Singer-songwriter Naomi Jane returns to The Jeremiah Show for an intimate conversation celebrating her upcoming debut full-length album, Kinda Sorta Country, releasing October 9, 2026.

 

Together, Jeremiah and Naomi explore the stories behind three deeply personal songs that capture the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Naomi reveals how her father unknowingly inspired the touching single Clementines, explains how a painful betrayal became the empowering anthem Pumpkin Eater, and shares the memories behind Farren Road, the coming-of-age ballad inspired by a hidden road on California's Central Coast where generations have fallen in love.

 

Throughout the interview, Naomi reflects on navigating heartbreak, online criticism, changing friendships, discovering her artistic identity, and learning the difference between loving someone and finally being loved in return.

 

The conversation also explores her evolution from the innocence of her 2024 EP sweet talk to the confidence and creative freedom that define Kinda Sorta Country.
