JSS: 04 Education vs. Motivation

Many leadership gurus, management thinkers, and health experts tend to push the narrative that a lack of education is to blame for many of our societal shortcomings and lack of high performance in life. I disagree, respectfully, and in today’s episode I push back against the narrative, sharing an article I wrote on the topic.
