by default for teens • TikTok and YouTube are being pressured to match or Meta’s extra billions may not fully pay out • Individual families and school districts still have thousands of pending cases This episode breaks down the money, the product changes, the Florida holdout, the whistleblower critique, and what this means for parental rights versus Big Tech design. Government time limits are a floor. Parents still set the real rules. Watch live weeknights 9pm ET. WHAT’S INSIDE THE DATA CENTER?

Send us Fan Mail 🚨 What’s inside a data center in 2026? Most people think cloud storage: Gmail, iCloud, Netflix, bank records, hospital files. That’s only half the story. The new hyperscale AI data centers from Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Meta, Oracle, OpenAI, and xAI are not filing cabinets. They’re AI factories. Inside: GPU clusters, large language models, training data, model weights, checkpoints, embeddings, enterprise data, and the prompts you type into ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and Claude. Tonight on The Ryan Samuels Show: data center vs cloud storage, training vs inference, what information AI data centers really hold, data privacy and ownership, national security, and why the United States is in an AI infrastructure race. Live conservative commentary on AI data centers, big tech, and who controls the data. Uncle Ted says subscribe on Facebook! Florida Ends 4 School Vaccine Mandates

Send us Fan Mail 🚨 Florida is removing four vaccines from the school-entry list: Hepatitis B, chickenpox, Hib, and pneumococcal. That is the news. The real question is older. Who owns the child — the parent, or the system? Tonight on The Ryan Samuels Show: parental rights, individual conscience, and the fight inside the Church. Attorney General James Uthmeier told Florida’s bishops Catholic schools must honor religious exemptions. Archbishop Thomas Wenski said no — because the vaccines “do not violate Church teachings.” Some of those shots were developed on cell lines taken from aborted children. Rome says they may be used when there is no alternative. Rome also says vaccination is not, as a rule, a moral duty. We also confront the fraud in the language of rights: bodily autonomy to end a child’s life, but not to protect a living child from a product a parent and doctor may reject. The family comes before the form. The child comes before the excuse. Live M–F 9pm EST. Uncle Ted says subscribe on Facebook! Toxic Feminism Destroyed America | Lindsay Clancy & the Death of the Family

Send us Fan Mail 🚨 Tonight on The Ryan Samuels Show: They told women the home was a prison and motherhood was oppression. We bought it. Now look at the wreckage. Women’s labor force participation soared from 33% in 1948 to nearly 60% at its peak. Stay-at-home mothers in two-parent homes went from common to the exception. No-fault divorce exploded. Marriage declined. Forty percent of births are now to unmarried women. The share of children living with two parents dropped from 85% to about 70%. Fertility crashed from 3.5 children per woman to 1.6. Women’s reported happiness fell even as opportunities rose. The data is clear: kids do worse in broken homes. Father absence predicts poverty, crime, and failure. The “you can have it all” myth produced burnout, delayed families, and a society that cannot replace itself. And now the extreme: Lindsay Clancy, a labor-and-delivery nurse, strangled her three children—Cora, 5; Dawson, 3; and 8-month-old Callan—then jumped from a window. The trial is underway. The same ideology that devalued motherhood now treats her as the victim and anyone who calls it filicide as the problem. This is not first-wave feminism. This is the later version that treated the nuclear family as the enemy. Strong nations are built by strong families. We spent 60 years pretending otherwise. The kids, the empty cribs, and the body count say we were wrong. Watch. Share. The truth they don’t want you to hear. Uncle Ted says subscribe on Facebook! JEW KICKED OUT OF SALON — SHOCK GLOVES & MINNESOTA VOUCHING EXPOSED

Send us Fan Mail 🚨 A Jewish American woman walks into a Virginia nail/permanent makeup salon for a routine appointment. The second she mentions she’s Jewish and half-Israeli, the owner orders her out, denies Israel exists, calls it “Palestine stolen by Jews,” starts recording while chanting “Free Palestine,” and refuses a refund. Textbook antisemitism in broad daylight—and the video is everywhere. Meanwhile ICE is rolling out electric “shock gloves” (G.L.O.V.E. devices) that deliver painful shocks on contact as a “de-escalation” tool. Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan is vowing to “rip ICE apart” over it while her state still runs one of the loosest same-day registration systems in the country: a single registered voter can vouch for up to eight people with almost no ID. James O’Keefe just went undercover in Minneapolis testing it—“You’re the ID,” poll workers told him. Two Americas: one where a Jewish woman gets thrown out of a business for existing, and another where election integrity and federal law enforcement get treated like the enemy. Massachusetts Legalizes Abortion Up to Birth

Send us Fan Mail Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey just signed a bill that removes the state’s 24-week abortion limit. Under the new law, abortions after 24 weeks are now allowed based solely on a physician’s “professional judgment.” No gestational age limit remains in the statute. Massachusetts becomes the latest state to effectively permit abortion up until birth. El-Sayed’s Detroit Rally: Democrats Sell Out Michigan to the Far Left

Send us Fan Mail Abdul El-Sayed just headlined a Democratic “unity” rally in Detroit after winning the Michigan Senate primary. But make no mistake—this man is bad for America. He’s a far-left progressive who has never held elected office, yet he’s now the Democratic nominee in one of the most important Senate races in the country. El-Sayed supports Medicare for All, massive wealth taxes, government-run childcare and education, and a guaranteed income whether you work or not. He has repeatedly attacked U.S. support for Israel and aligned himself with the party’s most radical voices. In this episode of The Ryan Samuels Show, we lay out exactly why El-Sayed’s agenda would hurt working families, weaken America’s standing in the world, and push the country further toward socialism. The Fifth Amendment Is Not Optional: Why Holding Fauci in Contempt Is a Dangerous Mistake

Send us Fan Mail In this opening monologue, Ryan Samuels takes a hard constitutional stand. The Senate Homeland Security Committee just voted to hold Anthony Fauci in contempt for invoking his Fifth Amendment rights more than 100 times. Ryan argues that punishing someone for exercising a core Bill of Rights protection is a dangerous precedent — no matter how much you dislike the person using it. He walks through the history of the right against self-incrimination, from the English Star Chamber abuses to George Mason’s Virginia Declaration of Rights, Patrick Henry’s warnings, and James Madison’s drafting of the Fifth Amendment. The Founders put this protection in the Constitution for a reason. Turning it into a political weapon when it’s inconvenient threatens the liberty of every American. This is not a defense of Fauci. VOTER ID FIGHT: Trump Takes Mail Ballots to the Supreme Court

Send us Fan Mail Tonight on The Ryan Samuels Show, we dive deep into one of the most consequential election integrity battles of 2026. The Trump administration has filed an emergency application with the United States Supreme Court, asking the justices to allow key portions of the president’s executive order on mail-in voting and election security to take effect. This is not a minor procedural dispute. It is a direct confrontation over the future of how Americans cast their ballots in federal elections, and it arrives just months before the midterm elections that will decide control of Congress. At the heart of the fight is a simple but powerful idea: elections should be secure, verifiable, and free from the chaos that has eroded public trust over the past decade. The executive order seeks stronger citizenship verification for mail ballots, clearer rules governing how the U.S. Postal Service handles absentee ballots, and basic safeguards that most Americans already support. Voter ID remains one of the most popular election reforms in the country, consistently polling well above 70 percent support across party lines when the question is asked fairly. Yet every time lawmakers or the executive branch try to implement meaningful verification, the same coalition of activists, Democratic attorneys general, and media voices cries “voter suppression.” Tonight we examine why that argument no longer holds water. We will walk through exactly what the Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to do. Lower courts in several blue states blocked critical parts of the order, creating a patchwork system in which some jurisdictions face almost no federal oversight of mail ballots while others face tighter rules. The emergency application asks the Court to restore uniformity and allow the administration to enforce citizenship checks and chain-of-custody requirements before November. With the midterms approaching rapidly, the timeline matters. Delaying these reforms until after the election would effectively nullify them for the most important vote of the cycle. Mail-in voting has expanded dramatically since 2020. While absentee ballots have long been available for legitimate reasons—military service, illness, or travel—the mass expansion without corresponding security upgrades created new vulnerabilities. Ballots leave controlled environments. They travel through the postal system. They can be harvested, altered, or discarded without the same real-time accountability that exists at a polling place. Supporters of unrestricted mail voting argue that convenience outweighs these risks. Critics, including a growing number of election officials from both parties, point to documented cases of irregularities, late-arriving ballots, and the simple reality that secrecy of the ballot is harder to protect once the envelope leaves the voter’s hand. Tonight we separate the legitimate accessibility concerns from the ideological refusal to accept any form of verification. Voter ID sits at the center of this debate for a reason. Photo identification is required to board a plane, cash a check, buy certain medications, or even pick up a package at the post office. Yet the same people who accept those requirements suddenly declare that asking for identification at the ballot box is an attack on democracy. This contradiction has never been adequately explained. The data shows that the overwhelming majority of Americans already possess government-issued ID. Claims that large numbers of eligible voters would be disenfranchised have repeatedly failed under scrutiny. What has been documented, however, is the ease with which weak systems can be exploited. The Supreme Court case now underway forces the country to confront that reality instead of hiding behind slogans. We will also take a brief look at the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham, held at Washington National Cathedral. President Trump delivered remarks, and international figures including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy were present. Graham’s death marks the end of a long and complicated Senate career. For years he occupied a unique position as both a sharp critic and eventual ally of Trump on foreign policy. His support for Israel and his willingness to challenge isolationist tendencies within the Republican Party made him a consequential voice, even when many in the America First movement disagreed with his broader internationalism. We will reflect on that legacy without turning the episode into a eulogy. The larger foreign policy context—ongoing tensions with Iran, the security of the Strait of Hormuz, and the administration’s approach to alliances—forms the backdrop, but the primary focus remains domestic election integrity. The stakes for the midterms could not be clearer. Control of the House and Senate will determine whether the current administration can continue implementing its agenda or whether divided government returns. Election rules shape outcomes. When one side fights aggressively to keep the loosest possible system for mail ballots while the other side insists on citizenship verification and basic identification, the public deserves a transparent debate rather than institutional resistance. The Supreme Court now has the opportunity to settle key legal questions before votes are cast. Throughout the episode we will examine the legal arguments on both sides, the political incentives driving the opposition to reform, and the practical consequences of allowing mail voting to expand without corresponding security measures. We will look at how different states have handled absentee ballots, what election officials themselves have said about the challenges of verification, and why public confidence in election results has declined in recent cycles. Trust is not restored by dismissing concerns. It is restored by addressing them with clear rules that apply equally to every voter. This is not a partisan exercise. Secure elections benefit every American who wants their vote to count and the system to remain legitimate. When citizens believe the process is fair, participation increases and acceptance of results strengthens. When the process appears chaotic or open to manipulation, cynicism grows. The Trump administration’s move to the Supreme Court is an attempt to resolve that tension through the constitutional process rather than through endless litigation and media campaigns. Tune in for a clear-eyed discussion of voter ID, mail-in ballots, the Supreme Court emergency application, and what these developments mean for the 2026 midterms. We will cut through the noise, examine the actual text of the executive order, and ask the questions that most coverage avoids. If you care about election integrity, constitutional process, and the future of how America chooses its leaders, this episode is essential listening. The Ryan Samuels Show delivers straight analysis without the corporate media filter. America First principles guide the conversation: secure borders, secure elections, and a government that answers to the people rather than to activist organizations.
